It was the day of the peach ceremony. The garden was impeccably decorated with flowers and lovely artifacts that the Goddess of the West loved. Since the peach tree of immortality had only grown in her personal garden, the banquet was held there.
The heavenly soldiers stood on guard meanwhile, plenty of guests were seated, their eyes were at the peach tree that had just a few plump peaches growing. The distinguished guests were seated closer to the Jade king.
"The Arbiter and his Fiance present themselves in the presence of the Goddess of the West." the announcer announced.
All the beings in the banquet turned their eyes towards the pair, as both of walked through the banquet in a black clothing. The crowd gasped.
While the fiance of the arbiter had her face covered with a dark veil, she wore a clothing much different then the hanfu that had been in use since the Azure Dragon's time. She wore a black kimono with plethora of magnolia on them.
