"These glowing stones do want to tell me something. Is this some sort of prison that person was locked in?" He looked around the edges of the room, it was solid wall from all sides and there checking each and every wall from all sides.
"This is really a prison...there is no window for air, and light. Locked from all sides, and these green symbols must be some sort of power suppressing spells to keep that person locked."
Once again, Silver was reminded of that entity, he looked human but he had more power than any demon or god if he was transported to Silver world...
"NO!, he used me as replacement in this prison to get to the outside world... Why did I realise this so late? I need to get out and tell everyone about him."
「Activating Skill: Strength of the Minotaur 」
Silver's muscles expanded with strength with all his mana poured into one single strike in hopes of breaking the wall; he rushed forward with fist striking against the wall...doing no damage at all. He didn't even try to go for a second punch.
"Damn. Not that I expected from the wall that kept a man of that caliber imprisoned would let go me so easily...but what can I do escape this prison?"
"You have the unique skills God's eye, you can obtain information about any and all your environment, character profile and magic spell on the world." Silver remembered the system describing his unique skill.
"God's eye... what a load of bullshit. I thought the system said that it could work under any condition. I haven't faced anyone where I need it, and now when I need it the most it doesn't work. "
This was going to be a long stay, the system had no idea on what the material was. Neither about the language or about the environment...before the gates began opening themselves.
"huh?!"
The gates open wide from the part where he attacked earlier,
"I probably wasn't due to my attack though." The gates of prison were being pushed by a person, the green engraving shut themselves off, so only a silhouette of a woman came to him.
"Mercy is that you?" the voice of the woman called out to him, it was a gentle voice filled with confusion.
Silver thought what he should reply for a second, "I think I should tell the truth."
"NO! The prisoner had escaped! He and I-" Silver was cut off by the sheer killing intent and the amount of pieces his body would be cut into if he kept talking.
The person zapped towards Silver and picked him up my the collar of suit, and with a second they were outside the prison doors, with some light to get some proper vision.
"Who are you kid?"
Silver's eyes fell on the woman who lifting him by the collar, she had sharp green eyes just like the man before, she looked in her 30's but she had elegance in black hair and green grown, even with anger on her face...
"She is more beautiful the women in those succubus dreams, Maybe I am into older women then...but why is she so angry with me!"
"Answer me, or I'll slit your throat." The threat was very clear and real, when the women opened her mouth to abnormally long canines, and her nails grew out into blades.
"I am Silver Ventirose, a monster hunter from the Kantara. And I am not a kid, I am 22 already." Silver tried to lighten by mood by playing around.
"I am over 1500 years old, so you are nothing more than a kid to me."
"Really?!"
"Really."
A small smile on the elder lady's face allowed Silver to have a breath of air. At Least she wasn't planning on killing on him.
"1500 years old?! Am I into that much old women?" Silver contemplated his decisions and choices.
"And what is damned place called Kantara? I haven't heard of this place in my life."
"I... I also don't know where I am. I was in the demon king's general's territory, and then this portal opened out of nowhere and brought me here."
There was visible confusion on the lady's face... it seems she had no idea of what was going on either.
"So, I can assume that the person in this grave earlier isn't here anymore? And you have no idea where he is and moreover, where you are. Am I correct?"
"Yes... I suppose." Silver answered like a good boy.
"!!! I shouldn't said that." The anger and killing intent was back on her face once again, when Silver proved to useless.
"Then, I think I should free you from this miserable life." Silver stared into the green eyes of the Lady releasing very late that her pupil were that of a snake. She was using transformation magic.
"No! Please spare me, I have done nothing wrong!" It was small helpless plea which fell on deaf ears. The grip on his neck began to choke him and the blades were coming for his throat.
「Activating Skill: Deus Ex Machina」
"Ouch..! ackh..achkk..." Silver fell right on the group, and landed on his butt. He gasped for air and looked at lady.
"How?! This can't be possible... this isn't real. How can she...?" The women stared directly into Silver's eyes. This time she was much worried than angry.
"Kid... Silver, were you telling the truth about getting here from a portal?"
"Yes..."
"Did something else come with you? Like a large egg, or a little kid. Was there anything you saw coming with you?"
"Nope, there was something else in the room, I was standing. I came here all alone, do you have any idea that is going on?" Silver brushed off the dust of his clothes and stood on his position waiting for the next response.
He noticed that they were in some sort of tunnel, with small crystal filled on the upper stones for the lighting. There was some blood, clothes nearby...but no bodies...
While the lady looked overwhelmed by emotion, he also noticed that there a was considerable height distance between them; he didn't reach her shoulder, she was wearing a short gown and her feet were bare.
"I need to stop this war." Instead of a proper response, there was cryptic reply that Silver had no idea about.
"Welcome to Uro, Silver. I am Alsana the wind serpent, queen of all serpents which live on the land. Congratulations, you are a uncle now, I will answer all your doubts later."
"What?!" Before he could say anything, she picked him on put on her back.
Then Alsana's transformation began, the scales erupted from the body, her body began becoming larger and larger, so much so that Silver's head was touching the roof of the cave.
"What the hell are you?"
The snake transformation was so long that it filled across the entire tunell on the other side. And before anything, it thrusted into the ground drilling right through it, like a bird flying in the air.
"What is hell have I gotten myself into?"
