After the whole incident the american government along with the japanese worked together and went to take control of the island. As for what happened to the one's that stay well the government of both do what they like to do. Take over and take whats theirs sort of thing.
As for Dylan he had dates multiple of them with Akira and Kaoruko and thankfully kaoruko obeyed in not telling his identity to her father. A governor so he can live in peace but then again it was some trouble for Kaoruko who was quite rebellious. Being on curfew because of the incident made her irritated.

After Dinner to burn off calories Dylan had a long 3 day battle of knowing each others bodies with Mei, Akira and Kaoruko.
