Seth who was struggling to dodge the strike, realized to his horror that, it was impossible, he was facing a being who could manipulate time on a whim, who was to say he couldn't do the same for space?

The arrow pierced through the very fabric of reality, directly ignoring the concept of time and distance. Immediately the man let go of the arrow, Seth didn't even get to blink when he was struck and….

He was blasted backward like a comet swishing through the sky, only landing when the momentum of the attack died out, As for the state Seth was in? Well, one could say he literally had only half of his head his right shoulder and his right arm left from his whole body, and even these few parts were mangled.
If it wasn't for the fact that he had an awakened soul, he would have been unconscious, but in his present state there wasn't much of a difference, the attack not only pulverized his body, but it also dealt damage to his soul though not as much as it did his body. As a result, now all of Seth's senses were assaulted with mind-numbing pain and agony.

And just like that his battery percent which had reduced to 89% due to all the ability he used, further reduced all the way to 2%, it flashed at the corner of his vision a dangerous color of red.
But Seth didn't notice this, he couldn't even read the notification, as he was consumed by pain, all that was on his mind was how to make it all go away.
And just then a blinding flash of gold encased his body forming a golden cocoon.
And within it all pain went away, he could feel his body being reconstructed at a rapid pace, the ethereal energy seeping into his body quickly they entered his damaged organs healing them, and not even three seconds later the cocoon vanished it had been fully absorbed by his body.
And now he was as good as new, but even after Seth's mind was released from the pain, he didn't feel relief, no if anything he felt more terror than ever, how was this guy a human, he fucking turned a star into an arrow and he could reverse the flow of time, what else could he do? Well Seth didn't know and he didn't want to find out either.
And now came the present issue, he was dangerously low on essence and looking at the time he had thirty-four seconds left, and judging by the looks of things that was too much time to stall for, he even started doubting the statistics of the system, how in what way did he have 10% chance of stalling such a god-like figure.
Meanwhile, on the other side, the mysterious man was surprised how is the young man still standing. Just now though he bluffed about killing him, he had made sure to put enough power to seriously injure him, so how did he recover so fast?
Wait could he really be from a divine family? He lowered his bow hesitantly. He didn't want to offend such a colossal power, he was very clear on the fact that a figure like him is nothing but an ant in front of such powers.
Sighing bitterly he dismissed his domain.
Seth meanwhile was surprised to see himself back in the library, 'what did that bastard want to do now' he wondered in fear, unknown to him a misunderstanding had just saved his life.
Looking at the timer in his vision he had twenty-eight more seconds, he just had to survive till then. His body tensed suddenly as the man started walking towards him.
"What Family are you from?" the man questioned not stopping in his tracks, he took slow deliberate steps looming closer and closer like a haunting shadow.
'What the hell do you mean?' Seth wondered in despair what was he supposed to say. Gnashing his teeth he called out his full name "M-my name is Sen….. Sen Ban "The strange language once more distorted his words.
Then the man froze in his steps his eyes trembled for a split second, but this didn't escape Seth's sharp sight.
'A-ah! S-so you were from The house of Ban why didn't you say so?" the man stuttered a bit as he spoke, his hands which were clasped behind his back trembling, he had a fawning look on his face 'this bastard why didn't he say his name earlier, to think he was from that family of mad men, it would be a miracle if I don't lose an arm for this' he screamed inwardly.
Just as Seth was about to reply, not quite understanding the change in attitude by the man, his camera appeared once more floating above him.

And that was the last thing Seth saw as his vision turned black.
As for the man, he just saw Seth's body turn limp and fall emanating no signs of life, and his eyes widened in fear 'Don't tell me I just killed a child of the divine family'
As for who could answer the man's question there was no one.
And as for the question of what the divine family was who they were and what they had to do with Seth? Well, that question will be answered in the future.
Unknown to Seth this ordeal had just put him a step closer to finding his father.
