The third group arrived, and now it was time for group four. Kota was not expecting much here, as he already had a grimiore. He and the rest of group four stood up and entered on Hodges command. "Good luck Shina." Kota said lowly. "You too Kota." She smiled at him.
Kota took the steps down the stairs, as he reached the bottom, not only darkness was there but as well as light. Spirits were flying around all over the place. Blue, green, white lights, and many others. The structure was astounding with cracked railing, and massive walkways. More a circular structure. As Kota looked over the railing he could not see the bottom. Lights flickered lower, but less and less flickered the lower.
A theory crossed his mind, and he believed he was correct. "Shina come with me." He grabbed her hand as he raced to the next floor lower. "What's going on?" She asked. "Don't make a contract with a spirit yet." He said quickly. "Why not?" She asked confused. "I'll tell you when we are there." He said while moving quickly to the lower levels.
As they reached the eighth floor he stopped. "So I did some peering, and the lower levels, the higher the spirits presence is." He explained. "You broke a rule?" She was astonished. "Shhh. It was when we were above ground. I've been avoiding the spirits." He said in a low voice, as the spirits could hear him. "Okay I'll trust you." She said. "Okay see if there are spirits here that would make a contract with you. If not then we head Lower." Kota said.
Shina nodded her head and walked forward towards a group of spirits. They all scattered in different directions. Not a single one wanted anything to do with her. But he was not worried, there were too many floors here, they just needed to head lower.
On the ninth floor, Shins repeated her steps. She walked towards another group and it looked like they all scattered, but one remained. Shina had stopped around an arm lengths away from the floating grey orbs. She bowed with her eyes closed and did not speak a word. After she lifted her head up, they stood in complete silence, very still for a solid 8 minutes.
Shina opened her eyes and the grey orb floated towards her hand. It shone brighter when it reached her hand, as the light got too blinding it vanished. Shina turned around as spoke. "I've made a contract!" She said quietly but he could tell she was excited. Kota smiled, and gestured to head back to the surface.
As Shina stepped passed Kota a voice rang in his head. "Evil power. Leave!" His mind came back to him. He could feel the pressure overwhelming him when they connected. It was suffocating and terrifyingly powerful. He noticed it came from the bottom floor, as he had traced its power. A cold sweat ran on him face.
Shina turned around "Hey, are you coming?" She poked. Kota turned around and walked towards the stairs. Another voice rang, but this one had a weaker pressure. "Leave now!" Then another and another. "Leave." "Begone Evil." "Die if you stay." "Kill." Kota had grabbed Shinas hand and rushed towards the stairs. Rockies crumbled and fell between his feet as he ran.
"What's wrong?" Shina asked. "They found out, just run!" Kota shouted. A fearful expression on his face. His mind was getting crushed with many voices trying to enter. Pressure of each of they're mana was driving him mad. (Push further.) he ran this thought over and over in his mind. Look started dripping from his nose. "Floor three. We are almost there." Shina spoke as Kota was struggling to continue walking. As he made it to the second floor he had collapsed from the overwhelming pressure. Blood pouring from his mouth now. As soon as he had hit the floor, Lukas came up the stairs behind them.
"Is he okay?" He asked. Shina turned around stared at him. "Help me carry him. Now!" She yelled. Lukas instantly jolted to Kota and lifted him over his shoulders as they rushed towards the outside. When they finally reached the exit, Kota was drenched in blood, he had formed small cuts all around his body.
"What's wrong happened?" Hodge yelled as he ran over to carry him the rest of the way. "I don't know." Shina cried. "We were in the eight floor and he panicked and started running. I followed." Shina explained, twisting the truth slightly. "Help me set up a tent and get Amelia to get Ms. Yun!" Hodge commanded.
Warmth flowed through his body, like warm water flowing through his veins. His eyes opened up as he closed them again from the bright light. "Sorry I'm all done now." Ms. Yun had said, as he light healing magic dissipated. "Thank you" he said, sliding off the rugged bed. The blanket hit the floor, and he was standing there in his boxers. "Where's my clothes?" He asked looking in Ms. Yuns direction. She just looked away, slightly blushing. "Wait till I leave please, Aisha is washing them for you." She spoke. Kota picked up the blanket and wrapped himself as Ms Yun walked out the tent.
Aisha walked in just as Ms. Yun was leaving. "Here's your clothes master." Aisha said handing him his freshly washed clothes. "Thanks… Wait what. Master?" Kota was puzzled. "Where did this come from?" He asked. "Shina and Amelia said you liked it when you are undressed." She blurted out. Kota's face ran red. With embarrassment and anger. "Forget that You learned that. And don't tell anyone that ever." He spouted to Aisha, as she stood there unfazed.
Snickering came from behind the tent. Laughing soon followed. A hand reached out from the bottom of the tent and pulled two girls inside, as if they just got kidnapped. "What have you been teaching Aisha you two?" He scolded the two girls who just got dragged under the tent to the inside. They lifted they're heads to look up. They're eyes locked on the bulge from his boxers.
They sat there on they're knees as he scolded them. "Sorry master. It won't happen again." They said in unison. "Drop this master stuff." He broke out. They're eyes never left his bulge. "And stop staring." He said as both of them snapped out of it and locked eyes with him. "Yes master." They both replied in unison, as they both broke out laughing, Not being able to hold it in.
The group walked out the tent together, two girls with big knots on they're heads. Another group of students "you alright friend?" Lukas asked leaned up against a fallen tree near the tent. One foot was up against a tree root behind him. "I'm doing fine now. I heard you helped carry me up the stairs. I really appreciate it." Kota thanked him, as that was a generous act. He could've left him there to die. "Not a problem, gotta have each others backs out here." He replied. "We are gunna head out to scout a bit. We will see you soon." Kota said as Amelia was tugging on his shirt.
The group of four scouted and found nothing. The class headed out into the thick forest. 2 days had passed as they traveled.
September 20 2059
It was night time, the class had already traveled more than half way back. Tents were placed for each group. As the classmates laid in they're respective tents. Kota was falling asleep slowly. He felt a tug on his blanket. He rolled over to find Amelia crouched beside him. "How long do I have to wait?" She asked quietly to not wake the others. "For what?" He asked. She rolled her eyes and grabbed his hand. She had dragged him outside into the forest. She had a robe type clothing covering her body.
As they got an appropriate distance away, she stopped and turned to him. She leaned to him and placed her lips on his. Her tongue entered his mouth as they dance like fire. Her hand slid down into his shorts and stroked his cock. She untied her robe at the same time, when it dropped she wasn't wearing anything underneath. "I want you to fuck me." She said with light in her eyes. He bent her over, as her hands held to a tree nearby. "Ah fuck yes. Harder." Her moans could be heard through the forest echos.
The two of them snuck back into the tent. They crept around the tent to his side. When they both laid down a voice chirped up. "Seems like you two just fucked. I can smell it… get it cause I'm a cat." Aisha spoke out loud. Another burst of laughter followed. Shins couldn't hold it in. She had laughed for a good two minutes before calming down. "You dont have to sneak around to have sex. As long as I get a share every once in a while." She said with a timid voice and her shy side expressing her beauty.
Shina finished speaking as a scream was heard from another tent. The students jolted out of they're tents to see what the commotion was about. What followed was horror. A creature the size of a human, smoke followed its wake. It's figure fading in and out of the smoke making it difficult to make out its appearance. It had a black robe on blending with the smoke. Tendrils came out of its arms, as sharp as spears.
Two students corpses hung in the air on its tendrils. One skewed right through his stomach. His breathing could be seen but he had no reaction, as if he was dead. The creature looked at the corpse and slowly opened its pitch black mouth. It's mouth grew larger and larger until it took a bite of the student breathing. His head was devoured whole. (What the fuck.) Kota was frozen. A voice yelled from behind. "RUN!" It was Hodges voice. Kota looked at Shina and Amelia. They took off running. Kota stopped by the tent and grabbed Aisha who's was still sound asleep. They ignored the screaming behind them from the other students as they bolted through the forest.
The group ran as far as they could without stopping. They had ran at least 14 kilometers by now. They had no clue where they were, they left all the stuff at the tents. They sat down to take a break. "What the fuck." Amelia said, her eyes still shook from the sight she just saw. Shina was still shaking from the shock. She hasn't said a single word. Tears welled in her eyes as she pushed them back. "Aisha, you know that creature?" He looked in her direction. "Yea.. huff.." she was out of breath from running. "That's a predatorial class creature. A death knight." Aisha spoke. "It's one of the most feared monsters in this land. I would be surprised if anyone lived back there." She spoke up not regarding the lives of the other classmates. "We need to put more distance between us. Let's continue." Kota suggested. The rest of them got up to keep heading in the opposite direction of the death knight.
A whole day has passed as they continued walking blindly. A few low ranked monsters had appeared but they were of little threat. A rank 2 glideworm and a rank 3 silvertree. They harvested the cores and left the materials. "Let's rest here for the night." Kota said. It was already night as the stars shown through the tree leaves. They headed for an uprooted tree, making some what of a shelter. The four of them fell into the small crater with exhaustion. It was cold outside and they were tired. Each of they're clothes soaked in sweat. They all stripped and laid they're clothes down to lay on. Kota sat down in the center as Amelia was on the right, and Shina was on the left. Aisha laid in his lap, as that's where she fell asleep the most often.
"Get some rest, we will have to leave in the morning." Kota said as they fell asleep rather quickly. Shina slumped onto Kota's shoulders, while Amelia fell in his lap next to Aisha. "Guess I'm the last one." He closed his eyes and drifted off. In his mind he felt as if he had full control of his body. (Is this a dream?) "It's your mind cluster" a female voice rang out. (Who's there?) he asked. "No one to be concerned of right now." The voice had changed to deep male voice. (What do you want?) "You need this. Open your mind and free the pressure held within." It spoke in a kids voice. (What the hell does that mean?) he asked, but there was no response. A feeling of a vortex pulling him with a mass suction, had made him feel as if his soul was being pulled from his body.
"Kota. Kota. Wakey wakey." A light soothing voice rang in his ears. His eyes slowly opened, as a gorgeous face floated above his. "Good morning Shina." He responded. "Your cock is hard, do you want me to help you with that?" She asked in an innocent tone. "We got to get ready to leave. Get dressed." He said while getting up to put on his clothes. Her eyes glared to the side, as a puppy that didn't get the treat it wanted. "Hmpf" she pouted.
He gotten dressed along with the girls. A rustling came from behind the bushes nearby. (Had it already caught up?) Kota drew his swords expecting a fight. As the rustling grown closer, he readied his weapon. When the time was right, he slashed downwards towards the creature. "Ahhhh." A scream resounded as the sound of metal clanging on metal sounded. "Lukas?" Kota responded. He reached his hand out to help him up. "Thank god it's you four! I saw so many classmates die. Kenny. Mimi. Hue. Filix." He teared up.
Lukas grabbed Kota's hand to pull him up. "Great parry by the way." Kota complimented his reaction time. "Thank you. Been training the sword for a very long time." He boasted. Kota was actually impressed he lived a full day out here by himself and ran as far as they did. Aisha came running back with some water for him. "Thank you Aisha." She smiled at him.
"We got to leave here soon Lukas. Do you want to travel with us?" Kota asked. "Where to?" Lukas responded. "We are heading to a village Aisha knows well. It's a Demi human village." As Kota said those words, Lukas's eyes brightened. "Sounds good!" He said. "Let's gather some food and scout the land ahead." Kota suggested, even though it came across more of a command.
They split the roles into teams. Shina, Aisha, and Amelia were in charge of gathering food. Meanwhile Kota and Lukas headed deeper to scout around they're area. No traces of monster nearby could be felt by Kota.
2 hours later the group of girls came back with a hog, and another monster, which Aisha says is delicious when cooked. It's a rank 1 Grim. An insect type creature with golden cricket like legs. The legs are a cuisine in this region, according to Aisha.
The group set up a fire and cooked the meat over the fire. Mid day was soon to fall on them, as this was the time to leave the campsite and head further in.
"Pack up we are leaving." They all followed orders as the girls had noticed Kota's movements before hand. Lukas was struggling to keep up with this group. He thought that the girls could read Kota's mind.
