However, the despair led them to abandon their greedy nature. And with that, the Sustainers deemed them worthy and decided to grant the planet a new chance
Risa, the Sustainer of Light, bestowed the Light element which embodies 'justice'
Duke, the Sustainer of Flame, bestowed the Flame element which embodies 'rage'
Mizuria, the Sustainer of Water, bestowed the Water element which embodies 'peace'
Archivin, the Sustainer of Ice, bestowed the Ice element which embodies 'coldness'
Kaylet, the Sustainer of Earth, bestowed the Earth element which embodies 'wisdom'

Knowing that Glace saw everything, Blossom becomes embarrassed

Daydrine continues to stroll around the city but then realises that she's getting bored
"...It's no wonder you have a carefree side, brother. Never knew being a Ruler can be this boring" Daydrine mumbles to herself
"You're partially true, Daydrine!"

Daydrine is met by Raika, who is there to try something out
"Raika?"
"Hey there! I'm here to try something out, I heard it's pretty popular in Ice Region"

"The Super Limited Edition Absolute Zero Ice Cream!"

"The frozen waterfalls somewhat became the identity of this region, huh. The one who froze the waterfalls must be a genius!"
"Uh…y-yeah, what a genius indeed…Where is Rastrina anyways?"
"Rina? She's sleeping right beside this city!"
"Really?"
Daydrine immediately ascends above the city and sees Rastrina sleeping with her entire body curled
"Oh right…Daydrine! I have something to share with you!" Raika shouts for Daydrine, piquing latter's interest in the meantime

Before they knew it, Jason and Kevin arrive at the Elemental Council while they were having a conversation regarding Planet Earth to Planet Sudania transition
"Oh…"
"What's wrong, Kevin?"
"...It's nothing"
"And what are you two up to?" Sharon asks as she meets the two by coincidence
"Just in time, Sharon. There's something I need to show you two, something I've kept hidden from Senoria and you guys all these years…"
Kevin as before he leads the way
"...You're his partner right, Sharon? What is he going to show us?" Jason jests
"Beats me" Sharon replies before she and Jason follow Kevin cluelessly

10 minutes have passed, and the three are walking down a staircase with their visions blurred by pitch darkness
"...I might as well illuminate this place with my Light, Kevin"
"C'mon, Sharon, you'll ruin the surprise! Trust me, we're almost there" Kevin says

"You can't be kidding me…" Jason says
"It's PITCH BLACK!!" Sharon jests

Instantly, a beam of light illuminates the entire room the three is in, revealing a sphere made out of extremely condensed Light energy
"Welcome to the Audience Sanctuary: Light!" Kevin exclaims
"...Interesting"
"This Light energy…"
Jason and Sharon are flabbergasted by the sheer amount of energy the sphere possesses
"This is…the very source of Light energy itself, and is the only gateway to seek audience to the Sustainer of Light, Risa" Kevin explains
"...I assume only Light users can seek audience with Risa?" Jason asks
"Yeah, this applies to other elements as well. But their Audience Sanctuaries…"
"Are deep within the Corruption Essence" Sharon says
"Yes…"
"So…are you able to seek an audience with the Sustainer, Kevin?" Jason asks
"I'm…uncertain. It has been hundreds of years, after all, for both me and Sharon" Kevin replies
"But it'll be worth a shot, right?" Sharon's question led Kevin to assume that she'll attempt it instead
"Yeah but, I can't risk your life again, Sharon. Let me do it"
After his words, Kevin steps forth towards the sphere and starts to chant
"O Risa…rise from your slumber…"
Kevin concentrates before he closes his eyes…

Kevin, with his eyes reopened, arrives at an unknown realm shrouded with yellow skies, resembling the Light element
He then turns around and sees the entrance of the original Unity Region, which is now known as the Six Regions
"This is…" Before he is able to utter his words, voices echo throughout the realm
"Follower…return…?"
"Great One…is that you?" Kevin asks before turning around again but found no one
"Hundreds of years…where…?"
"...I was overwhelmed by Senoria, tortured endlessly until the Rulers saved me"
"Rulers…not perished…?"
"...Huh?" Kevin stands frozen after hearing Risa's words, but he remains calm and says
"We're…alive and kicking now…Great One?"
"..." Risa remains silent and the silence lasts a few seconds
"Follower…thy partner…must protect"
"...Why?"
"Remaining…followers…two…"
"T-! I-Inconceivable…Cencilia…"
Cencilia Flori, a Light user and warrior who fought alongside Kevin, seemingly perished as well…

"Of course I do. Then again, The Great One…has shared a lot of infomations that I want to discuss with everyone"

It is past midnight, and Frost has yet to awaken. Blossom, being the only one with him, remains by his side as everyone else went to sleep

"Records say that these were used for communication between people regardless of the distance between them. I have no idea of its origins, though I assume Kevin would know a thing or two"

"Nah, I believe these things won't cause harm"

Brista, the Blizzard Wolf, once plagued the entire Land of Ice with sheer cold which no ordinary citizens can easily survive
The Median Era Ice Ruler, Crystalia, was against Brista for 30 years
During that time, Brista showcased its Ice powers. It's powers were not bestowed by Archivin himself due to its visual and prowess difference from the original Ice
"Mom, I want to join!"
Frost, eager as always, wanted to join Crystalia's battle against Brista
"No can do, son. I can't risk your life just to solve a regional crisis…"
"But I'm strong!"
"Oh…"
Crystalia was amazed by her son's bravery and because of that, she smiled and says
"Then…you wanna have a sparring match with me?"
"Of course! I wouldn't back down without a fight!"
"Okay then…let's go to a deserted area"
6 minutes later…
"Here we are"
"..."
The place, with some frozen waterfalls and eternal cold breeze, became a perfect spot so that no ordinary people can set their foot on
"Now then, Frost. Show me your potential!"
"Bring it!"
Frost prepared his fighting stance, while Crystalia stood still

"TAKE THIS!" Frost threw a punch at Crystalia before the latter swiftly dodged while leaving afterimages of herself to confuse Frost
However, Frost didn't flinch. Instead, he continued his fluttery punches towards his mother, including her afterimages
"You rely too much on brute force, son" Crystalia, with a blinding speed, phases towards Frost's back. The latter felt an immense chill during that time
"Wh-"

Frost was knocked away from behind. Then, a giant version of Crystalia, forged from pure Ice energy, emerged from her original body
"!!"
"Here goes, Frost!"
The giant apparition threw its fist towards Frost
"...Heh" Fwoosh
Just as the fist was about to reach Frost, the apparition vanished before Crystalia pointed two of her fingers to Frost and said
"Checkmate"

Despite overwhelmed, Frost got back up on his feet
"I lost…"
"You impressed me, Frost, honestly" Crystalia thought for a bit before saying
"I'll let you join my battle, but you'll stay with the defensive squad, alright? I'll take the lead!"
"A…Alright, mom"
"It's done, then! Go take a break, tomorrow's the final war against Brista"
Crystalia started to leave as Frost contemplated from their previous battle
As she did, she slightly turned behind and looked at her son
She saw her as a beacon of hope for the future of Ice, as she knew what she had to do in the upcoming war…

"BRISTA! THIS ENDS HERE!!" Crystalia said as she and all her troops gathered to wage a full-on war against The Blizzard Wolf
"It will end the same way as it did before, Crystalia. It has been decades, and yet you still wish to defeat me?"
"Heh…I've brought a special guest to this battle. Hence my confidence!" After her words, Crystalia summoned the giant apparition that once overwhelmed Frost
"You have no idea who you're dealing with, Ruler Of Ice…"

Brista unleashed a loud howl, which summoned an extreme blizzard that temporarily immobilised the troops
Followed by the blizzard was a group of wolves, which charged towards the defensive squad
"No you don't!" Frost said and engaged combat with the wolves as he appeared from within the blizzard unharmed
Meanwhile, Crystalia directly attacked Brista with all her might
"DYAAAH!!" Crystalia's apparition threw a punch towards Brista, which the latter retaliated using his tail attack
"I'll show you something…" Brista summoned an extreme blizzard around Crystalia, who was blinded by it
"..." Crystalia concentrated; she knew detecting Brista was not an easy task since Brista harnessed a unique type of Ice power
"..." Both she and her apparition looked around, but found no one; their visions was heavily impaired

With blinding speed, Brista hit Crystalia's apparition head-first
"!!"
Being unable to withstand the sudden impact, Crystalia's apparition was penetrated by Brista's impact, causing the apparition to slowly fade while Crystalia fell on her knees
"Give up, Ruler of Ice. The Ice Region shall be mine to rule"
"Gwah…" Crystalia spilled a lot of blood; the damage was too much for her
"Mother!!" Frost, while fending off smaller wolves, shouted as he saw his mother being disadvantageous
"..." Crystalia started to contemplate her thoughts
"Dear son, your will to fight shows that you bear potential…while I've reached my own limits"
She continued "Not only your power will surpass mine one day, but you also possess a caring heart…Hence, I'll leave the future of the Ice Region…to you"
Merging her weakened apparition's power to herself, she decided to end the conflict once and for all
"And yet you try again. What a fool, you don't even know your own place!"
Brista charged towards Crystalia, who concentrated all her Ice energy into her right palm
The Blizzard wolf then unleashed a claw attack…

"WHAT?!"
Crystalia appeared above Brista before she placed her right palm onto the wolf. Since then, Brista's body started to freeze, but Crystalia must stay in place to complete the process
"Y-YOU FOOL! YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE DOING!"
"I fight for peace, and this is how I do it!"
Crystalia looked at her son, who is still fending off smaller wolves
"...Farewell"
"NOOOO!"
In an instant, the Ice energy that Crystalia unleashed froze both herself and Brista inside a thick layer of Ice
Due to Brista's inactivity, smaller wolves slowly vanished into thin air…except for one
"No…" Frost looked at the thick Ice and realised that both her mother and Brista were dead; Crystalia sacrificed herself to defeat Brista and maintain peace
The defensive squad approached Frost, with the squad leader asking
"...It's time to lay Your Majesty to rest"
"Yeah…" Frost said before approaching the thick Ice
Taking a deep breath, he knew that he must move on
"Farewell, mother…" With a punch, Frost shattered the entire Ice sculpture, sealing Brista…and her mother's fates
"Sir, we found a body nearby" One of the squad members said before everyone went near him
A female young adult, with silver hair and a quite short stature, lay on the ground unconsciously.
"This…is probably the hope my mother was talking about all this time…I'll take care of her, everyone, you guys can go take a rest"
As everyone else left, Frost looked at the girl closely
The girl, now known as Daydrine, went through her life under Frost's care and is still exploring her powers and wonders of the world today…

In Orion's Park, Water Region
"So that's what happened…" Blossom says as she resonates her feelings with Frost
"Yeah…You're the only one who knows my past so far…"
"...Frost?"
"Yeah?"
"I…like you"
"Oh…"
Overcoming her inner feelings, Blossom confesses her true feelings towards Frost at last
"But…why me?"
"Because…I admire your spirit, Frost. You want to protect everyone, regardless of how close you are to them. You…almost sacrificed yourself for me as well…"
"I…too have feelings for you, Blossom"
"!!"
Blossom, being surprised to her core, blushes more than she has ever been before Frost actively hugs her and says
"From now on, I'll protect you from any forms of danger"
"M-Mhm! Let us protect each other!" Blossom says while shedding a bit of tears
As their gazes meet, their affection towards each causes their lips to slowly attract one another; they're about to kiss each other
But as they do…
"?"
"Oh?"
A beam of light, the beacon light of the Elemental Council, catches their attention, interrupting their moment in the meantime
"Well, I guess we better get going…Shall we, dear?" Frost stretches out his right hand to Blossom as he is about to teleport
"Sure!" Blossom holds his hand before both she and Frost make their way to the Elemental Council
