Layla heads into the wooden house to meet Komachi while she hears Michael calling her name from behind.
"Layla, don't go inside!" He asserted, but she was already inside.
Layla's eyes sparkled witnessing Mona taking Komachi in a tight embrace, but soon her smile faltered and she paused in her steps, witnessing the horrific trail of events, on the ground.
"..." She gasped and closed her eyes while the man with the devil mask was still lying cold on the ground with a bullet in his skull. She felt someone's presence behind her, and before she could act, she felt a tug on her hand before she found herself in a reassuring embrace.
"You never listen…" Michael draped his arm around her waist as he guided her to lean into him. Feeling the familiar scent and his touch, she gave in to her anger as she buried her face over his chest. Forget anger, she was now scared of the view behind her.
