Chapter 32 - The Awakening of the Supreme God

The Silence Before the Storm

The golden palace lay in ruins, divine bodies scattered like broken statues across the celestial battlefield. The once-immortal gods, rulers of creation, had fallen before Kael's overwhelming might. The stars above trembled, and the very fabric of reality quivered in response to his presence.

Yet, amidst the destruction, one presence remained untouched.

The Supreme God.

Kael turned his gaze to the sky, where a throne of infinite light hovered beyond the reaches of mortal understanding. A being sat upon it, shrouded in an aura that defied description—a presence beyond time, beyond reality itself.

A single voice echoed across the heavens.

"You have done well to come this far."

The sky darkened, the universe itself shifting as the Supreme God rose from his throne. The weight of his existence pressed against all things, an invisible force that bent the laws of creation itself.

Kael did not flinch. He merely smirked. "Took you long enough."

The Supreme Decree

The Supreme God descended, his mere movement causing the stars to tremble and the void to distort. His eyes, galaxies unto themselves, locked onto Kael with an expression unreadable by mortals.

"You are a paradox," the Supreme God spoke, his voice shaking existence itself. "Neither mortal nor divine. You wield power that should not be."

Kael tightened his grip on his spear. "And yet, here I stand."

The Supreme God extended a hand, and with a mere gesture, reality collapsed. The golden ruins, the divine battlefield—everything was erased in an instant, replaced by an endless expanse of white nothingness.

A battlefield of pure will.

"This is where you fall," the Supreme God declared.

Kael chuckled. "I was hoping you'd say that."

---

The Clash of Absolute Power

In an instant, they moved.

Kael lunged, his spear crackling with power beyond mortal comprehension. The Supreme God raised a hand, and a barrier of pure creation manifested between them, absorbing the attack with ease.

But Kael was not finished.

His body flickered, moving faster than thought itself. A barrage of strikes followed—each one capable of shattering worlds. The Supreme God countered each with a mere thought, bending space and time to his will.

Then, with a single breath, he unleashed a wave of destruction.

Entire galaxies crumbled in an instant.

Kael barely had time to react. He summoned a shield of forgotten divinity, but the sheer force of the attack sent him hurtling through dimensions. He crashed through one universe after another, each breaking apart upon his impact.

Yet, he rose once more.

Kael wiped the blood from his lips, a grin spreading across his face. "That almost hurt."

The Supreme God narrowed his eyes. "You are more resilient than expected. But tell me… can you withstand eternity?"

With a gesture, he rewrote reality itself. Time ceased to exist. The laws of physics unraveled. Cause and effect shattered.

Kael found himself frozen, trapped in an endless moment, a prisoner of divine will.

---

Breaking the Unbreakable

For most, this would be the end.

But Kael was no ordinary being.

His power surged, bending the very fabric of fate itself. He reached deep within, tapping into the limitless force that had always lain dormant inside him.

And then, he shattered time.

The Supreme God's expression changed for the first time. "Impossible—"

Kael appeared before him, his spear aimed directly at the god's heart.

"Nothing is impossible for me."

The spear struck.

The Supreme God let out a silent gasp as divine ichor spilled into the void. The very concept of his invincibility fractured, his essence unraveling as Kael's power consumed him.

But even as he fell, he smiled.

"You have become what you sought to destroy," he whispered. "A god beyond gods. The cycle continues."

Kael watched as the Supreme God faded, his throne of light crumbling.

The war was over.

Or so he thought.

A New Beginning

As Kael stood amidst the void, he felt it—a presence beyond even the Supreme God. Something ancient, something… watching.

A voice, neither male nor female, echoed in his mind.

"You have transcended. But what comes next is beyond your comprehension."

Kael smirked. "Then I guess I'll just have to comprehend it."

The heavens trembled once more.

The true battle had only just begun.
