Jason smiled and said, "Yes, we should visit these famous attractions."
"How long will it take us to get to Los Angeles?" Emily asked impatiently, unable to contain her joy.
"The earliest it will be is nine or ten in the evening." Jason said, "I'll treat you guys to dinner tonight, how about that?"
"Okay..." Before she could finish her words, Quinn pulled her aside and whispered, "Why are we accepting him treating us to a meal. Is that appropriate?"
"What's inappropriate? Jason has plenty of money! This is our first time in Los Angeles, so he has to play the role of a good host!" Emily didn't hesitate, patted Quinn's hand, and said with a smile, "The rich got money, so we help spend it. No pressure!"
Quinn shook her head helplessly and said, "You are a girl, can't you be more reserved?"
Emily hugged Quinn and pretended to kiss her, "Is this what it means to be reserved?"
"You stupid girl!" Quinn blushed, pushed me away, and broke free from my clutches.
"Haha..." Looking at her cute little appearance, Emily couldn't help but laugh out loud.
Along the way, they talked about everything. There were all kinds of snacks in the car, so they ate when they were hungry and slept when they were tired. The more than ten hours passed by at a relatively slow pace, and they arrived in Los Angeles at exactly 9:15, which was about the same as Jason had estimated.
He drove the car to a Roast Duck restaurant, unbuckled his seat belts and said to us, "It's getting late, let's go eat first and then arrange accommodation for you two."
The city of Los Angeles was brightly lit!
As expected of a capital city with a distinguished status, it couldn't be described simply by the word "prosperous".
Los Angeles! Here she comes! This will be where her dream takes off! Emily open her arms and embrace this vast world. She took a deep breath and believed in herself that her dream would turn into reality.
In the future, she would stand on that successful stage and become the brightest new star in the entertainment industry.
Quinn had a special vision for Los Angeles and dreamed of coming to see it. Now that she was standing in this dream land, she still couldn't believe it. She was so excited that she shed tears. "Emily, look! This is Los Angeles, we are here in Los Angeles!" .
Emily put one hand on her shoulder and started to sing, "Los Angeles welcomes you! We will create a new world for you! The flowing charm is full of vitality! California welcomes you! Let's share the breath under the sun! Let's set new records on the yellow earth..."
Influenced by her friend, Quinn also started singing along.
"Los Angeles welcomes you, like music moving you"
"Let us all work hard to surpass ourselves"
"California welcomes you. Anyone with a dream is great."
"Where there is dream, there's reality."

After the song was over, they smiled at each other.
"I'm so hungry, let's go in and eat roast duck!" Emily changed the topic so quickly.
"Pfft!" Quinn and Jason both laughed at the same time.
"Let's go then. It's getting late." Jason said as he led the way.
They followed behind, very interested in everything in Los Angeles, looking here and there, as if they had endless enthusiasm.
Fortunately, Jason booked a seat in advance, otherwise Emily didn't know how many hours she would have to wait.
As the host, Jason was not stingy at all. He pushed the menu to them and said, "Since you are here, order whatever you want."
"Whatever?" Emily chuckled, "That's so generous of you."
She glanced at the menu and was almost blinded by the brilliance of the items.
Was this the famous roast duck in Los Angeles? Was this the consumption in Los Angeles? Damn, it was ridiculously expensive!
There was almost no home-cooked food in the restaurants here, and most of them were hot and cold dishes related to duck. In short, everything was expensive!
This was Emily's first time in Los Angeles, so she decided to give the menu to Jason who was familiar with the place. She pushed the menu to him and said with a smile, "You are familiar with this place, so you should order something."
Jason smiled, snapped his fingers at the waitress and called her over.
Soon, a waiter came up and asked, "Sir, can we take orders now?"
Jason nodded and named a few dishes skillfully, "These first, serve them as soon as possible."
"Okay, please wait." The waiter retreated with the menu.
Since the roast duck in the store was freshly made, it would take a little longer.
Jason was indeed a very generous man. It was the first time he invited them to dinner and he was very clear about the dishes they ordered!
He ordered a special roast duck, spicy cumin duck heart, duck liver and duck feet, anything related to duck.
Emily nodded as Jason ordered. She was an omnivore, and these dishes were just what she liked.
Half an hour later, all the dishes were served.
Jason picked up the cutlery, looked at them, and said, "What are you waiting for?"
Emily rubbed her palms together, and my index finger moved vigorously.
They had the same interests and hobbies as Jason, which was to develop in the entertainment industry and hope to be able to stand out one day. So, at the dinner table, they talked about things related to the entertainment industry.
"Emily, honestly, I personally think you have a talent for acting. You must seize this opportunity to appear on screen. I am still very optimistic about you." Jason said frankly, making no secret of his admiration for her.
Emily chuckled and said humbly, "Thank you, Mr. Cameron for your kind words, but I'm new in the industry."
"Don't worry, you will be fine!"
She dodn't know where Jason got his confidence from. Did he trust her so much?
Quinn was sitting next to her. Hearing how Jason supported her friend but never mentioned herself, she couldn't help feeling a little disappointed and her face darkened.
Quinn's face was full of embarrassment, which Emily saw completely. She put one hand on her friend's shoulder and joked, "And there's our Quinn! The girl who deserves all the support in the future."
Jason laughed and said, "That's also true!"
Quinn twitched her lips, her smile was a little unnatural, but she said politely, "Thank you, Mr. Cameron."
During this time, Quinn went to the restroom.
In fact, they were almost done with the meal, so they just sat there and chatted.
Maybe because they were driving all the way here, they were all a little tired and wanted to go back and rest early.
Emily waited and waited, but Quinn never came back.
She looked at the time and saw that she had been out for twenty minutes. "Where did this girl go?"
"Why don't you go out and check on her." Jason was a little worried.
After all, this was Quinn's first time in Los Angeles and she was not familiar with the place.
Emily nodded in agreement.
