With my head peaking out the window and the rest of my body inside, barely balancing, I turned backward and asked.
"Seems we're a bit late; everyone's going to be ahead of us. Still want to g-"
Before I could even finish my sentence, I felt a sudden pressure push against the bottom of my shoes, causing my entire body to fall forward out the window.
I had no time to even react.
Falling headfirst toward the ground, I immediately cupped my hands around my head and prayed for the best.
However, mere moments before my head hit the dirty garden floor surrounding the building, a sudden pressure gripped my ankle.
As I hung in the air, held up by Mira's weak grip on my ankle and pushed down by the overwhelming force of gravity, a voice echoed from above me.
"Hurry up!"
Pressing my palms to the ground, I stabilized my body in the air before rolling forward and performing a somersault.
