Ethan Returns Beyond Omniscience
Nothing.
For a moment—or perhaps an eternity—there was nothing. No light, no darkness, no remnants of the battle that had shattered existence itself. The god remained motionless within the void, its countless forms shifting in rhythmic contemplation, its omniscience sweeping through all of reality, past and future, infinite timelines folding under its gaze.
Ethan was gone. Erased, undone, unmade.
The god had declared it so.
And yet—
Something stirred.
It was not a presence, not a disturbance in the fabric of existence, but rather an absence—an emptiness that should not be. A space where something should never have existed, yet now did.
The god's awareness—an all-encompassing, infinite perception of everything—sought out the disturbance. Its sight encompassed all of creation, reaching into the depths of time and the vast expanse of possibility. And yet, it found nothing.
No traces. No memories. No records in the weave of fate.
Nothing.
