Before Sosora could take it the wrong way and throw a fuss about the impossibility of the task, Monkey smiled.
"A couple of seconds later, and I wouldn't have accepted it," He said simply, tapping Sosora's forehead to make her frown go away.
"You…You're saying I did it?" She asked in disbelief. She wasn't sure if she could trust Monkey's words.
Monkey nodded.
"And just in time. We have a meeting to attend." He stood up and jumped out of the cave, plummeting to the ground. Sosora hurried to look out over the edge.
Surely he wasn't just dropping straight to the ground. He held onto the wall and climbed down, right? Otherwise, he would be insane.
Sosora's eyes widened, and her jaw almost raced to catch up to Monkey.
The Gezercher leader landed on the ground below the cliff with a soft thud. He glanced up at Sosora and grinned.
Sosora picked her jaw back up and crawled off the cliff, diving down.
