After Itachi fell down to the ground everyone went and helped him to carry to his house, while Itachi is unconscious. At that time, two lights entered Itachi's body. One is a soul from Earth and the other is a female demonic cultivator from Xianxia world. No one saw these lights because these are supernatural things. Well, if they have Mangekyo Sharingan or Rinnegan then it may be possible. But for Uchiha clan for now only Itachi and Fugaku has Mangekyo...no one else has. So it's obvious that they can't see the soul entering Itachi's body.

Inside Itachi's body.
In Itachi's sea of conscious. There are three souls. One a soul from Earth. His name is Kiran. And other a demonic empress. With noble and conquer status. And in front of them both there is Itachi's soul.
Itachi seeing two foreign souls. With anger says, "Hey who the fuck are you. Coming inside my body." Well even when how calm and cool person, when someone invades his personal space, he will be emotional and angrier.
Itachi activates his Mangekyo Sharingan to cast Genjutsu. Both are unaffected by it. Seeing this Itachi got surprised as they are unaffected by the Genjutsu.
The empress sense no energy from Kiran but vast energy from Itachi mostly from his two eyes. Particularly one eye is even more powerful. The empress suffered energy backlash as she entered this world, so her soul energy depleted. So, she wanted to seize this body as fast as she could. She moved towards Itachi very fast forming a fist.
Sensing her energy which is great, Itachi activated Susanoo, red Susanoo activated and it covered whole Itachi. As empress fist touched it with force. Cracks appeared. Seeing her strength, Itachi activates Amaterasu. Looking at the black dress demon empress. Itachi activating his eye power. Says, "AMATERASU"
Black flames appears on the empress. She struggles to stop the spread of the black flames. She sat and envelops her body with red qi and stops the effect of black flames. But the black flames are still there.
Seeing her. Itachi thinks, 'She is done for. Now let's deal with this guy' After thinking he looks at the Kiran.
Then Itachi ran very fast that he appeared in front of Kiran in a span of seconds and unleashed his Susanoo hard attack. Even though Kiran is outside normal, but inside he is fearing his shit out. Kiran is accepting his death. But when it hit Kiran, something unexpected happened. The attack got deflected back.
Seeing this Kiran got surprised thinking luck is on his side, as he got some benefits as he got transmitted here. Itachi used again, same thing happened...deflected again. Itachi thinks, 'It's like some invisible wall is there. Even though it strikes his body' Then Itachi used Amaterasu...nothing happened when black flames touched Kiran. It ignited on Kiran's body, within fraction of seconds it disappeared.
Seeing this unimaginable thing, Itachi used non-stop Amaterasu and attacked with Susanoo but it's all in vain. After 30 min. Itachi got exhausted. Kiran went to Itachi and hits him. Itachi gets thrown a long distance. Seeing this Kiran thinks, 'Am I that powerful.' Well that's expected to think like that. Because he is a normal person from Earth. Having this much strength to overpower Itachi is unexpected thing.
Soon Kiran comes to Itachi again and he hits Itachi, some portion of his soul gets vaporised and it enters into Kiran. As it entered he can sense Itachi body, the part he absorbed. Kiran punches non stop on Itachi's soul. Soon all the Itachi's remaining soul absorbed by Kiran. And Kiran seized Itachi's body. As he seized Itachi's body, flames on the demon empress got disappeared somehow. She saw Kiran in her exhausted state and she fell unconscious.

Meanwhile in the underground chambers of secret organisation named Root which was created by Danzo. Danzo looking at time thinks, "It's about time Itachi would have finished his deed. And I need to collect the eyes and bring it to Orochimaru"
Danzo stands from his seat. With his two guards moves towards Uchiha clan area but there is no stench of blood. As one reached like the level of Danzo they can sense the stench of blood and has some foresight.
As he went near to the clan, what Danzo saw not the blood bath but lively street.
Danzo inwardly curses Itachi, 'what does this red eyed brat doing.'
