The truck earlier had all its attention on the Mercedes and didn't notice the row of roadblocks at all.

The next second, the truck crashed heavily into the roadblocks.
Due to the high speed, the front of the truck was completely deformed, and the driver hit the steering wheel, bleeding profusely. Fortunately, the airbags deployed and cushioned the impact, but they passed out from the collision.
