Silas's POV
Like hell I would believe him. Of course, he's lying. But what are his intentions? While I was thinking, Shine suddenly pulled me back and stood in front of Ciel.
Man, Shine is an omega, but if someone looks at him from far away, they'd think he's an alpha. 'Cause he has such a big body. It's not like I'm judging.
But when he pulled me back, it kind of hurt my hand.
"What do you want now from Silas?"
Shine started questioning Ciel while glaring at him.
And Ciel looked confused about why Shine was staring at him.
"I don't want anything from anyone. I just wanted a lift since my car broke down."
"And do you think I would believe that? This must be your new plan to trap Silas, right? Why are you so shameless—to go to any lengths just to bring Silas's downfall?"
"Hey, why would I give you an answer? You're just a manager, so step aside and let me talk to Silas."
Ciel was getting frustrated since Shine wasn't even moving.
