Zain was rummaging through the fridge, pulling out a container and squinting at the label.
Savra leaned lazily against the wall nearby, arms crossed, still smirking from their earlier exchange.
But then—
SLAM.
Zelia's door swung open with a thud.
She stepped out, hair messy, face blank, eyes dark with fatigue.
Savra straightened a little. "Good morning, Zelia."
Zain glanced over. "Morning, big sis—"
Both of them froze when they saw her expression.
Her eyes were bloodshot.
Her aura?
Murderous.
"…What happened?" Zain asked cautiously.
Zelia didn't blink.
Then she shouted.
"It's because of YOU two—fucking!"
Both Zain and Savra flinched at the volume.
Zelia pointed furiously. "You were too loud last night!"
Zain's face twitched. "Even with the door closed…?"
"I had earmuffs on, Zain. EARMUFFS." she snapped.
"I still heard the slamming! The moaning! The headboard banging! The floor shaking!"
Savra turned away, coughing to hide her red cheeks. "...Sorry."
