After the other council members departed, Rahman immediately headed towards the back mountains with Adam Shah. Unbeknownst to them, a shadow had silently attached itself to them somewhere along the way.
The Shah Family estate was vast, and the back mountains covered a large area. Over the years, few people had ventured into the back mountains.
Rahman and Adam Shah, using the pretext of paying respects at their ancestors' graves, made their way to the back mountains and located the cave where the Heart of Thunder was sealed.
Together, they followed the method recorded in the ancient scrolls to break the seal, uncovering a specially crafted wooden box inside the cave.
Inside the box lay the Heart of Thunder. Upon opening the box, the overwhelming power of thunder emanated faintly from the Heart of Thunder. This caused both of their eyes to light up.
