"Shizune...I've brought your breakfast..." I say, knocking on the door of the cabin where Shizune is sleeping. After all that conversation and journey, we've arrived at the village that is under my command.
"You can come in, Yeom," Shizune says as I enter with a tray in my hands. On it, there are toast, bread, cheese, coffee, and fruit jam for her to eat. I made this with what I knew about cooking.
She seems much better today. When we first arrived at the village, I gave her a cabin, and she simply went to take a bath and sleep without eating anything or saying anything else.
I left a bit bothered by that. This village is a place where I keep some special scrolls for myself, so it's a very hidden location, and the people who live here are ordinary folks who don't know my identity.
The people in this village don't even know what I'm hiding here underground. They just live here, thinking it's a "naturally" safe place to be.
