Viviana, after Lyra had gone away abruptly, wasn't worried at all. She knew that when this part was aired, there would be special effects and Film Fare award worth of editing and eventually, prove that she was a villainess also in real life as the haters had speculated.
This was the main reason for Agent Yan sending her and Lyra to this show together. They aimed to squeeze every worth out of her before letting her go. But Viviana did not care… She only wished to get out of the company peacefully and end all the dramas. She had been enduring it for three years… She just wanted it to end soon…
Viviana's eyes turned back to Daniel. Seeing the glint in his eyes, she knew he was enjoying the drama again… Since she had filmed the same drama with the guy, she had some impression of the actor. And she knew that unlike his outer calm and gentle demeanor, the guy was a drama addict. He loved gossip more than anything.
Even during the shooting of the 'Royal Physician,' she had seen that glint in his eyes whenever an explosive news filled with dramas came out. And she even so seen it more whenever Lyra made things difficult for her. Maybe he was anticipating how she would retaliate….
Daniel noticed that he was being watched again… And the expression on Viviana's face, it was as though she had seen through him. But the actor was thick skin and didn't faze under her stare and calmly asked,
"Do you have something to say?"
"I asked you a question." Stated the actress.
"Huh?..."
Daniel was confused at first then he remembered what Viviana had asked. But he had something else in his mind. He turned to the PD and asked,
"How many rooms are there in the villa?"
"Six. Two master bedrooms. Two double and two single rooms."
Getting the answer Daniel smiled and turned to his teammates.
"I think that there are enough rooms for all of us. Why don't we share it with the Red Team?"
"I'm fine with it."
"Me too."
"Why not?"
"The more the merrier."
Came the responses of the Blue Teams one after another.
When Lyra came back, the whole arrangement had changed. The Red Team were not forced to stay in the tents anymore thanks to the Blue Team. The room arrangement of the stay were as follows_
Le Yang and Na Yun, being teammates for years, were given a master bedroom with the king size bed. Chun Hua and Ming Ruo Xuan shared the other master bedroom.
Tucker Lee being the calmest amongst the group and Daniel being levelled as someone who'd love calmness (although that's far from truth) shared a double bed room. And the remaining double bed room was shared by Derrick and Bryson.
As for the two single bed rooms, both Viviana and Lyra got one each.
With everything arranged, everyone went to their respective rooms for some rest. Later, as a gratitude for allowing the Red Team to stay in the villa, the team decided to prepare the dinner. The Blue Team didn't wait for a minute before agreeing to the proposal. After a long day of playing different types of games, everyone was tired.
Finally, Lyra was able to show some of her talents. Na Yun was also a dependable person in the kitchen and stirred up a dish. Tucker and Bryson helped wash the vegetables and fetch things for the two chefs. And for Viviana… The best help she could give was not to enter the kitchen…
Being a daughter of a middle-class family with three younger brothers to feed, Lyra indeed had the talents to impress someone with her culinary. The rest of the guest was very much impressed by her dishes.
Of course, Na Yun was also getting the same attention.
Later, Viviana was asked to do the dishes which made the girl pause for minute. Truth be told, the actress had ever done dishes more than a pair of plate and bowls and a few cups. And because of her clumsiness, she often dropped the dishes and break them.
So, all her utensils at home were either metal or plastic. But almost never glass or clay. And even if she did own a few ceramics, she did not use them unless there was someone else with her to help her with the work.
Thankfully, Ye Lang offered to help her in doing the dishes. The two divided the work, Ye Lang scrubbed the dishes and Viviana washed them off.
After everything was done, the group gathered and had some talk, narrating the events they had experienced and things like that. And of course, Viviana was quiet through out the whole section until everyone went to bed. And this also marked the end of the first session.
The recording of the next episode began early at 7 am. Lyra, being the dutiful and responsible person that she was, made breakfast for everyone. When the rest of the group came out from their respective rooms, they were led to the kitchen by the delicious fragrance of the porridge and pancakes made by her.
"Wahh!!" Bryson exclaimed. "These look so good."
"Have to say," Derrick agreed with the younger man. "The man who marries Lyra must be someone who's gathered all his good karmas to meet her."
"Hahaha…"
The others laughed as the comedian teased the young lady whose face was becoming more and more like a cooked prawn.
Then, the footsteps of someone coming down the stairs drew their attention. It was Viviana who came down without any makeup. Her hair was a bit messy. Her eyes were still half closed as though she had reluctantly woken up and still felt sleepy.
"Viviana? Are you still sleepy?" Derrick called out as though he was calling out to a child.
Indeed… An image of a child popped up in the comedian's mind when he saw Viviana at this moment. Her eyes were droopy from being swollen from her sleep. The freshly washed face looked as soft as the skin of a child. And to add to all these was her little pouty lip and her adorable frown.
The girl looked at Derrick with her half-closed eyes and nodded twice in response. Even Na Yun who was the youngest amongst them felt endearing to see such a side of Viviana. He stood up and pulled out a chair for her.
"Thank You…" She said to the younger man as she took her seat.
"Pfff…" Daniel could not help but chuckle as he stood up. "Let me get you breakfast."
He then went to get a bowl of porridge and two pieces of pancake for Viviana. In the meantime, Chun Hua who was sitting opposite to the actress, had not yet taken her eyes off her face. She knew Viviana was a beauty, but she didn't expect her to look even better in her half awake state.
"Why aren't you eating?" Ming Ruo Xuan asked Chun Hua.
"She's just too pretty."
"What? Am I not pretty?"
Only after hearing the sharp tone in Ruo Xuan's voice did the younger woman realize that her mind had slipped through her mouth.
"You're pretty too… Very pretty."
"Just that you aren't pretty like Viviana when you wake up." Bryson teased the actress.
"You!"
Ruo Xuan pretended to search for something to hit Bryson with. But the smile on her face gave it away. And all Bryson did in response was stick out his tongue like an immature little kid.
"That's the truth though!"
"Say. Miss Viviana, what's your skin care routine? Maybe my old face can rejuvenate a little if I follow your routine." Derrick asked.
Viviana: "…"
"Viviana…" He called out again.
The other also looked at the actress who was not responding to the call. Only to see that the actress was bobbing her head left and right, to and for.
"Did she fall asleep?" Le Yang pointed out.
"Senior Viviana…" Na Yun, who was beside her, tapped her.
"Huh?..." The actress who had just fallen asleep looked up in confusion.
It was then that Daniel came out from the kitchen and placed a bowl and plate in front of the young lady.
Viviana didn't even look up at the person when she bowed her head a little and thanked Daniel.
"You're welcome."
Daniel responded with a smile that he couldn't hold back from.
Seeing all the attention the mere appearance of Viviana drew to herself, Lyra couldn't say that she was unbothered. In fact, it was the total opposite. She felt that the appearance of the older artist who was under the same agent with her, had ruined her hard work of the whole morning.
Lyra had woken up early this morning to prepare breakfast for everyone not because she was generous and dutiful. She did so with the aim of regaining some of the reputations she had lost the previous day.
Although it is a common trick in the industry, it always works in the eyes of the fans. And with her good reputation of being kind and hardworking, it went well with the persona she created.
But, Viviana's appearance, her looks, she hated it. Lyra felt unfair that the undeserving actress was getting more than thrice the amount of attention herself got with just her appearance. While she had to work hard, yet not get even half as much attention as Viviana's stupid morning face got.
Now… Lyra was even more determined to make sure Viviana never emerged in the industry. Whether she chose to stay in the company. Or separate from the company. She had to make sure Viviana never got the chance to act again….
