Chapter 34 - Chapter 34: The First RV in Douluo (Soul Beast Powered Version)

Chapter 34: The First RV in Douluo (Soul Beast Powered Version)

In Martial Soul City, atop the Worshipper's Mountain, a space where ice and fire intertwined.

A young man dressed in black sat cross legged in the center, a bow radiating both flames and cold air quietly hovering above his head. The walls and floor around him were covered with various pairs of daggers and bows, all trembling slightly in response to the surging soul power surrounding him, as if they were eager to fly into his grasp.

With a sudden burst of soul power rippling outward, the young man opened his eyes and halted his cultivation. The surrounding weapons gradually settled down, reverting to mere inanimate objects resting in place.

"Finally, Rank 20."

A faint smile curled at the corner of Han Li's lips as he stood up from his specially designed cushion. He patted off nonexistent dust, stretched lazily, and strode toward the exit.

Instead of heading straight back to his residence, he walked toward a palace nearby. After confirming with the guards that his teacher hadn't returned yet, he turned and ran toward the Worshipper's Hall.

With soul power enhancing his steps, Han Li sprinted along the broad mountain roads, enjoying the gentle caress of the wind against his face. It was refreshing. The guards he passed didn't stop him on the contrary, they nodded and smiled in acknowledgment.

After all, everyone on the mountain knew that this young master was currently the most favored. With two Worshippers as his direct backers, and even the other Worshippers singing his praises, he had a bright future ahead.

More importantly, he was always respectful toward the guards. Blocking his way over some trivial formality? Who would be stupid enough to do that? If they got on his good side, he might even put in a good word for them later, opening doors to better career prospects.

If Han Li needed a ride, some of them would gladly let him use them as a mount. Other people wished they had such a privilege!

Before long, he arrived at the entrance of the Worshipper's Hall. Without hesitation, he stepped inside.

"Teacher! Senior Uncles! I'm here to see you all!"

The moment he entered the hall, he called out loudly, drawing the attention of everyone present.

"Just broke through, and you're already running around recklessly? You should at least stabilize your soul power before coming out! What kind of example is this?" Qing Luan frowned, noticing the unstable energy fluctuations around Han Li.

"I'm just excited! I hit Rank 20, so I came to share the good news."

Han Li grinned, completely unaffected by Qing Luan's reprimand.

In the next instant, his soul power stabilized completely, with not a single trace leaking out. His smirk grew even wider.

The Worshippers all rolled their eyes they immediately understood.

This brat wasn't struggling to control his energy. No, he deliberately left it unstable just to show off.

It was just like Guang Ling when he broke through to Rank 97, he took three whole days to "adjust" before Golden Crocodile Douluo nearly smacked him. Then miraculously he instantly gained control.

"Not bad. Seven years and three months fine, I'll round it to four months. Rank 20. You haven't embarrassed me, at least." Guang Ling's voice echoed through the hall, smug and clear.

The other Worshippers rolled their eyes again.

Here he goes again. But honestly, after a year of dealing with this shameless boasting, they had built up some immunity. Even if they felt bitter, at least their faces didn't show it anymore.

"So, are you preparing to get your spirit ring?" Qian Daoliu's deep voice rang out.

"Yes, Grandmaster. That's why I came looking for my teacher. The information on the spirit beasts we scouted came in a few days ago, and the range has been confirmed." Han Li obediently answered.

"What's your current physical limit?" Qian Daoliu asked again.

"Safely? About 3,800 years. Any higher and it would cause damage not worth the risk."

Han Li recited his latest body strength test results. To reach this level, he had endured nausea and force fed himself large amounts of whale glue, combining it with gravity training, medicinal baths, and diet based strengthening all without causing long term damage.

But for now, unless he naturally matured or obtained an Immortal Herb, his body wouldn't improve much further.

"Very good. But remember, don't push yourself too far safety comes first." Qian Daoliu reminded him.

"Of course, Grandmaster! I'm still young why would I risk injuring myself just for a few hundred extra years on my ring?" Han Li smiled brightly, his words completely sincere.

"Alright then. Guang Ling, take him. The sooner, the better." Qian Daoliu turned to Guang Ling.

"Understood, Grand Worshipper. I'll prepare with him today, and we'll leave tomorrow." Guang Ling saluted respectfully before dragging Han Li out of the hall.

As soon as they were outside, Guang Ling turned to Han Li.

"So, how do you want to travel? Should I fly you there? Or take a carriage?"

"Carriage."

Han Li answered without hesitation.

He still vividly remembered the horrifying experience of being carried through the sky by Guang Ling a year ago. Even though he was stronger now, he had no desire to relive that nightmare.

"Tch, fine. Carriage it is." Guang Ling clicked his tongue.

Flying was way more fun, but since his disciple looked so terrified, he decided to let it slide.

"Oh, Teacher, you're in for a treat! The custom made carriage I invested in is finally ready. This trip will be luxurious!" Han Li grinned mysteriously.

Guang Ling raised a brow. "Oh? Now I'm curious. Let's see if it's as good as you claim."

They soon arrived at their residences.

As Guang Ling prepared to head home, Han Li shouted after him:

"Teacher! Don't forget to bring your best tea!"

"Yeah, yeah, I got it." Guang Ling waved a hand lazily.

Han Li smirked and headed back as well he still hadn't told Qiu'er about his breakthrough. Plus, the carriage's interior still needed some finishing touches.

He personally visited several stores, double checking every detail, ensuring the setup was perfect.

That night, during dinner, he finally met Qiu'er.

After hearing about the trip, Qiu'er reluctantly declined she was still Rank 13, while Han Li had already reached Rank 20. She felt she needed to train even harder.

Han Li was a little disappointed, but considering his upcoming plans, he didn't push her.

That night, he completed his usual training and fell asleep, dreaming of his upcoming journey.

The next morning, Qiu'er woke him up early. She had checked and reorganized his supplies, adding several items before sending him off with Guang Ling.

At the base of the mountain, Guang Ling immediately spotted an oversized rectangular box several times larger than a normal carriage. Four low level soul beast horses were harnessed to it.

"So? Teacher, want to take a look inside first?" Han Li gestured invitingly.

Guang Ling opened the door and stepped inside and fell silent.

It was flawless.

A kitchen, a bedroom, a cozy lounge even the chairs were covered in soul beast pelts, as plush as the sofas in his own mansion. The only thing missing was a toilet.

"...Fine. It's acceptable." Guang Ling muttered.

"So, shall we depart?" Han Li grinned.

"Let's go."

As they left the city, their luxurious soul beast powered RV drew countless shocked gazes.

Inside, Han Li poured tea.

"Teacher, relax! This trip doubles as an advertisement. These RVs are already in production I'm about to make a fortune!"
