He nodded, thumb brushing lightly over the back of her hand. "I thought I was going to lose contact with you for a moment." His voice dipped lower. "I know you're strong. You've always been. But I still worry, you always find yourself in the eye of the storm."
Qingran ears reddened as she pulled away, not because of what Feng Yizhou said but the way he looked at her.

"Anyways I've got a secured place in the capital. If you want to go out, you tell me I'll come with you. Unlike Chengdu, the capital is experiencing both zombies and bio hazards. Most of the citizens are being evacuated.."
