"Venom immunity? So, you are trying to create a potions that would turn all venoms into a healing potions or strength boosting or maybe age increasing potions."
"The basic antigen to all poisons used to exist a while ago, it was the research of the founder of the medical school I studied at. It lasted for hundreds of years the serpents, plants even the mosquitoes, bloodflies, and ants have outgrown its effects. And it never worked for the dragon's blood poison anyway. I want to create something that could fix that too."
"Dragon blood poison? They have dragons in his world? The warlords haven't already killed them? I need to get a bit more deep on this."
While Silver and Lisa had their conversation, Sera was keenly listening to them but sincere interest.
"The dragon blood is quite the barricade to deal with. How much stronger would it be from other poisons from exist in the world? I don't know about them anyway?"
"The dragon blood poison is the only one that could maybe kill a warlord. It's common news for the people of the city. It's kind of counter counterintuitive to think that, because nobody could bring the blood from the dragon swamp."
"Drago swamp?! That sounds cool. But what is a drago?"
"You don't know what a dragon is? Didn't your uncle ever teach you about dragons, or maybe the snows beasts or serpents of anything like that?"
"hm...The only snow beast I know is Avogar."
"Avogar ? I haven't heard of that. What sort of beasts is this one?"
"Even I don't remember telling you a name like this. Where did you hear that?"
"I don't what it is. I know that, it is quite dangerous and cold too."
After Lisa finished talking to Silver, she let a sigh out. "You two really have the territorial knowledge of 7 year old. I don't know how will you survive in the wild. Come to my clinic, I'll let you in on some knowledge."
The day out was them changed into a learning lesson on what exists in the other world for Silver. The trio the took the roundabout route to Lisa's clinic and laboratory, all while Lisa taught Sera more about the flora and fauna. And, Silver appointed the system to listen instead of him.
" I keep forgetting that Sera too came back from another world. Things must be much different for her when she came here, I didn't lost my memories but she did."
Sera had a good amount of knowledge of human knowledge and maturity in her. But the rest of her world view was extremely limited to what she saw. She was mature yet gullible in a sense.
Moving across the streets they stopped at shop a drinks store that Lisa liked. Lisa recommended the special fruit mix that the shop gave. Silver took one look at the menu and he knew why.
"You only drink that because it is cheapest drink they offer."
"No...no that's not it. I do not drink it because of that, it simply has much more nutritional value than the other drinks, and it's all I need because I need to sit around all day."
At the end of it all Lisa choose to stay with the fruit juice, Sera had the same since she was too young to drink anything else only according to Lisa not the shop and Silver choose to creamy custard.
"This might have been the best purchase I have ever done in my life." Each spoon of that custard went down so smoothly down Silver's throat leaving a sweet aftertaste. "The mix of extra indigents like chewy chestnut and fruits was all blending in so well. It was all so well."
On the side the two ladies just side eyed Silver, while having a sip from their straws.
"He had a bad start this day, let him have some fun, I suppose."
"I agree."
Then the group continued walking and sipping until they reached their destination.
"There it is." Lisa turned around to show her clinic and laboratory to the Uncle and niece.
"It looks quite good. Just a little small.." The exterior of the clinic was quite well looking, painted with white and a soothing aqua colour with a engraving of "Lisa's Carehouse and Research Lab for You."
The size was less than Silver's room in his apartment though, once they stepped inside the thing left even more crammed.
"Well the first appearances is all that matters. Now, let's go inside."
When Silver went inside the cramming suffocation became to form up, there were shelves and shelves of different medicines jars, herbs, syrups lined up with labels, and there were cupboard on the floor right beside the sitting stools and a desk which was there for some no reason at all.
. The colour from the outside was followed inside too.
"Lisa is am being brutally honest. Your clinic looks less like clinic and more of storehouse with good painting on it. I would like to step in with those colours but also, run away as fast seeing that much things stuffed in here." Sera joined in with a nod, nobody like a haunted house even if looked good on the outside.
Lisa was obviously oblivious to this fact, because she seemed in some kind of denial.
"See. I met an interior architect and asked him how to display my things in this much area this was the best he could do for me. See, I have limit to how much room I can buy."
"That's what I am saying. You need to place some to this at your house, this feel like a storehouse at best."
"But this is my house. You see, the interior I got to work for me was quite expensive. He did this for me."
Lisa pulled aside 2-3 metal holders, and then parts of her desk began to disassemble themselves and unfolded into a entirely flat and low width bench like something. Then Lisa pulled out some blanket, cushion and mattress bundled in a bag on the ground and placed it on a table.
"I don't believe this an actually way to survive."
"You'd be surprised from the way I used to get away with this at first town I was placed into. I had the money coming because young men could try to make a pass at me. Sleeping there was much easier but the days were worst. All these cushions and mattresses are of the highest quality, only need to wash them 2 twice a month and replace in 2 years. "
"I really don't wish to ever be poor. I can sleep on the ground if need, not at a least be free of this shed."
"Me too ." Sera agreed with Silver.
