Chapter 27 - Chapter 24 - Electrotherapy for the Kujou Sisters

The Tohsaka residence.

Alisa and Maria sat on the sofa in the living room, wrapped in blankets. Despite the warmth radiating from the fireplace, where logs crackled and steam rose from the glass, they still shivered uncontrollably.

"How about some hot tea?"

Rin Tohsaka emerged from the kitchen, carrying two steaming cups of black tea.

"Thank you," Maria managed a weak smile. Holding the warm cup helped reduce her trembling slightly.

"What happened to you two? Why are you so cold?"

Alisa instinctively glanced at Kaito Sora. In addition to Suou Yuki, Rin Tohsaka, and Sakura Tohsaka, all the residents of this ancient Tohsaka mansion were present, their eyes also fixed on Kaito Sora.

"It wasn't intentional," Kaito Sora said with a shrug. "Who knew that guy would be so fragile? One swing of his sword and he sent someone flying right through their house."

"And right into the bathroom," Rin added, her gaze toward the two girls filled with sympathy and regret.

"I will compensate for any damages caused by the destruction of property," he assured them. "But please keep this matter between us."

"It's fine," Maria forced another smile.

"Why don't you two take a hot bath later?" Sakura suggested softly. "But you might still catch a cold by tomorrow morning."

"C-cold?" Alisa's voice trembled with evident anxiety and resistance. She seemed genuinely afraid of getting sick.

Kaito Sora, who had been looking down at his phone's map, raised his head upon hearing their concern. "I have a way to help you warm up."

Alisa and Maria turned their attention to him. Now that they had confirmed Kaito Sora was indeed a 'good person,' their fear had dissipated, replaced by curiosity.

"What method?" Maria asked, still shivering. She didn't want to catch a cold; school had just started, and both her studies and student council duties were demanding. Taking several days off due to illness felt irresponsible.

Alisa shared similar thoughts. Although she could delegate tasks to others without anyone complaining—after all, catching a cold was unavoidable—she disliked burdening others with her responsibilities.

Kaito Sora raised his hand, arcs of electricity dancing across it.

"W-will it be dangerous?" Alisa asked nervously. The memory of Medusa's shocking experience was still fresh in her mind.

"Don't worry; I'm a professional when it comes to electrocuting people." He paused before adding, "However, while this method can treat ailments, I can't guarantee my control over the 'treatment' versus 'experience' aspect. You might end up having some extreme reactions due to your inability to endure it."

"You can choose," he continued. "If you don't want it, I'll leave."

Alisa and Maria exchanged glances. After hesitating for a moment, they nodded in unison at Kaito Sora.

"Then we'll trouble you," Maria said weakly.

······

In the bathroom.

Maria and Alisa sat side by side on stools facing the mirror. Despite their pale faces and slight shivers from being chilled, they maintained an upright posture.

"We're ready," they said together as they looked at Kaito Sora standing behind them in the mirror. Their cheeks flushed red; even though they were wrapped tightly in towels, seeing Kaito Sora reminded them of how exposed they had felt in their own bathroom earlier.

At that moment, warm hands rested on each of their shoulders.

"Ah?!" Alisa gasped softly as she trembled.

Maria blushed deeply and let out a low moan as well. This was their first time experiencing such closeness with a boy.

Before they could process what was happening, they felt a tingling warmth radiate from Kaito Sora's hands on their shoulders, spreading throughout their bodies.

"Relax your bodies," he instructed gently.

In just moments, Alisa and Maria understood why Kaito Sora had brought them to the bathroom for 'electrotherapy.'

Because…

"Huh?!"

"Eh?!!"

"Ah?!!!"

"Eep?!!!!"

A few minutes later,

Alisa and Maria had fallen off their stools and were now leaning against the edge of the bathtub with legs stretched out straight. Their delicate toes curled tightly against the floor as beads of sweat dotted visible areas like their faces, necks, and arms.

Their cheeks flushed crimson while their chests rose and fell weakly; even their breaths formed faint white puffs in the steamy air of the bathroom.

Kaito Sora looked satisfied at his newly acquired entries before turning his gaze back to Alisa and Maria. He couldn't help but shake his head; compared to them, these sisters truly had poor endurance!

"I'm leaving now."

It wasn't until long after Kaito Sora's figure disappeared from the bathroom that older sister Maria regained some clarity in her dazed eyes. She softly groaned while looking around at the empty space around her.

Only her younger sister remained beside her in silence.

First checking her own body,

The previous chilliness and weakness had completely vanished; in fact, Maria had never felt so light or comfortable before in her life!

Except for one thing…

"Alisa."

Maria called out her sister's name gently while reaching out to touch her shoulder lightly.

Alisa jolted at the contact as if startled awake from a dream.

Maria quickly withdrew her hand covering her mouth unsure of what to say next.

After a long pause,

Alisa finally spoke with a quivering voice in Russian: "Sister…"

"I… I think I've broken."

What Alisa likely meant was probably 'I want to experience that again.'

Maria guessed what her sister was implying because she felt exactly the same way too!

Tokyo.

Suburbs.

A lonely villa stood alongside a mountain road amidst pouring rain illuminated by flashes of lightning casting eerie shadows across its dimly lit facade.

Splash.

A foot landed into a puddle sending water splashing everywhere.

Kaito Sora stood outside the villa's large iron gate with one hand tucked into his pocket while holding an umbrella overhead.

He looked up at Matou family's villa ahead revealing a sunny smile.
