Luna and Alysia were running out the doors of the academy one last time triumphantly as they graduated with excitement. "EEEE! I can't believe we did it Luna!!" Alysia squealed. "Ha ha! I know right!" Luna exclaimed, but then she got more serious as she pulled out a map and said calmly, "But now, it's time for the adventure to begin.. Finding my brother.." Alysia asked her friend, "How do you know he's in the Endless Caverns?" Luna looked back to the tiefling and told her, "Cioran sent me a note a few months ago to free him in the Endless Caverns, and now I finally can."
Luna Starlight was abandoned by her neglective mother (father was hunted) and left behind with her older brother Cioran, but when she was 7, Cioran was kidnapped by Hunters, Luna never thought she'd hear of her brother again, until she got his letter and now that she's 17, she can save her brother after 10 whole years.
So Luna and Alysia began their journey when they heard music in the woods, a tavern? Alysia tried to race there when Luna pulled her back, "But maybe we could get some information." Alysia persuaded. Luna groaned and agreed, she just didn't like to be around other people with her fear of judgement, considering she was always treated like an outcast for her race as a moon elf/dark fae hybrid. So after about 6 minutes, a pack of fire goblins came storming in and they attacked. Alysia used her fire powers and Luna had her knight sword as everyone went running out, even the bartenders, but one customer stayed in the corner leaning against the wall just watching the fight, he looked like a rogue with his torn hooded cloak. "Hey, you! Don't just stand there, help us out!" Luna shouted. The rogue just stood there. But then, Luna got hurt by one of the goblins and that was when the rogue stepped into action, to reveal that he had blood magic and therefore was a dhampir (half vampire, half human), he panted after all of the goblins were defeated, realizing he used his powers. "Hey, that was sick! What's your name sir?" The hybrid knight asked in surprise, holding her hand out to him. He looked up in shock with his crimson eyes but tried to act all cold and distant and said, "You shouldn't have brought me into that fight, you're lucky I was able to snap out of my frenzy in time or I could've hurt you or your friend.. Good day, and it's Severin Krain." He stood in the doorway of the tavern when Alysia stopped him. "Wait! Do you know how to get to the Endless Caverns??" He paused and said, "Yes, my hidden hut is around there, why do you ask?" Luna came in and told him, "Me and my friend are on a journey to save my brother, he's been imprisoned in the Endless Caverns for 10 years and he's the only family I've ever known." Severin felt pity for Luna, he knew what it was like to lose the only family he had. He sighed and said, "Alright, I'll come along to help, but I am NOT using my powers, and I won't tell you why, I can't fully trust you two yet, but what are your names?" Luna and Alysia looked at each other with hope and Luna told him, "I'm Luna Starlight, and my tiefling friend is Alysia Griffyth." Severin nodded and the three walked out of the tavern into the High Forest. And That.. Is Where We'll Leave Off..
