The instructor's voice echoed through the arena-like training hall, firm and absolute.
"Listen up! Today's simulation will take place in a replica of the Chaos Lands. You'll be grouped into teams of five, and each team will receive a unique mission via your wrist bound simulation watches. The objective is simple complete your mission before the other teams do."
He paused, sweeping his gaze across the class. "You will be scored on efficiency, teamwork, and combat execution. And no, you're not allowed to attack each other. This isn't a blood sport. It's a test of strategy, survival, and coordination."
I leaned against the wall, arms crossed, eyes half-lidded. My body still ached from the dungeon raid, and my mind hadn't caught up to the pace of the academy yet. But hearing the words Chaos Lands definitely pulled me back into focus.
'Why is it always the damn Chaos again?' I thought, straightening.
