Wolverine's sharp eyes narrowed as he absorbed what he had just heard. "The kid dodged a lightspeed attack? And tanked a blast that cut the moon?"

His usual gruff demeanor cracked just enough to let out a low whistle, "Damn... makes Cyclops' optic blasts look like a damn flashlight."

Scott adjusted his visor, his tactical mind running calculations on Naruto's speed, endurance, and sheer destructive power.

"Third the speed of light... dodging lightspeed attacks... this guy isn't just fast, he's practically untouchable."

He crossed his arms, as his tone became serious, "If he were a mutant... or if he ever decided we were enemies... we'd be in serious trouble."

Scott wasn't one to back down from a fight, but the idea of someone that fast and powerful was daunting-even for the X-Men's leader.

Storm's looked thoughtful, her eyes glowing faintly. "To cause weather shifts and evaporate lakes through sheer force... that's impressive for someone so young."

Rogue shook her head with an amused smirk. "Well, shoot, sugar! He can just make new eyeballs for blind people?!"

She tilted her head toward Cyclops, a teasing grin begin to form, "Coulda used that trick on poor ol' Scott if things ever went sideways."

Beast adjusted his glasses, "Hmm... high-speed reflexes, soul resilience, extreme durability, and reality-warping chakra constructs, he defies almost every known scientific metric. Fascinating. I'd love to study this 'chakra', purely in the name of science, of course."

Professor X, hearing all of this through their minds, finally added: "Yet despite all that, Naruto chooses to protect others, to lead through compassion rather than fear. That kind of strength... is what gives me hope."

["But despite this, he can only take so much punishment, Naruto has been defeated by Sasuke and when battling Momoishi, while he survived a re-directed Tailed Beast Bomb, he was defeated and taken captive by the attackers, and it's worth noting that Naruto often has to rely on his Shadow Clones or Kurama if he's in a tight spot." Wiz mentioned.]

['Plus, his chakra has a well-defined limit, while he can last a long damn while without his chakra, his most powerful techniques rely on how much chakra's he got left in his system, if he runs out, it's pure ninja fighting or nothing." Boomstick explained.]

["But these limits and weaknesses make Naruto a more relatable character, and above all, Naruto is an inspiration to many of us, proving to us nothing is truly impossible and that you can be more than what people think about you" Wiz said in admiration.]

["Naruto is for many people the greatest anime hero of all. And he deserves it." Boomstick said proudly.]

["Don't underestimate me! I don't quit and I don't run! You can act tough all you want! You're not gonna scare me off! No way! I don't care if I DO get stuck as a Genin for the rest of my life! I'll still be Hokage someday! Naruto declared."]

As soon as Naruto's analysis wrapped up, the crowd erupted in applause and cheers. Naruto fans roared with excitement, confidently backing their hero to win the Death Battle. But now, everyone was eager to see how Luffy could possibly stand a chance against him.

["Wealth. Fame. Power. Gol D. Roger, the King of the Pirates, obtained this and everything else the world had to offer. And his dying words sent countless souls to the sea. These souls all dreamed of finding the One Piece, the legendary treasure of... the One Piece Universe." Wiz explained the beginning of a long overcomplicated story.]

["Over twenty years later, and it's the Great Pirate Era!" Boomstick exclaimed excitedly, "While the legend of the One Piece had started to fade away as just a myth, there's no denying that the pirate lifestyle was still going strong! Despite all the Marine's attempts to end the era of pirates, there were still hundreds, and thousands of pirate crews!"]

["And One such crew would go on to take the whole world by storm, filled with bizarre misfits and outcasts who would defy even the entire world." Wiz said as the screen shows the Strawhat Pirates logo and its various crew members.]

["The Straw Hat Pirates! From the Pirate Hunter Roronoa Zoro, Cat Burglar Nami, Black Leg Sanji , Devil Child Robin, and even a bipedal, adorable talking reindeer named Chopper!" Boomstick introduced the crew, "This crew's got some of the craziest and weirdest members! Including a talking skeleton and a giant cyborg wearing underwear, a liar, and a Fishman! It's a crew that really showed what it means to be a pirate. Living life as free as possible, constantly pursuing adventures, dreams, and friends!"]

["But despite how different the crew as a whole is, there's no denying that they have strong bonds that other people can't help but be pulled in and influenced by. For each member had adopted the values and ideals of their captain as their own. The one who truly represents what his crew truly is. The Fifth Emperor of the Sea, Straw Hat Monkey D. Luffy." Wiz revealed while the screen shows a picture of Monkey D. Luffy.]

However, tensions quickly rose as some toxic fans began mocking Naruto fans, reigniting the ongoing debate between the two fandoms and sparking yet another heated argument

Meanwhile, the man of the hour himself simply sat there, scratching his head in confusion.

"Hmm... Emperor, huh?" Luffy muttered, tilting his straw hat slightly, "Doesn't really matter to me. I'm still gonna do what I always do."

Sanji let out an exasperated sigh, lighting a cigarette, "Of course, you don't care..."

Nami groaned as she rubbed her temples, "At least try to understand how important this is! That isn't just some small-time title!"

Franky however only grinned, "Eh, doesn't change a thing! Emperor or not, Luffy's still our captain!"

Brook chuckled, as he adjusted his cane, "Yohohohoho! Indeed! And as always, we shall follow him to the very ends of the world!"

Usopp suddenly puffed up with confidence, striking a dramatic pose, "Yeah! And as the legendary sniper of the great Emperor's crew, I-"

Before he could finish, a swift fist from Nami crashed down onto his head, sending him sprawling onto the deck.

"Don't push your luck." She muttered angrily.

Robin, who had been quietly sipping her tea, simply smiled, "I think it's fitting. Luffy has a way of toppling the world's balance, whether he intends to or not. Becoming an Emperor was inevitable."

Jinbei nodded in agreement, "Right. That title isn't just for show, it comes with responsibility and a target on our backs. But if there's anyone who can shoulder that burden in his own way, it's Luffy."

Luffy just grinned as he leaned back on his chair while watching the screen, "Doesn't really matter! I'm still me!"

The rest of the crew burst into laughter, while Luffy just grinned, unfazed as ever. To him, titles didn't mean a thing, he was still just himself, doing what he loved.

Marine Headquarters - New Marineford

A tense atmosphere filled the grand war room of Marine Headquarters. High-ranking officers and admirals sat around an enormous table, their faces illuminated by the glow of the large screen.

Fleet Admiral Akainu slammed his fist against the table, lava dripping from his knuckles as the wood beneath his hand sizzled and burned.

Fleet Admiral Akainu's fist clenched as his magma bubbled with suppressed rage, "That brat... has gone too far. First, taking down Doflamingo... then Whole Cake Island... and now... Kaido?!"

His voice was a dangerous growl, the fury evident in his crimson eyes.

Kizaru, as laid-back as ever, sipped his tea, though his usual relaxed tone was laced with intrigue. "Oooh... so we've really got a new Emperor now, huh? That Straw Hat boy sure moves fast... yare yare..."

Vice Admiral Tsuru, one of the Marines' oldest and most experienced strategists, took a deep breath, "It's not just about strength anymore. He's uniting people, much like Whitebeard did in his era."

Admiral Fujitora, who had been silently listening let out a heavy sigh, "The world government has made a grave mistake underestimating that boy. And now, we must face the consequences." He tapped his cane on the floor as he sighed deeply.

Monkey D. Garp, the Hero of the Marines, sat in his chair with a wide grin on his face, "Bwahahaha! That idiot grandson of mine actually pulled it off, huh?" He laughed heartily, while ignoring the sharp glare Akainu threw his way.

Sengoku, who was sitting beside him, rubbed his temples in exasperation, "This isn't a joke, Garp. This is exactly what we feared would happen when we let him go all those years ago." His voice was calm, but the underlying frustration was clear.

Garp smirked widely, "Feared? Nah, this is what I expected. That boy's got Roger's spirit in him. You can't lock that away." His expression turned serious for a brief moment. "But I'll say this, Luffy isn't like the others. He doesn't crave power or control. He just does what he believes is right."

Red Force – Somewhere in the New World

Lucky Roux laughed while taking a bite of meat, "Hehe, look at that! That kid really did it, huh?"

Yasopp smirked with pride, "Man, it makes me feel old. I remember when he was just a loud little brat screaming about becoming the Pirate King."

Benn Beckman, who was leaning against the railing while smoking, gave a thoughtful nod, "Taking down Kaido isn't something just anyone can do. Even if he had help, that's a feat worthy of an Emperor."

Shanks, watching the screen, smiled warmly. His expression, however, held a hint of nostalgia and seriousness, "Luffy... you've really come this far. But now, the real challenges begin." He took a sip of sake before turning to his crew. "Let's drink to the new Emperor!"

The crew erupted into cheers, as they raised their cups in celebration.

Hachinosu

The laughter in the hideout of the Blackbeard Pirates was anything but friendly as Marshall D. Teach laughed at what he just saw at the screen.

"Zehahaha!! So the little rookie finally made it, huh?" Blackbeard said as his grin widened, "But he ain't ready to sit at our table yet. He's still got a long way to go before he can challenge me!"

Burgess, while flexing his muscles, simply laughed, "The guy's strong, no doubt, but you really think he can keep up with us, Teach?"

Shiryu smirked as he exhaled smoke from his cigarette, "He's becoming a real problem. The more people rally behind him, the harder he'll be to deal with. You sure we should just ignore this?"

Lafitte chuckled, "A new Emperor means a shift in power. If we play our cards right, we can use this to our advantage."

Blackbeard grinned wider, as his eyes gleamed with ambition, "Let him enjoy the title for now. When the time comes... we'll take everything from him. Zehahahaha!"

The former admiral Aokiji who was nearby just frowned deeper as he listened in on their conversation.

Baltigo- Revolutionary Army Headquarters

Inside the main war room of the Revolutionary Army, the core members gathered around the screen as they watched Luffy.

Dragon sat at the head of the table, his expression unreadable as he stared at his son's image. After a few moments, he exhaled and said in a calm tone, "So... the world finally acknowledges him as an Emperor."

Sabo grinned in pride as soon as he saw his brother, "Hah! I knew it was only a matter of time! If anyone deserves that title, it's Luffy!" His voice was full of pride, but a hint of concern lingered in his eyes, "But this means he's an even bigger target now... The World Government isn't going to just let this slide."

Koala let out a sigh of relief, "I'm just glad he's still alive after fighting Kaido... But Sabo's right. The government will see this as a threat."

Ivankov burst into laughter while dramatically flipping his hair. "KYAAHAHA! Luffy-boy just keeps surprising the world! First, he turns Impel Down upside down, then he punches a Celestial Dragon, and now this! What a FABULOUS turn of events!"

Dragon remained quiet for a moment, before he finally spoke, "Luffy's path is his own... He's not a revolutionary, but his actions send shockwaves throughout the world. Whether he realizes it or not, he's shaking the very foundation of the World Government."

He then stood up as he looked at the map of the world and continued, "This changes things. We need to prepare for what comes next."

Sabo nodded in agreement,"No matter what happens, one thing's for sure... Luffy's going to turn the world upside down again."

The Revolutionary Army officers nodded, knowing that this was only the beginning.

Karai Bari Island- Cross Guild Hideout

Buggy stared at the screen with trembling hands as he yelled, "W-WHAAAAAT?! STRAW HAT IS AN EMPEROR NOW?!" He fell backwards in shock as he tried to grasp this realisation, "This is insane! How does that brat keep pulling off miracles?!"

Crocodile scoffed as he leaned against his chair, "Hmph, Mugiwara finally started to become a genuine threat now."

Dracule Mihawk smirked slightly, "Fascinating. Luffy's growth has been extraordinary. Perhaps he will become the King of the Pirates."

Buggy grabbed his hair in frustration as he screamed, "THIS IS BAD! If Luffy's an Emperor now, people will start thinking I should challenge him! I'M GONNA DIE!!"

Crocodile rolled his eyes at the sight, "Then stop acting like a big shot."

["Luffy was born in the small town of Foosha Village, a town small enough for everyone to know each other's names. Wiz said as the screen shows Foosha Village, "Though they also knew him from his grandad." He added before the screen shows a picture of Monkey D. Garp.]

["Monkey D. Garp was a famous hero and rival of the Pirate King, serving as a Vice Admiral of the Marines. As such, he tried to teach Luffy what he perceived to be the proper values of life in hopes of making sure Luffy would go down the right path as a person and in life. He even went as far as to make Luffy undergo vigorous training." Wiz continued to explain.]

["For example, Being tied to balloons and sent into the sky, left behind in the woods at night, and even being thrown into a ravine filled with Sharks! Boomstick pointed out as the screen shows Luffy in his 'training' montage, "Definitely not winning grandfather of the year huh Garp?"]

{One Piece Universe}

Marine Headquarters- New Marineford

Akainu's face twitched with barely restrained fury as he screamed, "What the hell is this madness?!"

Vice Admiral Tsuru let out a deep sigh, as she rubbed her temples, "Garp... You absolute fool. What were you thinking?!"

Monkey D. Garp who was munching on rice crackers, smiled and said, "Bwahahaha! What's with all the fuss? That was just good old-fashioned training!"

Admiral Kizaru chuckled as he watched Kid Luffy being launched into the sky with balloons, "Ooooh, that looks pretty extreme... Maybe even a little excessive, hmm?"

Garp waved him off as he just laughed, "Bah, you're all too soft! That brat needed to toughen up! Look how strong he is now, he even took down Kaido! You all should be thanking me!"

Admiral Fujitora just looked at him and bluntly said, "You do realize you were training a future pirate, right?"

Garp blinked for a moment before he looked away, whistling innocently.

Sengoku had his head buried in his hands as his entire body shook, "All these years... all these years I tried to keep you under control... And now I find out you did THIS?!"

Kizaru just chuckled at the former fleet admirals reaction, "Sengoku-san, I think you were always doomed to fail with Garp."

Garp just laughed again, unfazed by all of the tension, "Aw, c'mon, lighten up! I bet if you trained the Marines like this, we wouldn't lose so many battles!"

Sengoku slammed his hand on the table, "NO, GARP, WE ARE NOT THROWING MARINES INTO SHARK-INFESTED RAVINES!"

The conference room erupted into chaos as the debate continued, with Garp still grinning like it was the funniest thing in the world.

{Naruto Universe}

Hidden Leaf Village

Naruto blinked in surprise at the sight of this, "Wait... hold up. THAT was his training as a kid?!" He said in disbelief, "Man, and I thought my childhood was rough, but at least I wasn't tossed into a pit of sharks!"

Sasuke crossed his arms as he narrowed his eyes, "That's less like training and more like attempted murder."

Kakashi let out a light chuckle, "Well, they do say adversity builds strength... but this might be taking it a bit too far."

Sakura's jaw dropped at Garp's training regime, "WHAT KIND OF INSANE GRANDPA DOES THAT TO A KID?!"

Hinata covered her mouth as she looked concerned for Luffy, "Poor Luffy-kun... That must have been terrifying."

Rock Lee however had tears in his eyes as his fists clenched in admiration, "Such rigorous and extreme training! This is a testament to the strength of the human spirit! I must undergo similar training immediately!!"

Might Guy's eyes burned with enthusiasm as well and agreed with his student, "YES, LEE! THIS IS THE TRUE MEANING OF YOUTH! I SHALL HAVE YOU TRAIN BY TYING YOU TO BALLOONS AT ONCE!"

The rest of the ninjas simply stared at the two, their expressions flat and unimpressed.

{Classroom of the Elite universe (Before Year 2)}

Class 1-D

Kiyotaka Ayanokoji remained expressionless, as he analyzed the situation with his usual calm demeanor, 'If Luffy survived such training, it suggests he possesses extreme durability and adaptability. That kind of upbringing forges an individual who can withstand nearly any hardship.' He glanced at the reactions of his classmates, noting how most of them were visibly disturbed.

Suzune Horikita crossed her arms, as she frowned at Garp's training regime, "This is beyond reckless. There's a difference between strict training and outright abuse. How can someone put a child through that?"

Kikyo Kushida forced a smile but was clearly uncomfortable, "Ehehe... wow, that's... extreme. I can't imagine anyone in our school surviving something like that."

Ken Sudō's jaw dropped at Garp's brutal training with Luffy, "Man, and I thought my basketball coach was tough, but this is on a whole different level! How the hell did Luffy survive all of that?!"

Rokusuke Kōenji let out an amused laugh, striking a proud pose as he loudly said, "Fufu! Now this is TRUE training! That boy was tempered like fine steel! Perhaps I should consider similar methods to further sculpt my majestic physique!"

Ayanokoji closed his eyes as he thought to himself, 'If Luffy had been in the White Room, I wonder... would he have been the one to break free first?'

["But Luffy didn't want to be shackled down in life by stupid things like laws, social decency, or being a goody-two shoes. Boomstick revealed, "It was the pirate's life for him, especially when he met Red-Haired Shanks!" The screen then shows a picture of Shanks.]

["Shanks was a former apprentice of Roger, and eventually became one of the Four Emperors of the Sea, a Yonko. A pirate so dangerous and powerful that they claimed entire islands as their own territories. Wiz explained, "Shanks was considered as one of the most dangerous criminals in the world. However, to Luffy, Shanks was a father that he never had, who he idolized and learned what it means to be a pirate."]

["Sure he lost some respect for him when Shanks 'wimped out' against some mountain bandits, but he gained even more when Shanks sacrificed his arm in order to save him from a giant Sea Monster." Boomstick revealed even more as the screen shows a video of this scene.]

["Despite being only 7 years old, Luffy wasn't fully traumatized by this. Instead, he took this as a sign that Shanks was truly the one he could look up to, both as a pirate, and a man. A man who promised, never threatened. A man of action, not words. A man who knows which battles are worth fighting, and which aren't worth the dust on his sandals. Wiz said with a tone of wisdom in his voice, "So when Shanks and his crew left the village for good to continue on their journey, Luffy swore a vow. In ten years, he would become a pirate and gather his own crew, and he would surpass Shanks to become the King of the Pirates!"]

["Believe it or not, Shanks saw a lot of Roger in Luffy, so he decided to give Luffy the Pirate King's metaphorical crown, the famous Straw Hat that Shanks inherited from Roger when he was a kid." Wiz continued, "He bet the future on Luffy, and told him to return it when he became a great pirate."]

Everyone was then shocked by this incredible moment and they realise that at this point, Luffy had an interesting character development and everyone can tell that Luffy is someone to keep an eye on.

{One Piece Universe}

Thousand Sunny

As the screen played the video of Shanks sacrificing his arm for Luffy, the entire crew watched in stunned silence.

Zoro took a sip of his sake and smirked, "So that's where your crazy determination comes from. Figures."

Sanji took a drag from his cigarette, watching the footage of Shanks sacrificing his arm, "That guy really did bet it all on you, huh?" He glanced at Luffy and smirked, "It looks like his gamble paid off."

Nami shook her head in disbelief, "Honestly, I should've known. Luffy never cared about things like laws or rules... But Shanks? One of the Four Emperors basically raised him?"

Usopp sat frozen as his mouth was slightly open, "Wait, wait, wait, he met Shanks as a kid?! I thought he was just messing around when he said that!"

Chopper's eyes welled up with tears and cried out, "Shanks was really kind to you, Luffy! He even gave up his arm to protect you... He must have truly believed in you!"

Robin smiled gently at the scene, "Knowing that Shanks saw something special in him... it makes a lot of sense now."

Brook let out a hearty laugh, "Yohohohoho! If I still had eyes, I'd be shedding a tear right now!"

Franky wiped his own tears dramatically as he shouted, "THAT. IS. SUPER!"

Jinbei gave a firm nod as he looked at the screen, "It makes sense why Luffy carries himself the way he does. He inherited more than just a hat, he inherited a will."

Meanwhile, Luffy just grinned as usual, "Shishishi! I told you guys! Shanks is awesome!"

Above the Red Force- Somewhere in the New World

As the scene played out, Shanks leaned back, his face unreadable at first. The younger crew members glanced at him, waiting for his reaction.

Lucky Roux let out a booming laugh, slapping his knee with amusement, "Haha! Look at him now, one of the Four Emperors of the sea! Who would've thought that scrappy little rubber kid would rise all the way to the top? No one back then could've predicted this!"

Beckman took a long drag from his cigarette, exhaling a slow puff of smoke as a knowing smirk tugged at the corner of his lips, "You really went and handed over the Pirate King's hat to some wide-eyed kid," he said, glancing over at Shanks with a mix of amusement, "It was a hell of a gamble, Captain... but damn, if it didn't pay off in spades."

Yasopp burst into laughter, his fist slamming onto the table with a hearty thud. "And now my son's sailing alongside him!" He bellowed, shaking his head in disbelief, "Talk about a small world, huh? What are the odds that the kid we met all those years ago would end up becoming my boy's captain?"

A long pause followed before Shanks finally spoke.

"Luffy..." He smiled slightly, taking a sip of his drink, "Looks like you're doing just fine out there."

He gazed out at the sea, his mind flashing back to that day in Foosha Village, the moment he handed over his hat.

"Guess I'll be seeing you sooner than I thought, huh?" He smiled proudly.

The crew erupted in laughter, raising their mugs in celebration of their captain's "little brother" making waves across the world.

{Super Sentai Universe}

Gokai Galleon

The Gokaigers, the greatest space pirates the universe had ever known, gathered around their ship's main screen as the broadcast played. The mention of Luffy's journey immediately piqued their interest after all, they were pirates too.

Captain Marvelous aka Gokai Red leaned against the control panel, as he watched the footage with interest, "So this guy was just a kid when he swore to become the King of the Pirates? Hah! Sounds familiar." He smirked, remembering his own goal of obtaining the Greatest Treasure in the Universe.

Joe Gibken aka Gokai Blue who was standing beside him, nodded his head, "He's got the same determination as you, Captain. Reckless, but unwavering."

Luka Millfy aka Gokai Yellow grinned and said, "I like this Luffy guy. Wild, free-spirited, and don't care about the rules? Sounds like our kind of pirate."

Doc aka Gokai Green on the other hand was sweating nervously and said, "Wait, wait, wait... he idolized one of the most dangerous men in the world? And he just ran off to become a pirate at 17?! That's crazy!"

Ahim de Famille aka Gokai Pink placed a hand on her chin and said, "And yet, despite his wild personality, he holds deep respect for his crew and his idol. It reminds me of how we all look up to Marvelous."

Marvelous gave a confident smirk and said "Yeah, but unlike this kid, I didn't need some legendary pirate to give me a hat. I took my own future into my hands."

Suddenly, Gai Ikari the ever-enthusiastic Super Sentai fanboy and who is Gokai Silver leaped forward as his eyes sparkled in awe, "THIS. IS. AMAZING! Luffy is basically the Gokai Red of his world! A pirate chosen by the strongest, destined to surpass them! The way Shanks sacrificed his arm to protect him, it's like a Sentai backstory!"

Luka rolled her eyes and muttered, "Oh great, Gai's about to go on another fanboy rant."

Joe chuckled slightly, "Still... there's something about this kid's resolve. He didn't become a pirate just to steal or cause chaos. He fights for something bigger."

Marvelous grinned, as he adjusts his red jacket, "Well, if this 'Straw Hat Luffy' is aiming for the top, let's see if he can actually claim it. After all, the strongest pirate isn't the one with the biggest crew or the most treasure... It's the one with the will to never back down."

The Gokaigers raised their fists in agreement. Though their paths were different, they could all recognize the true spirit of a pirate when they saw it.

And from what they just watched, Monkey D. Luffy was the real deal.

["So when Luffy finally set sail, he had both a decade's worth of experience and training, and a second gift he got from Shanks. One of the most valuable treasures in the One piece world, a Devil Fruit!" Boomstick exclaimed.]

Luffy can stretch, expand, and extend to absurd levels, giving him a lot of freedom to use his signature super moves!"]

Baxter Building

Reed Richards, also known as Mr. Fantastic, adjusted his glasses as he watched the screen intently. The description of Luffy's Devil Fruit abilities had caught his full attention.

"Fascinating... A biological transformation that permanently alters the body's structure to mimic rubber. Unlike my own elastic abilities, which are a result of cosmic radiation, this seems to be a direct molecular change." He muttered as he jotted some notes down on his notepad.

Susan Storm aka Invisible Woman raised an eyebrow at this, "So, he's basically a superpowered rubber band?"

Johnny Storm also known as Human Torch laughed as he leaned back on the couch, "Pfft! A stretchy pirate? Come on, Reed, you're way cooler than this guy."

Ben Grimm aka The Thing, folded his arms and scoffed, "Tch. Stretchin' ain't so special, Johnny. It's what ya do with it that counts."

Reed however stroked his chin and was deep in thought, "But what interests me most is the secondary effects. He doesn't just stretch, his bones, muscles, and even organs adapt to rubber-like properties. That would mean resistance to blunt force trauma, and theoretically, electrical conductivity as well. That could have countless applications in different fields of science..."

Ben smirked and said, "Egghead talk aside, I just wanna see if he's tougher than you, Stretcho."

Latveria: Castle Doom

Meanwhile in his castle, Doctor Doom sat on his throne, watching the footage with analytical interest.

"So... this so-called 'Devil Fruit' bestows great power but at a cost. A weakness to water? How amusing."

Doom tapped his armored fingers on the armrest, thinking deeply, "The concept of a fruit that rewrites the very structure of one's body... such knowledge should belong only to Doom. And yet, it exists in this alternate world, beyond my grasp. For now."

He watched as Luffy effortlessly dodged attacks, his body bending and contorting in ways that defies logic. "That fool may stretch like Richards, but unlike that insufferable man, he wields his abilities with reckless abandon. A brute. Undisciplined. Yet... formidable. His strength alone should not be underestimated."

Doom then stood up, his cloak flowing majestically as he said, "If such power exists in his world, then I shall see to it that Doom finds a way to claim it."

His eyes burned with ambition. A world where powers could be obtained through consumption alone? It was an opportunity that Doom would not ignore.

{My Hero Academia Universe}

UA High School (Class 1-A Height Alliance)

Deku was furiously scribbling notes in his notebook, his eyes sparkling with excitement, "A fruit that rewrites the body's structure entirely? This is similar to Quirks, but instead of being genetic, it's obtained through external means! And its power is permanent?! That's incredible!"

He tapped his pen against his chin as he continued to mutter, "And it seems like his abilities function similarly to Ectoplasm's cloning quirk or Sero's tape, but on a full-body scale! I wonder if it has limitations in terms of elasticity, or does his muscle composition change as well?"

Iida adjusted his glasses as he commented on something, "This ability is truly remarkable, but Boomstick's sarcastic tone implies that there is more to this Devil Fruit than meets the eye. Could there be a hidden secret behind it?"

Uraraka giggled at Luffy's antics, "His fighting style looks kinda fun! I mean, bouncing around like a human slingshot? That's gotta be a blast!"

She then frowned slightly at the downside to his abilities, "But losing the capability to swim forever? That's kinda sad..."

Kaminari leaned forward as he suddenly had an afterthought, "Wait... so if he's made of rubber... does that mean he's immune to electricity?"

Mina blinked in surprise and said, "Oh yeah! That's a good point!"

Kaminari suddenly pouted before he muttered, "Man... that means I'd be useless against him. That sucks."

Momo then tapped her chin, "A biological restructuring of that scale is beyond fascinating... It makes me wonder, could the Devil Fruit's properties be replicated with scientific advancements?"

She began mentally formulating experiments, but before she could go deeper, Jirou nudged her on the shoulder, "Momo, you're totally thinking about making one, aren't you?"

Momo then blushed in embarrassment, "N-No! Well... maybe."

Mineta snickered as he had a perverted idea on Luffy's abilities, "So... if his whole body is rubber... does that mean he can stretch his-"

But before he could finish that sentence, a flying book courtesy from Momo smacked him in the face, causing him to crash into the ground.

["Luffy is infamous for his low intelligence, to the point where it literally strains him to think too hard. But he's a genius in combat, with seemingly endless creativity which he applies to his Devil Fruit." Wiz added.]

["He's got some classic moves that you'd expect. His Gum Gum Pistol stretches his arm out to hit people with a powerful punch, useful for both fighting up close and at a range. Simple and reliable." Boomstick explained Luffy's signature move, "His Gum Gum Bazooka is a double palm thrust that can send people flying over the horizon, his Gum Gum Rifle is a corkscrew punch, and his Gum Gum Bell is a deadly headbutt. Though my favorite move has gotta be his Gum Gum Gatling, where he throws so many punches so fast that the target feels like they're getting hit hundreds of times at once!"]

(NOTE: Luffy has also created various variations of his moves through combining them with his Gum Gum Storm, the fusion of Balloon and Gatling, or adding to them like his Gum Gum Shotgun, where he causes his Pistol to shake mid-movement and make it harder to avoid)

["He also has some different moves, like sucking in so much air that he becomes a balloon that can bounce back cannonballs, or wrapping his limbs up together in order to spin and launch attacks in all directions like the flares of a firework. He can enlarge his head to try to literally eat his opponents, use his fingers as a net, or launch people like a bow gun!" Boomstick explained further.]

Batman have been silently analyzing Luffy's fighting style the entire time.

"Unconventional but effective," He admitted, "His low intelligence is a liability, but his ability to improvise in combat makes him extremely dangerous."

His eyes narrowed slightly. "The fact that he can create new techniques mid-battle suggests that he's a natural strategist, even if he isn't aware of it."

"He fights with the spirit of a warrior. He lacks formal technique, but his raw power, instinct, and determination more than make up for it." Diana said with interest.

She then smirked slightly, "That Gum-Gum Bell reminds me of a Spartan headbutt. Brutal, but effective."

"Okay, okay, tell me this guy wouldn't be an absolute blast to fight alongside! He moves like he's in a constant state of controlled chaos!" Flash pointed excitedly at the screen.

"That Gum-Gum Gatling? That's like something I would do! Imagine if I could punch at that speed with that much reach!" He exclaimed.

He then turned to Plastic Man, and nudged him on the shoulder, "Dude, this guy kinda fights like you!"

Plastic Man who has been watching the entire time in absolute awe, as his jaw as his jaw was literally on the floor. He finally snapped back into shape, throwing his hands in the air.

"I HAVE FINALLY FOUND MY LONG-LOST RUBBER BROTHER!" He pointed dramatically at the screen.

"Look at this guy! Look at his style! The creativity! The flexibility! The sheer disrespect for physics! I LOVE IT!" He yelled as he immediately started stretching his own limbs in exaggerated Luffy-like movements.

"I mean, sure, I can turn into a car or a trampoline, but I never thought about doing a corkscrew punch like that! This guy's an artist in rubber combat!" He said in amazement.

J'onn J'onzz aka Martian Manhunter observed silently before he spoke up, "His physiology is fascinating. It is unlike any species I have encountered. While his abilities are granted by an external source, he has mastered them in ways that defy traditional logic."

He then turned to the rest of the Justice League and said, "If he appeared in our world, he would be one of the most unpredictable combatants we have ever faced."

["Luffy also used his creativity to overcome difficult situations." Wiz pointed out, "During his fight with Enel, who ate the Goro Goro No Mi, which he became a lightning man, could predict his movements by reading his thoughts, Luffy somehow 'shut off' his conscious mind, which made him completely reliant on his instincts. And when that didn't work, he instead relaxed his limbs to make them completely limp, then bounced off the walls at random that even Enel couldn't read where they were going."]

Baltigo-Revolutionary Army Headquarters

Sabo looked at the screen with a grin, "Hah! That's so Luffy. Who else could literally turn their brain off to win a fight?"He chuckled in amusement, "Only my little brother would face a god of lightning and say, 'Yeah, I'll just stop thinking.'"

Koala shook her head but smiled softly, "Using instinct to outsmart thought-reading? That's brilliant in a ridiculous way. He makes it seem like improvisation, but there's a weird kind of genius in it… like he doesn't need a plan because he becomes one with the chaos."

Ivankov dramatically fanned himselves while looking at the screen, "Ooooh~! The boy's got flare! Such unpredictability, such fabulous madness! Throwing himself at walls until lightning boy loses track? I LOVE IT!"

Dragon meanwhile was deep in thought, 'I didn't know that there was a Goro Goro No Mi user, this Enel would be extremely dangerous if he made himself known to the world with his powers, luckily Luffy managed to beat that so called God.'

Then Dragon smirked as he looked at his son's face with pride, 'That's my boy, and soon we will strike Mary Geoise and destroy everything it stands for.'

{Ben 10 universe: (Omniverse Timeline)}

Plumber Headquarters

Ben, Gwen, Kevin, Rook, and Grandpa Max sat around a large monitor as the footage played Luffy's fight against Enel.

Ben's jaw dropped and yelled, "Wait, hold on, this dude turned his brain off to win a fight?! And that actually worked?!"

He then burst out laughing at the ridiculous sight on the screen, "That's the dumbest and most genius thing I've ever seen!"

Gwen was stunned at Luffy's idea of countering Enel's Observation Haki, "Okay, I'll admit it, that's actually really impressive. He figured out a way to counter Enel's observation by relying only on instinct."

Then she saw Luffy go fully limp and bounce off the walls at random, "...Okay, never mind. That part is just ridiculous."

Kevin leaned back as he watches Luffy's fight play out with an amused smirk, "Man, that guy fights dirty, and I respect that."

"Still, I gotta admit, I like his style. Dude doesn't just brute force his way through fights, he actually finds ways to mess with his opponents." He said as he cracks his knuckles.

He glanced at Ben Tennyson and said, "Reminds me of someone else I know."

Ben smirked as he leaned back on his chair, "Yeah, yeah, I'm amazing. We get it."

Rook Blonko, the ever-serious Plumber from Revonnah, raised an eyebrow as he analyzed Luffy's movements.

"So, let me understand this correctly... He intentionally disabled his own higher brain functions to avoid telepathic prediction?" He said as he looked at the screen.

"This is... most unorthodox. But I suppose it is a valid combat strategy." He admitted out loud.

Grandpa Max rubbed his chin, as he watches Luffy's instinct-based combat strategy.

"Huh... He turned off his conscious thoughts to fight purely on reflex. That's a pretty advanced combat method." He commented.

He chuckled and said, "Still, he's resourceful. Reminds me of some of the greatest fighters I've seen across the galaxy."

A bright flash of light filled the room, and suddenly, Professor Paradox appeared, standing behind them with his usual knowing smile.

"Ah, Monkey D. Luffy, quite the fascinating individual, wouldn't you say?" He said in amusement.

Everyone nearly jumped out of their seats at the sight of the time travelling professor.

"Paradox! You gotta warn us when you do that!" Ben complained.

Paradox chuckled at this, "Where would the fun in that be?"

He turned back to the screen that had managed to grasp even the Celestialsapiens's attention, "Luffy's instinctive combat style is remarkable. It reminds me of a few other... interesting individuals across time and space." He commented which grabbed the attention of everyone in the room.

Ben raised an eyebrow at Professor Paradox's antics, "Wait, are you saying he could exist in our universe?"

Paradox simply smiled mysteriously, "Who's to say? The multiverse is a strange and unpredictable place. I wouldn't be surprised if you two crossed paths someday."

["Oh and in case you don't already know, Luffy's rubbery body is immune to any and all electrical attacks!" Boomstick revealed, "Which sucks for Enel though, but hey, at least he created one of the most ridiculous meme faces ever." He snickered as the screen shows Enel's shocked face with great detail.]

Everyone in the real world burst into laughter as they instantly recognized Enel's expression, ever since that episode, his shocked face had become an unforgettable meme.

{Marvel 616 Universe}

Avengers Tower

Spider-Man laughed at the sight of Enel's face, "Oh man, that face! That is pure, unfiltered meme material. Someone needs to slap a 'When you realize...' caption on that ASAP!"

Doctor Strange arched an eyebrow at this, "A mortal immune to divine lightning? Interesting... though I'd wager it's not actual divinity at work here."

Captain America gave a small smirk, "So this Enel guy thought he was invincible, but he ran into the one person who could take his best shot and shrug it off? Gotta say, that's poetic justice."

But the real reaction everyone was waiting for came from Thor, the actual God of Thunder himself.

The Asgardian prince stood in the center, arms crossed, his hammer Mjolnir resting at his side. His usual confident smirk faltered as he watched Enel's stunned, jaw-dropped face.

A moment of silence. Then-

Thor let out a booming, hearty laugh.

"By the All-Father! This is the face of a warrior who has learned humility the hard way!" He chuckled as he shook his head. "He claims to be a god of lightning, yet he is undone by mere rubber?!" He grinned at the screen, "Perhaps I should introduce him to the true power of thunder and see if he fares any better."

Hulk grunted, as he cracked his knuckles, "Puny god."

Iron Man smirked at Hulk's words, "Oh yeah, that never gets old. But hey, Thor, does this mean you'd be useless against this Luffy guy too?"

Thor's laughter immediately stopped. His blue eyes narrowed as he turned toward Tony Stark, his grip tightening on Mjolnir. "I am the son of Odin. No mere mortal, rubber or not, is immune to the full might of the storm."

{One Piece Universe}

Fairy Vearth

In the endless expanse of Fairy Vearth aka the Moon, deep within his self-proclaimed divine throne room, "God" Enel sat upon his golden seat, basking in the artificial light of his mechanical servants as he observed his nemesis with intense concentration.

As he listened to the voices narrating his humiliating defeat, his fingers, adorned with golden rings, clenched into fists. His lip curled slightly as they described how Luffy had nullified his "divine" lightning completely. But then-

The screen zoomed in on his infamous wide-eyed, slack-jawed expression, frozen in absolute disbelief from when Luffy stood unharmed by his lightning. The high definition, the unforgiving close-up, the sheer mockery of his once-godly image-

"W-WHAT?!" Enel sprang to his feet, veins bulging on his forehead. His usual composed demeanor was shattered as his golden staff clattered onto the floor.

The servant automata surrounding him, his remaining creations on the moon turned in surprise at their enraged "god."

"This... this has spread across the entire world?! That blasphemous fool!" Enel gritted his teeth, his breath ragged. His lightning crackled violently around him, illuminating his throne room in bursts of electric fury.

As the broadcast continued to play, showing his legendary loss to the so-called "Straw Hat" and how he was utterly humiliated. The words "immune to all electrical attacks" echoed in his head like a curse.

He clenched his jaw so tightly that his teeth nearly cracked.

"Me?! A GOD?! Turned into a mere jest?!!" His rage surged, lightning exploding outward, sending waves of electricity across the lunar surface. The ground trembled as he roared, his massive 200,000,000-volt form flickering for an instant.

Yet, in the middle of his rage, he stopped.

His breathing slowed. His fingers relaxed. He straightened his posture, regaining his usual smug composure.

With a scoff, he sat back down on his golden throne, crossing one leg over the other. A wicked grin crept onto his face as he tapped his fingers against his temple.

"Very well. Laugh while you can, mortals." His voice was low and dangerous, "Mock the god of lightning all you want... but soon, I shall return."

His piercing eyes glowed ominously as he turned away from the monitor, staring out at the void of space.

"And when I do... I will show that fool and the entire world the true power of a god."

(Pop-up: Luffy was also able to copy Soru, an advanced superhuman technique that allows for rapid movement, by recognizing the secret behind it after seeing it only once)

["But Luffy isn't just Battle IQ, he's got plenty of muscles and speed! We're talking about a guy who can send a multi-hundred ton sea monster flying with a punch, punched through several hundred feet of bedrock, moved faster than the eye can see, dodged bullets at point-blank, tanked giant explosions, and kept fighting even after being impaled through the stomach by a hook!" Boomstick revealed even more of Luffy's strength.]

["These are Luffy's famous Gears, where Luffy pushes his Devil Fruit and its capabilities to the extreme."Wiz informed them.]

["Like Gear 2! Gear 2 is a badass technique where he increases his blood flow to pump oxygen through his entire body." Boomstick explained as the screen shows Luffy performing Gear 2]

(Pop-up: Gear 2 is a dangerous technique even to Luffy, putting a large strain on his body to the point where he could become paralyzed after using it too much, and likely shortens his lifespan if used too much. But Luffy has mastered the state to where he can use it in short bursts and activate it with any limb, while minimizing the side-effects)

["Gear 2 gives Luffy an incredible boost in speed, amping up his power in tandem, and makes his attacks blindingly fast. His Jet Pistol has the speed of a sniper rifle and the power of a cannonball, his Jet Gatling can reduce anything to rubble, and his Jet Bazooka is a near lethal attack that can shatter even some of the most durable defenses." Wiz explained more of Luffy's techniques.]

{Black Clover Universe}

Black Bull's Headquarters

Asta jumped up as his eyes sparkled with excitement, "No way! That guy's just like me! He pushes himself beyond his limits every time! And that Gear 2... it's like a magic boost, but without magic!"

Yami Sukehiro took a deep puff from his cigarette while watching Luffy activate Gear 2 with narrowed eyes, "Tch. That's one crazy ability. Increasing his blood flow like that to amp up his speed and power? Sounds like he's got some real guts." He then smirked and glanced at Asta, "Reminds me of a certain shorty who doesn't know when to quit."

Asta laughed at the insult, "You mean me?! That's a compliment, right?!"

Noelle crossed her arms, whilst trying to hide her amazement, "That technique should be impossible! He's overclocking his own body beyond natural limits, how is he not collapsing from exhaustion?! That kind of strain would destroy any normal person."

Luck was practically vibrating with excitement, "Oh, oh, oh! I wanna fight him! If he's that fast, then he might actually be able to keep up with me! This is gonna be so fun!"

Magna whistled, "Damn, his Jet Pistol is as fast as a sniper bullet? That's some serious speed! And his Jet Bazooka can shatter defenses?! I'd hate to be on the receiving end of that one!"

Finral gulped in fear, "If that guy ever came after us, I don't think teleporting would even help. He'd be too fast to dodge!"

Zora chuckled darkly, "Heh. Even with all that power, he still needs to think about strategy. If I had to fight him, I'd just let him wear himself out. All that strain on his body has to have a limit."

Asta clenched his fists, his eyes burned with determination, "Luffy, huh? If I ever meet him, we're definitely having a fight! Two guys without magic, pushing past their limits there's no way I can pass that up!"

Yami chuckled as he patted Asta's head, "Hah. If that rubber kid ever comes to the Clover Kingdom, tell him he's welcome to drop by the Black Bulls' hideout. I wanna see just how far he can push those limits of his."

["But if blinding speed isn't enough, Luffy can also use Gear 3, where he blows enough air into his bones that his arm becomes the size of a giant's!" Boomstick exclaimed as the screen shows Luffy using Gear 3, "Instead of raw speed, he uses overwhelming power and size, like his Giant Pistol, a punch the size of a building, or his Giant Bazooka, which can crush the spine of a giant like paper mache!"]

(NOTE: Gear 3 used to have a side-effect of deflating his body afterwards, making him smaller and weaker, and lasting longer depending on how long he used Third Gear. But he's since mastered the form and can use it without shrinking)

{Akame ga Kill Universe}

Night Raid Hideout

Tatsumi leaned forward, with his eyes wide open, "What the-!? His arm just got huge! How is that even possible?!"

Mine just scoffed, "Tch, that's just ridiculous! Is there even a limit to what he can do?"

Lubbock smirked and said, "Man, imagine getting hit by that Giant Pistol... You'd be turned into paste before you even had a chance to scream!"

Leone whistled, clearly impressed by Luffy's Gear 3, "Now that's some raw power! I bet even a Danger Beast wouldn't stand a chance against a punch like that."

Akame remained silent, watching intently. "His strength is undeniable... but does he have the skill to match it?"

Najenda exhaled a puff of smoke and said, "He doesn't seem like the type to rely on brute force alone. His ability to adapt in battle is what makes him dangerous."

Bulat grinned and said, "A warrior who fights with pure strength and guts, huh? I like this guy! He reminds me of Tatsumi when he gets fired up!"

Susanoo, the living Imperial Arms, analyzed the scene, "The force behind his attacks is immense. If he struck an armored opponent, their defenses would be rendered useless."

["After an unfortunate incident where Luffy's brother, Portugas D. Ace died protecting him. Luffy realised that he needed to get even stronger than before, for pure desperation would not be enough. Wiz explained somberly, "This grief led to him training for two whole years under Rayleigh, the first mate of the former pirate king and learned a crucial ability; Haki."]

Machi leaned against the wall, looking completely unimpressed, "If it's based on willpower, then it wouldn't work on weaklings anyway."

Hisoka grinned widely, with eyes gleaming with amusement. "Oooh~ Now this is something delicious. A power that lets you predict an opponent's every move? How fun!"

He tilted his head as he twirled a playing card between his fingers, "Luffy-kun... You're getting more and more interesting by the second."

He licked his lips and made a Diddy face, "I wonder... If I fought him, would he see my attacks coming? Or would my unpredictability still get the better of him?"

Shalnark leaned forward as he looked intrigued, "A power everyone has, but only a few unlock? That's kinda like Nen, huh?"

He then smirked and said, "If I had that, I could sense targets without needing to use En. That would make assassinations so much easier."

He glanced at Chrollo and asked, "Boss, think you could steal this?"

Chrollo didn't answer, but the gleam in his eyes said he was definitely considering it.

Nobunaga on the other hand, frowned, "That could be a problem. If they can sense us before we even get close, sneaking up on them would be a pain in the ass."

Machi agreed with him, "Yeah. If we fought someone with strong Observation Haki, they'd predict our attacks before we even made them."

Chrollo tapped his fingers against his book and said, "It depends on the level of mastery. If it's anything like Nen, then different people will have different levels of control over it. Someone who's just unlocked it might struggle, while a master could see through everything."

Hisoka's grin widened as he looked at his future target, "Oh, Chrollo~ Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"

Chrollo gave him a sidelong glance and answered, "Probably not."

Hisoka chuckled and said, "Wouldn't it be fun to fight someone who's mastered this ability? Imagine having your every move predicted before you even make it~"

Phinks scoffed while glaring at the pedophile clown, "That just means we'd have to hit hard enough that dodging isn't an option." He cracked his knuckles and grinned, "I like a challenge."

Shizuku raised a finger and asked,"But if they can predict your movements, wouldn't they already know you're thinking that?"

A brief silence followed.

Phinks frowned as he stared at her, "...You're overcomplicating it."

Shizuku simply blinked as she looked at her comrade, "Oh."

Mihawk observed quietly with sharp, analytical eyes, "Hmph… so the boy has mastered his Observation Haki mid-battle. Not bad. That's a skill only those with extreme focus and willpower can attain under pressure."

He then narrows his eyes slightly, "He's gone from wild brawler to a refined warrior. If this continues, he may eventually pose a genuine threat... even to me."

Crocodile scoffed as he exhales smoke from his cigar, "Tch. I'll give him credit, learning to see the future in a fight like that takes more than guts. It takes instinct and growth."

Meanwhile, Buggy had his eyes bulged out as he scrambled back towards the wall, "WHAT!! HE CAN SEE THE FUTURE NOW?! WHEN DID HE GET THAT POWER?!"

He then flailed around his arms dramatically, "First he's a balloon, then he's a snake, NOW HE'S A PSYCHIC?! What's next, he becomes a god?!"

Crocodile looked at him with a deadpanned expression, "I highly doubt that."

"HE'S GONNA FIND US BEFORE WE EVEN SHOW UP!! WE'RE DOOMED!!" Buggy screamed in terror.

"Good. Maybe you'll finally start being useful to us before things fall apart." Crocodile smilled cruelly.

Whole Cake Island

A heavy silence filled the room before Charlotte Perospero clicked his tongue in annoyance.

"Tch. That bloody Straw Hat... Not only did he escape Whole Cake Island, but he mastered Katakuri's own ability mid-fight? Ridiculous!" He flicked his lollipop disdainfully. "How the hell does that rubber brat keep pulling these miracles out of his hat?"

Charlotte Smoothie sighed deeply, "It's not just luck anymore. He adapted in the middle of battle and matched Katakuri's level... And now, after Wano, he's even stronger. That's the real problem."

Charlotte Cracker, who was still bitter over his own defeat glared at the screen in anger, "That damn rubber freak ruined everything! If he has Future Sight now, that means he can dodge even better than before. Just great." His fists clench as biscuit armor began to form around him, "If I fought him again, I'd just-"

"Lose again?" A smug voice called out.

Cracker's eyes twitched as he turned to glare at Charlotte Brûlée, who smirked at him from her seat. "Face it, big bro. That's twice he's made a fool of us. Katakuri pushed him to his limit, but Luffy still came out on top! And after Wano? He's probably even stronger now!"

Charlotte Oven, who had been silently watching, finally spoke up, "If Luffy had this level of skill back in Whole Cake Island, he wouldn't have run away. He would've fought us head-on." His fists burned with heat and anger, "And after Wano, he beat Kaido. That means his Observation Haki must be on a completely different level now."

Perospero scowled furiouly,"What's next? Will he start seeing years into the future? At this rate, he'll be untouchable!"

Flampe, who once idolized Katakuri but had turned bitter after his loss, crossed her arms in a pout. "Hmph! So what? Luffy may have Future Sight, but he's still an idiot!"

"An idiot who crushed Kaido," Smoothie reminded her, "And in case you forgot, Kaido was the one who crushed Mama."

At the mention of Big Mom's defeat, the room fell into silence. Despite their bickering, they all had one thing in common-hatred for the man who played a role in their downfall.

Charlotte Pudding's Room

Both Charlotte Pudding and Charlotte Katakuri are in Pudding's Room after the Blackbeard Pirates tried to kidnapped her and would have succeeded if the broadcast didn't interfered and the Blackbeard Pirates retreated. Right now, Katakuri is protecting her at all costs to prevent this from happening again.

"Wait... he actually mastered Future Sight-during the fight?!" Pudding nearly shouted, eyes wide with disbelief. Her jaw dropped, a mixture of awe and exasperation twisting across her face, "Seriously?! Who does that?! What kind of lunatic figures out a high-level haki technique while getting the stuffing beaten out of them?!"

Katakuri remained quiet for a moment, his arms folded, expression unreadable. Then with a subtle nod, he spoke, "So he did."

Pudding groaned and threw her hands up in disbelief, "Ugh, that rubber idiot is a walking contradiction. It's like the more impossible something is, the more likely he is to pull it off!"

Katakuri let out a slow breath, almost like a sigh, but there was a glint of respect in his eyes. A faint, wry smirk touched his lips. "He earned it. Barely... but he did." His tone was cool, but underneath it was the recognition only a true warrior could give.

His gaze turned back to the screen, narrowing slightly as he watched Luffy dodge blow after blow with inhuman precision. "I pushed him to the edge. Past it. And every time he got knocked down, he stood back up, smarter, faster, more determined. That's what makes him dangerous."

"He'll need it... if he wants to stand a chance against someone like Naruto." He said as he stares intently at the screen, already analyzing the potential outcome.

["The second type is Armament Haki. Armament Haki is ridiculously useful. Not only does it act as armor to protect Luffy, but it can also boost his attack power and bypass a Devil Fruit user's defense! A strong enough Haki is even enough to straight up nullify a Devil Fruit's power! Wiz revealed, "My favorite way for Luffy to use it is his Gum-Gum Red Hawk, where he uses the friction of the air or even the water to ignite his fist into a powerful flaming attack! All in honor of his late brother." He added cheerfully.]

Blackbeard bursts into laughter as he sees Luffy using Red Hawk, "Zehahaha! So the brat's punch burns like fire now? And his Haki is strong enough to bypass Devil Fruits?! That's no joke!"

He grinned wickedly, his teeth glinting in the sunlight, "But it's still no match for the darkness! The Yami Yami no Mi absorbs everything... including Haki. Or did they forget about that?"

Shiryu's eyes narrowed with a cold look on his face, "Haki that can bypass Devil Fruit defenses... That makes him a lot more dangerous than before. Especially if he keeps growing at this rate." He grabbed the hilt of his sword tightly, "I'd rather not fight him without using my own Devil Fruit."

"A flaming punch… in tribute to Fire Fist Ace. Seems Luffy's carrying his will in more ways than one." Van Augur, who was watching silently murmured.

"Symbolism aside, a Haki attack that mimics a Logia like fire... quite the spectacle. But flashy doesn't always mean fatal."Lafitte said before he smiles slyly. "Still, it's no longer a simple rubber boy we're dealing with."

Aokiji who was leaning against a wall, his arms tucked into his coat was quietly watching the screen, "…Ace's fire… carried by his brother."

He exhaled as fog escaped from his breath. "That punch packs more than heat. It's carrying Ace's legacy… his resolve. That kind of power doesn't melt easy, but it burns deep.... The new era really is heating up, huh?"

Blackbeard who was still laughing said, "Zehahaha! Let it heat up all it wants! In the end, I'm the one who'll rule it!"

Wendy's eyes sparkled with curiosity, "So, it's like reinforcing your body with energy, kind of like what Dragon Slayer magic does to our senses and strength? I wonder if I could enhance it further with enchantments..."

Laxus scoffed as lightning crackled around him, "Toughening your body to make your hits stronger? That's just another way to say 'train harder.' But if this Haki stuff lets you break through defenses, then yeah... I'd say that's a damn good technique."

"But to think that my beloved Luffy has taken this power even further... Oh~! Truly, he is worthy of my love!" Her entire demeanor then shifted from regal to completely love-struck.

Marigold, one of Hancock's sisters, looked at the screen with a proud grin, "So they finally understand just how powerful our Haki is! Sixty thousand joules from a single arrow, that's not magic, that's discipline. We've trained for years to wield Armament Haki with that kind of precision and strength."

Sandersonia, swaying her snake-like hair agreed with her, "And the way they explain Internal Destruction, sending Haki directly into someone's body to crush them from the inside... I'd say that's terrifying, but also so satisfying." She smirked. "Imagine what we could do if we all refined that technique."

Elder Nyon stroked her chin, eyes sharp with wisdom. "Luffy's growth is astonishing. Not only does he possess a strong will, but his ability to learn and adapt is unlike anything I've seen."

She narrowed her eyes. "With Haki like that, he may truly be able to challenge the greatest forces in the world... even the Marines and the World Government."

Hancock, hearing this tilted her head back dramatically as hearts floated around her, "Of course he is! Everything about him is perfect!"

["And finally Luffy's got the third type of Haki: The Conqueror's Haki! A power which can only be found in 1 in a million people, it's super powerful and can't be unlocked or obtained by training. You gotta be born with it." Boomstick revealed as the screen shows Luffy using Conqueror's Haki on 50000 Fishmen.]

["Conqueror's Haki is believed to be the signal that says that the one who wields it is destined to rule the world. It can manifest as an intimidating aura that commands animals and intimidates weak willed people, or emits an omnidirectional pulse of energy which cause people to pass out without a strong enough will.]

He clenched his fists as a bead of sweat rolled down on his forehead. "That's like... when I first tapped into Kurama's chakra back in the war! But this guy's doing it naturally?!"

He them grinned as his competitive spirit flared, "No wonder I'm chosen to fight against him, we are so alike!"

Sasuke's Sharingan flared as he analyzed Luffy's overwhelming presence. His fingers twitched slightly as he watched black and red lightning crackle around Luffy during a Haki clash.

"Tch. Interesting." He commented, impressed at Luffy's conqueror's Haki, "An ability that dominates weaker-willed opponents and even enhances combat... sounds like a primitive version of the Mangekyō Sharingan's genjutsu combined with Lightning Release."

Sakura's eyes widened in disbelief, "So he doesn't even need chakra or jutsu? He just... exerts his will and people pass out?"

She glanced at Naruto and said, "I guess it's similar to your presence in Tailed Beast Mode, but still... the fact that only one in a million people can even HAVE this ability is crazy."

She then frowned slightly as she realized something, "Wait, doesn't that mean Naruto would totally have Conqueror's Haki if he were in that world?"

Naruto grinned even wider as he turned towards her, "Hehe, you think so?!"

Sasuke scoffed as she looked away from him, "Don't let it get to your head."

Kakashi stroked his chin thoughtfully, his one visible eye narrowed as he analyzed Luffy's Haki, "A power that only the strongest-willed individuals are born with... and it can be used to dominate, overwhelm, or even strengthen physical attacks?"

Glancing at Naruto, He smirked as he answered Sakura's question, "If you were in that world, you'd definitely have it, Naruto."

Gaara's eyes widened slightly, recalling his own experiences as a Jinchūriki. He had once crushed entire battalions with his killing intent alone, but Luffy's presence felt different-more refined, more controlled, "...A power that naturally belongs only to the chosen few. In a world full of powerful individuals, his spirit alone makes him stand out."

He then smirked, a small hint of respect flashing across his face, "I wonder how he would fare against a true shinobi battlefield."

As the screen played the dramatic footage of Luffy knocking out 50,000 Fishmen with a mere glance and described the terrifying nature of Conqueror's Haki, Meruem watched the screen in calculated silence.

Meruem narrowed his eyes slightly, as his aura sharpened, "A power that cannot be trained... only inherited? Intriguing. To be born with the presence that asserts dominance over all others... it's remarkably similar to En or Ren, but far more primal in its application."

He leaned forward, as he watched the pulse of Luffy's Conqueror's Haki ripple through the battlefield, "To incapacitate tens of thousands with no effort... That is true efficiency. And that energy... black and red lightning. It's a visual manifestation of raw will. Such power would certainly be... worth analyzing."

Shaiapouf, ever the idealist and fanatic, folded his hands with a dramatic expression, "To command the weak with nothing but presence...! This power is divine! Surely it is a sign of one born to rule, a king among kings!" He looked toward Meruem, his eyes shimmering with fanatism, "But even this 'Conqueror' Haki pales in comparison to your aura, my King."

Menthuthuyoupi grunted, "It reminds me of when you unleashed your rage in East Gorteau... That same overwhelming pressure. Weak soldiers passed out just from being in your presence. This 'Haki' is different... but the effect is similar."

Neferpitou tilted their head as their tail twitched slightly, "So it's not Nen, but an internal force that radiates dominance...? It's like pure will turned into a weapon. I wonder if it reacts to fear... If I had this Conqueror's Haki... how many could I break just by looking at them?"

Meruem finally spoke again, his voice calm but firm, "This 'Luffy'... he is not merely powerful. Much like the other fighters, he is not to be underestimated. But will alone, when harnessed so precisely, can become a devastating tool. Perhaps... I'd like to test this Conqueror's Haki against my Nen."

["And if Haki isn't cool enough, he's got another Gear! Gear 4! Boomstick exclaimed excitedly as Luffy demonstrated Gear 4 for the first time against Doflamingo.]

["Similar to Luffy's combination of Gear 2 and Gear 3, Gear 4 inflates his body and grants him incredible speed. But rather than focusing on expanding, it focuses on compressing." Wiz revealed, "The inflated body can compress its arm into itself, much like the spring of a gun, then fires it outward, namely in the form of his Kong Gun punch, or his Rhino Schneider kick."]

["Gear 4 comes in several forms. The base form is called Bounceman, where his body is filled with so much air that he's constantly bouncing from how light he is. Its inflated body can take hits even that are enhanced with Haki, though he does struggle to stop bouncing afterwards." Boomstick commented.]

Scout nearly jumped out of his seat while laughing uncontrollably,

"YO! YO! HOLD UP-WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?! HE LOOKS LIKE A DAMN BALLOON ANIMAL!"

He slapped his knee while wheezing slightly, "Dude really went from lookin' all cool with that Haki stuff to freakin' inflating like a parade float! HAHAHA!"

Soldier's eyes widened in awe as he saluted at the screen, "MAGNIFICENT!! THIS MAN HAS TURNED HIS OWN BODY INTO A LIVING SIEGE WEAPON! HE IS A HUMAN ARTILLERY STRIKE! A WALKING, TALKING MORTAR SHELL!!"

Soldier then took a deep breath, puffing out his chest in an attempt to inflate himself.

...Nothing happened.

"...BLAST IT! ENGINEER, FETCH ME A COMPRESSOR! I MUST ACHIEVE MAXIMUM BULK!"

"Soldier, no." Engineer sighed as he adjusted his goggles, "Still that compression technique... It's like usin' hydraulic pressure in reverse. Fillin' up his limbs with air, then releasing all that kinetic energy in a burst? That's some serious biomechanics. And he keeps bouncin'? That's gotta mess with your center of gravity..."

Heavy leaned forward slowly as he looked intrigued by this, "Hmph. Bouncy man hits hard. Looks funny, but strength is real." He squinted harder to look closer, "Still think Sasha shoots harder... but this 'Kong Gun'... might break bones."

Demoman let out a wheezy laugh, nearly dropping his bottle of beer, "Oi, he's literally spring-loaded! That's bloody brilliant! I've built pipe bombs less explosive than that punch!"

Pyro tilting his head, while he made enthusiastic boing-boing gestures and laughed behind their mask, mimicking Luffy's bouncing.

Spy looked unimpressed as he took a puff from his cigarette, "A bouncing rubber man with spring-loaded punches... Mon dieu. Ridiculous. And yet... oddly effective." He flicked some ash with a sigh, "I suppose brute force does has its charm."

Medic grinned maniacally, his eyes gleaming with mad interest, "Ja! Inflated muscles compressing into internal springs... I must see what his cardiovascular system looks like under strain. Imagine replacing bones with air pressure tanks! This could revolutionize field surgery!"

Sniper smirked as he lowered his hat, "Weird as hell, but if it knocks out supervillains, I can't complain. Don't wanna be in the way of that Kong Gun, though..."

Impel Down

Inside the dark, cold isolation cell of Impel Down's Level 6, the once-feared Heavenly Demon, Donquixote Doflamingo, lounged in his shackles, restrained but far from broken as he watched the holographic screen in front of him.

The rest of the guards noticed it but they can't do anything about it because they were too afraid to get close to him.

As the footage showed Gear 4 Bounceman pounding him into the Dressrosa pavement, Doflamingo watched in silence... until that familiar Kong Gun connected.

He let out a slow, raspy chuckle.

"Heh... still looks absurd," He muttered angrily, "A bouncing, rubber-coated cannonball. That idiot really thought turning himself into a balloon was a smart idea..."

He paused as Boomstick talked about the compressing force behind Luffy's limbs, "Compression... so that's how he did it. Not just raw strength. A springloaded fist, loaded with Haki and rage. That Kong Gun cracked more than just bones, it cracked my whole foundation."

He grinned darkly, as memories playing inside his head, he was the king of Dressrosa, the ruler of the underworld, and yet that rubbery bastard ruined everything.

"Speed, power, unpredictability. All wrapped up in that ridiculous form. I underestimated him. I thought my strings would slice through anything. But he... he pushed through it all." He gritted his teeth as he struggled to move from his restraints.

A long silence followed....

Then a bitter smirk spread across his face.

"And now I rot here... while he's out there getting stronger. New Gears. New tricks. Closer to the throne of the Pirate King." He tilted his head, madness gleaming in his eyes as he watched the screen.

"Let them all climb. Let them all rise as high as they can. So when the world crashes again, and it will, I'll be here, watching from the bottom, laughing while the sky falls." He then laughed uncontrollably as his laughter echoed across his cell.

["Yeah, Bounceman definitely leans towards Gear 3. But if he wants more of Gear 2, he's got Snakeman!" Boomstick exclaimed, "An enhanced form that sacrifices defense for attacks that are both as strong as Bounceman, and can get faster the more they move! And you gotta wonder, how does rubber do that?"]

["It's here where it's really obvious that Luffy's power is beyond just mere rubber." Wiz said ominously, causing many to wonder what is Luffy's true power.]

Kachina's eyes narrowed as she watches Luffy's arms whip through the air at increasing speeds, "Rubber that accelerates with momentum, striking with unpredictable angles… Intriguing. This is no ordinary elasticity. I sense a force far beyond the material properties of his body... perhaps something akin to divine will. You sense it too don't you traveller?"

Lumine aka the traveller slowly nodded, "Yeah… it's like he's rewriting the rules of how his body works. Not just rubber… something else. Maybe fate? Or… freedom itself?"

Paimon who was still clueless asked, "What do you mean? Is Luffy somewhat of a god?"

Eula who was watching with a sharp eye murmured, "That speed… even the Fatui would have trouble responding. He turns unpredictability into a weapon. I don't care if it's rubber or something else, his true strength lies in adaptability."

Amber's eyes widened in awe as she looked at Luffy's Snakeman form, "Woah! He looked so cool!! I wonder if he have any more gears left to show us!!"

Venti takes a sip of his wine while he grinned, "Oho~ now that's some windborne freedom! His attacks don't follow any path but his own! That's poetry in motion… with fists!"

Diluc who was nearby looked at the screen with an unreadable expression, "So he sacrifices defense for speed. Risky, but efficient. The idea of an attack that grows faster the more it moves is… honestly terrifying. If he fought like that in Teyvat, even a Vision might not help you dodge."

Vice Admiral Tsuru folded her hands together with a grim expression, "If Luffy's power is something greater than we assumed, then we must consider the possibility that his Devil Fruit is not what we believed it to be." She looked toward Akainu and said, "We may need to investigate exactly what he has eaten. Otherwise, we could be underestimating him... again."

Sengoku sighed heavily, "I should have known that brat was hiding something. Ever since Marineford, he's only grown stronger at an alarming rate." He rubbed his temples before turning towards Garp. "Garp... Did you ever suspect anything like this?"

Garp, who had remained silent this entire time, merely clenched his fists. His expression was unreadable, but his jaw tightened, "Luffy's always been full of surprises... but even I never imagined something like this."

The room fell into silence, the weight of the revelation pressing down on them. If Luffy's abilities were more than just rubber, then the Marines, no, the entire World Government needed to prepare for whatever came next.
