Ashley slowly angled herself sideways, eyes now fixed on the brown bag in front of them. Lorenzo reached out and brushed her hair back so he could see her face clearly.
God, she was beautiful.
He swallowed hard, feeling a warm heat spread through him.
"What's inside?" Ashley asked calmly.
Lorenzo leaned forward and picked up the bag, pulling out a transparent plastic plate with a large chicken burger inside.
Ashley's eyes widened as he set it on the couch, along with a big bowl of strawberry flavored ice cream.
Was this just coincidence or he still remembered her favorite ice cream flavor?
"This is what's inside. I hope strawberry is still your favorite flavor?" Lorenzo asked, eyes fixed on the woman sitting on his lap like a cute child.
'Gosh, he still remembers.'
A strange flutter filled Ashley's chest. And she couldn't help salivating.
