Zar grunted as Excalibur sliced his shoulder, Purple Fire searing his wounds. Zar coldly said, "You think you have won?!" summoning a final surge of power, Sandra is preparing to attack but he vanished in the dark.
Sandra is searching him, everything was silent until Selene screamed.... Sandra turned around just in time to see that Zar's dark blade piercing Selene's side. Selene gasped, blood trickling from her lips...
Zar's cruel laughter echoed as he twisted the blade before vanishing into the shadows, leaving only his mocking voice behind. Sandra caught Selene before she could fall her trembling as she pressed against the wound trying to stop the bleeding.
"Selene.... Wake up please don't leave me" Sandra is very loudly, She could not let Selene leave for another time. Sandra pleaded, her voice is breaking... Selene's body is becoming cold also... so Sandra used her fire to warm Selene.
Selene's fingers weakly grasped Sandra's cheeks, she wiped the tears and said, "I am okay Sandra..... Don't cry" the she fainted in Sandra's arms. Then Sandra carried Selene in her arms, her heart is hammering in fear. Selene's breathing was slow, her dress is full of blood soaked the deep wound on her side.
"Hold on..... Selene... I am not going to let you go.." Sandra whispered her voice is breaking. She is heading to the Crystal Heaven Manor, she didn't stop running her Purple Fire flickering around Selene's body, trying to keep her warm.
Inside the palace, a loud cry echoed as Sandra's parents Laura and William rushed forward and also Kael and Lyra also downstairs after hearing Sandra's loud cry. "Sandra!" Laura gasped her eyes widening at the blood stained girl in her daughter's arms.
"Selene...." Lyra's voice broke as she ran forward, her hands covering her mouth in horror. Lyra couldn't control herself anymore she cried very loud hugging her daughter. Kael also couldn't believe this... He broke down in the ground and crying.
Sandra knelt on the floor her breathing is uneven as she carefully laid Selene down "I tried to stop the bleeding.... But I couldn't" her hands were trembled and stained with Selene's blood. Kael knelt beside, his strong hands gently touching Selene's pale face.
"She is so cold...." his deep voice cracked, revealing the fear he desperately tried to hide. "Move aside" Lyra said firmly, her blue eyes glowing with determination. She was one of the Finest healers in the "Crystalride" and she wouldn't let her daughter die.
Lyra placed her both hands over Selene's wounds, she closed her eyes and her magic flaring. A soft blue glow covered Selene's body as Lyra chanted an Ancient healing spell. Lyra's expression darkened, "I stopped the bleeding and the wounds are cured... "But Selene is still weak... She might not wake up anytime soon."
Sandra's world shattered, "Selene might not wake up?...." she clenched her fists her Fire flickering wildly around her... She angrily said, "I am going to kill him" then she stands and ready to leave the palace but Lyra touched Sandra's shoulder gently....
"No Sandra, we won't let you leave like this, we don't want to see anything bad from the evil" Sandra cried while hugging Selene's mother. "I am sorry, mother.... It is all because of me" Lyra and Kael comforts her and said, "Don't worry Sandra... We have to take care of Selene and we can deal with him later."
Sandra didn't move, she just stared at Selene and her breath is rising and falling weakly and she also looked fragile. Sandra inwardly said, "I am sorry.... Selene for everything, I will not let happen like this" then she carried Selene to her room and placed her on the bed____
