The girl's eyes began to well up with tears, but she remained silent clenching her fists , her lips pressed tightly together. The bullies continued to torment her, their words and actions cutting deep into her confidence.
The rest of the class watched with varying degrees of interest, some snickering, others looking away in discomfort. No one intervened or stood up for her.
"Ohhh! Look out this puppy looks so innocent!"

" Hey puppy why don't you get up and bark''
Another girl with a pony tail said mocking as she pushed her seat.
The girl didn't say anything just kept looking down .
" Oho my mistake this puppy can't talk"

one of them said, kicking her bag.
