Ivanna's face twisted in concern, and she gently touched Nick's face, pressing it lightly. Nick groaned in pain, and Ivanna clenched her wrist, feeling a pang of guilt.
"This ...is nothing...?"
Nick was terrified once again to see her reaction.
"It's really nothing, it's just a superficial wound,"
Nick said, trying to reassure her.
Neal also looked at him a bit worried
She didn't say anything,
Ivanna's gaze turned to Neal, and she began to inspect him more closely, checking for any signs of injury.
"I really have no injury, Ive," Neal said, smiling warmly.
"Hmm," Ivanna replied, her expression still concerned.
As she started the car again, Nick let out a sigh of relief, thinking that the ordeal was over. But he was wrong. Just a few seconds later, he realized they weren't heading home.
"Ive, it's not the way home. Where are you taking us?"
Nick asked, his voice laced with confusion.
"Hospital,"
Ivanna replied, her voice firm and decisive.
