It's being 2 months since we arrived at Forks, When it was time we went to the National Association for Gifted Children to take my test and to our surprised when we got my results there were a few letters for a few private universities and one letter of recommendation to The Juilliard School, for the programs of Voice and Opera and Stringed instruments. Nat told me that I can pick the voice and opera program since I already knew about Stringed Instruments.
We send all my transcripts to Forks High School at the beginning of February and the school send us a letter asking me to give a speech on the day of my enrollment, I accepted and went to make a speech note and make myself ready for all the questions I might get ask. Nat was just getting ready to go to work since she start work on February and Lisa as always was happy to go to work.
Now it was time for me to get ready for my arrival at the school and my speech for the school, so I decide to add something to make my speech bright up a spark of ideas and see if people will take things seriously for once in their life's. So I made my way to the garage and go to my 2005 silver Laraki Borac car and made sure I have my Violin and and backpack.
I made my way out of the garage and pick up Nat and Lisa and made our way to the hospital to drop Nat at work. "Have a great day at work Nat and call me if you need anything." I said and after a hug and kiss on my forehead, me and Lisa drive to school. Once we arrived everyone was looking at us, so we made our way to the principal office and I prepared myself for the day.
"Hello, I'm Dorian Shay Frye, I came to pick up my schedule for today classes and ask were the GYM is for my speech to the school faculty and students." I said to the receptionist. She looks up and saw me next to Lisa and told me to be ready in 5 minutes since all students will be taken to the Gym for my speech. After 5 minutes the principal came to me, shakes my hand and guides me to the Gym and his secretary gave me my schedule and the note I need the teachers to sign up for me.
We made our way to the GYM, and the principal start giving a speech that lasted like 3 minutes, than he introduce me to the school and mention all the achievements I have accomplish and gave me the stage.
"Hello everyone, like our principal just mention my name is Dorian Shay Frye, I was asked to prepared a speech to give you and help me build friendship with everyone, I did prepared the speech but seeing as many of you are still half-awake I will give the speech quick and performed a little piece I wrote for my little introduction." I said and the school went quite.
"Ideals too easily give way to dogma. Dogma becomes fanaticism. Only we can decide whether the road we walk carries too high a toll. All that we do, all that we are, begins and ends with ourselves." "With this line I have always walk my life and follow my dreams, this is one of my family many motto's. Remember that you always have people who care for you no matter what decision you take in life. Always trust your instinct and think before you act, and if you feel lost ask for help; This doesn't mean you are doing wrong, it shows that you are human like everyone else and look for advice when needed. Now before I start with my music performance I must remind you that every action we made and take in life has and have a consequence that we need to lived with." As I finished my speech I start to get ready when I took my violin out and made sure everything was in tune and I start playing the Fairy Tale theme song.
