I left the brothers tent feeling content. I'd made a deal with them that benefited both me and them. We would get to live in peace, and they would get a healer.
I was so glad I just so happened to have a skill they required. Perhaps that would explain why there were more men and children in the village than women. And also, why there weren't any elderly. They didn't have a physician.
I'd even been upgraded from calling them master to just chief and vice chief. Then a thought occurred to me. Technically they were Crown prince, and second prince of Ibis I wonder why they wanted to be referred to as Chiefs. Perhaps it was because they had no kingdom to rule anymore…I didn't know. I could only theorize.
