Chapter 370 - Chapter 371: The Hunt Begins

The moment the message from Natasha came in, Ochieng knew he had no time to waste.

72 hours to bring down the White Lotus Syndicate.

He stood by the window of his penthouse, watching the city lights flicker below. His reflection in the glass revealed a calm yet deadly expression. Taking down a syndicate wasn't just about brute force—it was about knowing where to strike.

A knock at the door.

"Come in," Ochieng said without turning.

The door opened, and Abasi stepped in, his usual smirk in place.

"You look too calm for someone with a death sentence hanging over his head," Abasi said, pouring himself a drink.

Ochieng finally turned to face him. "Because I don't intend to lose."

Abasi chuckled. "Then what's the plan?"

Ochieng took a sip of his whiskey. "We start by dismantling their foundation. Weakening their alliances. Cutting their resources. Breaking their trust in each other."

Abasi raised an eyebrow. "And how do you suggest we do that?"

A small smirk formed on Ochieng's lips. "By making them think they have a traitor in their midst."

---

An hour later, Ochieng and his most trusted informant, Malik, sat in a sleek black car outside a high-end club known to be a White Lotus stronghold.

Inside, high-ranking members of the syndicate were celebrating a recent arms deal.

Ochieng adjusted his watch. "You know what to do?"

Malik nodded. "Plant the fake intel, make them paranoid, and get out before they suspect a thing."

Ochieng gave him a sharp nod. "Move."

Malik slipped out of the car and disappeared into the club.

Inside, he mingled with the crowd, sliding between conversations until he reached his target—a White Lotus lieutenant known for his insecurity and ambition.

With precision, Malik whispered just enough to make the man suspicious.

"Your boss is hiding things from you. Some of the men think he's working with the enemy. If I were you, I'd start watching my back."

The seed was planted. Doubt had been introduced.

---

As expected, chaos erupted inside the White Lotus Syndicate that very night.

The lieutenant confronted his boss. Accusations flew. Paranoia spread like wildfire.

Ochieng watched from a distance, sipping his drink. It was only the beginning.

But he knew one thing—a wounded beast is the most dangerous.

---

The next morning, Ochieng received an urgent call from Natasha.

"They're onto us," she said, her voice laced with urgency.

Ochieng smirked. "That was fast."

"Don't get cocky. They executed three of their own last night, thinking they were moles. But now, they're tightening security. You have to move fast."

Ochieng turned to Abasi. "Time for phase two."

Abasi cracked his knuckles. "Now it gets fun."

Phase two involved a direct assault on their financial networks. Ochieng had already arranged for a cyberattack, freezing the White Lotus's offshore accounts. Without money, their entire operation would crumble.

Within hours, several illegal shipments were seized by authorities.

Without resources, even the most dangerous syndicates became desperate.

---

Later that night, Ochieng returned to his penthouse. As he stepped inside, he noticed something was off.

A single white envelope lay on his coffee table.

He picked it up, unfolded the note, and read the words:

"We know it's you. Run while you still can."

Ochieng chuckled. They finally figured it out.

But instead of fear, excitement burned in his veins.

The hunt had officially begun.
