The long, sharp thorns pierced the beast's skin, causing it to writhe in agony as it tried to free itself. But It was just too difficult, the thorns were peiceing on him crazily. Blood slowly began to seep from the wounds, staining the thorns and the surrounding earth. But the weird thing was that, the blood wasn't red. It was green and thick.
It struggled again, but still, the thorns dug deeper into its flesh, causing more damage and more pain on it body. Meanwhile, Jake and Sasha just stood there in awe, watching the whole drama.
"Should we help?" Jake asked, frantically raising his eye brows at Sasha. Knowing fully well that she would kicked against such a sarcastic idea.
"Seriously, Jake?"
"Nah, just kidding.... Sash" Jake said, scratching his head sheepishly. He just lied. He was literally feeling pity for the wild beast now, and he knows attesting to that fact right in front of Sasha…. would be a slap to her face.
