Chapter 13 - Chapter 13 Not in a Hurry

Chu Feng stepped out of the secret room, his body already soaked with sweat, looking as if he had just been fished out of water.

"Hmm?"

He unexpectedly found the door slightly ajar, with a pair of eyes spying from outside. Chu Feng could not help but sneer inwardly, guessing that it must be Chief Luo or some house slave watching him.

Hmph, these people really are arrogant, treating their master like this, even turning my room into a place under surveillance.

I have no privacy at all anymore.

It seems, I must find a way to teach the people outside a lesson, and give them some memory.

"Ouch... it hurts so much..."

"Someone, come quick..."

After Chu Feng exited the secret room, he stumbled towards the door, leaning on the wall, eventually collapsing on the ground, his body flushed red, screaming in pain.

This was clearly a manifestation of fire poison acting up.

The one watching outside was a house slave named Ah-Chang, a trusted aide of Chief Luo.

He pushed the door open, entered Chu Feng's room, and observed Chu Feng who was rolling on the ground, a sneer hidden in his eyes but showing a concerned expression, "Third Prince, what has happened to you?"

Chu Feng had just subdued the Abnormal Fire, and his appearance was very miserable, adding to the constant screaming from the secret room.

Thus, this servant named Ah-Chang truly believed that Chu Feng's fire poison had flared up again.

"This waste, should have died a long time ago! It seems this time he is more likely doomed than not!" Ah-Chang thought gleefully, without the slightest intention of helping Chu Feng. Instead, he squatted down, looking disgusted as he checked Chu Feng's condition.

He wanted to see whether Chu Feng could really die this time.

"Save me, save me..." Seeing Ah-Chang squatting down, Chu Feng repeatedly begged for help.

"Hehe, Third Prince, don't worry, let me observe first! Is it really that hot?" Ah-Chang said slowly.

"If you don't believe it, try it!" Suddenly, Chu Feng reached out and grabbed onto Ah-Chang's ankle, trying to harness the newly subdued Nine Yang Strange Fire to burn Ah-Chang.

While shouting in agony and madness, "Ah... so hot, I'm going to die, I am being burned alive, save me..." Actually, Chu Feng was perfectly fine.

Now that he had the Nine Yang Strange Fire, even if the Yang Fire inside his body burned a hundred times fiercer, it could not harm him at all.

On the contrary, Ah-Chang only felt that Chu Feng's hands were as hot as a red-hot iron, terrifyingly hot.

"Ow... Wuuuu! Third Prince, please let go, let go quickly..." Ah-Chang cried out in pain, his face changing color, frantically kicking, trying to break free.

But who knew that Chu Feng's strength was quite strong, and Ah-Chang's cultivation was not very high, only around a Second Rank Swordsman.

At this time, he couldn't break free at all.

Sizzle~!

His ankles had already started to smoke, just like scalding pigskin with a red-hot iron.

"How is it? Does it burn?" Chu Feng asked with a face of 'pain'. "If you don't believe it, I can grab somewhere else to try!"

At this moment, Chu Feng seemed like a drowning person who suddenly caught a life-saving straw.

His words really scared Ah-Chang.

Especially since Chu Feng's eyes followed Ah-Chang's leg, aiming upwards. Chu Feng was by now lying on the Ground, and Ah-Chang had also fallen down.

Chu Feng's hands could reach many places, and no matter where he grabbed, it would be terrifying.

Ah-Chang's biggest worry was about his groin area; he had a mournful expression, using his hands to cover the groin.

"Third Prince, please let go quickly! No need to try any more, it's really hot, I'll go find someone to replace me immediately..." Ah-Chang pleaded with a crying tone.

Actually, even if Chu Feng really suffered from fire poison, it wouldn't be this hot.

That's because Chu Feng was controlling the Abnormal Fire, roasting Ah-Chang's leg.

If it weren't for Chu Feng's careful control, Ah-Chang would have been more than just his leg skin emitting white smoke. He could have been directly burnt to death by the Nine Yang Strange Fire.

"Didn't you just disbelieve? Didn't you say there was no hurry?"

"Why don't you take a closer look then!"

Chu Feng's hand tightly gripped Ah-Chang's ankle, and the temperature of the Abnormal Fire was also increasing bit by bit.

He had just subdued the Nine Yang Strange Fire, and it was a good opportunity to use Ah-Chang to experiment. He practiced controlling the Abnormal Fire.

Ah-Chang's face twisted in pain, tears and snot all running down.

"I believe, I believe! Please let go, I beg you..." Ah-Chang cried and begged for mercy. Just moments ago, he was smirking at Chu Feng's agony. Little did he know that in the blink of an eye, he had become the one suffering.

"Third brother, what's wrong with you?"

Upon hearing the commotion, Chu Feng's Senior Brother and sister-in-law all ran over.

Arriving in succession were also the scarce ten or so house slaves, Chief Luo, and others from the Prince Manor.

"Senior Brother, my fire poison is acting up again... uh, it hurts so much!" In order not to reveal the Abnormal Fire, Chu Feng nonchalantly released Ah-Chang. At Ah-Chang's ankle were two conspicuous red handprints.

It seemed as though it had been burnt, charred black, severely frightening.

Ah-Chang, relieved, scrambled and crawled away as far as he could, his face mournful and terror-stricken as he looked at Chu Feng.

Next time, even if beaten to death, he probably wouldn't dare to approach Chu Feng carelessly again.

"Little Ying, hurry and go get the Fire Suppressing Elixir! Get some buckets of cold water over here immediately!" The Senior Brother heard of Chu Feng's fire poison flare-up, his eyebrows knotted in worry. Though worried, he remained calm.

Because it wasn't the first or second time that Chu Feng had suffered from fire poison.

Being sick often makes one a good doctor, and he had a set method to suppress the fire poison.

The Fire Suppressing Elixir was extremely expensive, and the Prince Manor stored only two of them. No matter how tight the finances of the Prince Manor, the Senior Brother always ensured that there were two Fire Suppressing Elixirs in the house.

"This fire poison seems to be getting stronger!" Chief Luo glanced at Ah-Chang's ankle a few times, a barely noticeable sinister smile on his face. "Forgive my blunt words, but the Eldest Prince should prepare for your Third Brother's affairs sooner rather than later!"

"Get out!"

"Get out right now!"

Even though the Snow Lotus Soup was spilled, the Eldest Prince hadn't lost his temper. However, at Chief Luo's curse for Chu Feng's early death, he couldn't hold back anymore.

He yelled at Chief Luo, radiating a killing aura, looking completely out of control.

"Yes, yes... It's all my fault for running my mouth!" Chief Luo was so frightened that he hastily fled from Chu Feng's room. Once he was a good distance away, he turned and spat, "A mere waste, sure to die sooner or later, how does it matter what I say?"

"This waste with fire poison, I must report immediately to Prince Liu!"

Saying this, Chief Luo hurriedly left the Sword King Mansion and swaggered into the Prince Liu Mansion opposite it.

Compared to the Sword King Mansion, it was much more imposing.

In front of the mansion gate were two three-meter-tall stone Pixiu guarding the entrance, along with six burly guards in armor standing by the door.

Chief Luo was familiar with these guards, and none stopped him; he went directly inside.

Prince Liu was not there; Chief Luo only saw Prince Liu Ping.

Seeing the swollen lump on Liu Ping's forehead.

"Yo, Prince Ping, what happened to your forehead?" Chief Luo bowed, his face a picture of concern as he asked.
