Chapter 311 - Collective Advancement

The little kitten licked its lips, showing signs of turning into a glutton. Kael couldn't help but chuckle and pat its head, though his own mood was exceptionally cheerful.

Moonview Leaves—these were the perfect ingredient for brewing Moonview Potion.

"You can't eat this. It's the real deal," Kael said with a faint smile.

Curious, the kitten reached out a paw to touch the herb, but Kael swiftly grabbed it. The kitten tilted its head. "What is this, anyway?"

"Moonview Leaves. They can be used to brew Moonview Potion—a concoction that allows magical beasts to advance!" Kael's tone carried a trace of excitement.

The so-called Moonview Leaves in his hand had a faint silvery hue, gleaming with a metallic luster. They were a peculiar type of spiritual herb, their silver radiance concealing a unique energy within, and their appearance was undeniably alluring.

"Advance?!" The kitten's eyes instantly sparkled with excitement. "Kael, hurry up and brew the potion! I want some too—I want to advance!" At the mention of advancement, the kitten grew restless, hopping back and forth on Kael's shoulder.

Advancement—this was something every magical beast yearned for. While it wasn't impossible for magical beasts to advance, it was exceedingly difficult, and there were inherent limits.

Take the Unicorn Rhinoceros tribe, for example. Most adult Unicorn Rhinoceroses had a strength level around Eighth Rank, with very few exceptions. Even someone like Alaric, hailed as the tribe's "genius," only reached the peak of Eighth Rank.

But Moonview Leaves were an exception.

After all, Moonview Potion was a spiritual medicine capable of giving any magical beast a high chance of advancement!

Hearing that such a miraculous herb existed on the continent, the kitten's eyes practically glowed. It immediately turned on the charm, batting its eyelashes at Kael—unfortunately, Kael was in no mood to indulge it.

There are over a dozen Moonview Leaves here—enough to brew dozens of Moonview Potions. That means dozens of magical beasts could advance! Kael mused to himself.

Zev had truly done him a huge favor!

This was truly an unexpected windfall. Kael couldn't contain his joy—Moonview Leaves were spiritual herbs that one could only encounter by chance, not by searching. These herbs were exceedingly rare across all three continents, even harder to come by than some grandmaster-level herbs. Kael guessed that Zev himself probably had no idea what these herbs were actually used for, which was why they had been left lying around in the spatial ring.

But now, they had fallen into Kael's hands!

Just thinking about it made Kael secretly gleeful. All of Zev's possessions now belonged to him, and the Moonview Leaves were by far the greatest prize among them. There were also some ninth-tier or higher magical beast cores that could serve as nourishment for the Tree of Life. The Tree of Life's benefits were becoming increasingly evident—during his recent battle with Zev, Kael had sustained minor injuries, but the Tree of Life had immediately provided life energy to heal him.

The spatial ring also contained some other magical materials, but compared to the Moonview Leaves, they were practically worthless. Kael smiled faintly, retrieved the Moonview Leaves, and then glanced at the herd of over a hundred Unicorn Rhinos in the field, his grin widening.

With the Moonview Leaves, Kael was confident he could help many of the Unicorn Rhinos advance as well!

That's right—with the Moonview Leaves, Kael could essentially forge another batch of elite warriors. So, in a way, he actually felt somewhat grateful to Zev. If not for Zev, he would never have stumbled upon these Moonview Leaves.

"Kael's grinning so widely—what on earth is he thinking?" Finn scratched his head in confusion as he noticed Kael's smirk from afar.

"Whenever the Count smiles like that, someone's about to have a very bad day," Jett remarked, unable to help himself upon seeing Kael's expression.

Finn nodded in deep agreement, and the two exchanged glances before bursting into laughter.

Meanwhile, the little kitten perched on Kael's shoulder had been drooling over the Moonview Leaves the entire time, shamelessly buttering him up: "Kael, how about giving me a vial of Moonview Elixir after you brew it? With my extraordinary talents as a Dragon-Cat, drinking it would definitely boost my power even more. I am a dragon, after all..."

The kitten was clearly eager to advance. Right now, its strength barely reached the sixth tier—far too weak.

Kael pondered for a moment. The kitten was indeed a rare hybrid—who knew what changes the Moonview Leaves might bring? Still, it wouldn't hurt to consider giving it a vial of Moonview Elixir.

"Fine." Kael finally agreed. The little kitten immediately nodded vigorously, showering Kael with flattery, praising him as if he were a peerless legend in all the heavens and earth. Kael rolled his eyes—this kitten was truly bizarre. He really had no idea how he'd ended up bringing it back in the first place.

Kael spotted the Unicorn Rhino Alaric and beckoned him over.

Alaric excitedly charged toward Kael, kicking up a cloud of dust behind him. His massive frame made the ground tremble slightly with each thunderous step.

"Kael! I just killed over a dozen Black Eagle Guards! Heh, the mighty Alaric serves the most formidable master!" Alaric boasted, gazing at Kael with eager eyes. Right now, he was completely fixated on the promised ranch Kael had mentioned.

"No problem." Kael patted Alaric's scaly hide and smiled. "Within a month, I'll have Jett purchase a ranch in the Ancient Yi Empire. Then, the Unicorn Rhino tribe can feast on roasted lamb every day!"

"Kael, I praise you!" Alaric chuckled, rolling on the ground in excitement. His enormous body sent even more dust flying into the air.

Watching Alaric's antics, Kael grinned. "Alaric, I have something to tell you."

"What?" Alaric flipped himself upright, his eyes locking onto Kael.

"I've found a spiritual herb that can be brewed into a potion—Moonview Elixir. It can help your tribe advance, drastically boosting your strength." Kael said with a smile.

Alaric's eyes widened. "There's such a thing? Amazing! This is practically my dream come true! Kael, you're the greatest!" His eyes gleamed with excitement as he grinned ear to ear.

The other Unicorn Rhinos overheard the news and immediately erupted in excitement, all staring at Kael with hopeful intensity.

Unable to withstand the fervent gazes of the rhinos, Kael quickly made an excuse to escape. "I'll go brew the potion first. Once it's ready, I'll come find you."

In the basement of the City Lord's Manor.

Kael didn't start brewing the Moonview Elixir right away. Instead, he first took out all the magic crystals from Zev's spatial ring and placed them into his miniature world.

Zev's spatial ring contained two tenth-tier magic crystals and over a dozen ninth-tier magic crystals—an enormous fortune. The moment Kael brought them out, the Tree of Life began absorbing their energy.

As the energy within the crystals gradually dissipated, the Tree of Life in Kael's miniature world grew once more. Though the growth rate wasn't as rapid as when nourished by Worry-Free Water, it was still remarkably fast. The tree's crown expanded further, and in turn, the boundaries of Kael's miniature world continued to extend.

Kael's miniature world had now expanded to several kilometers in size—even among tenth-tier mages, this was considered extraordinarily powerful.

But this was far from the limit of Kael's potential. The Tree of Life had boundless possibilities; with enough magic crystals, its canopy could even grow into a divine realm.

This was the inheritance gift bestowed upon Kael by the Water Dragon—infinite potential, endless possibilities.

The Tree of Life continued to grow, now towering into the sky like a pillar supporting Kael's miniature world, its majesty breathtaking.

Vast surges of life energy pulsed through the tree, leaving Kael awestruck. The more he observed it, the more unfathomable the Tree of Life became.

Only after the tree had fully absorbed the energy from the magic crystals did Kael finally begin brewing the potion.

The Moonview Elixir was merely a grandmaster-tier potion, relatively simple to concoct. Kael took out his alchemy cauldron and began the process with practiced ease.

The elixir required three ingredients, but the Moonview Leaf was the most crucial—the others were fairly common.

"The Moonview Elixir really isn't difficult to brew." Kael smiled. His alchemy skills had now reached a level where he could craft potions almost instinctively.

With a soft click, the Moonview Elixir was complete!

Kael couldn't help but feel a surge of anticipation. In his mind's eye, he could already see the Unicorn Rhinos advancing en masse.
