Kira just turned twenty three today and it turned out to be the boriest day of her life. Without an Idea of what to eat, no new clothes,and definitely no cake to celebrate, she knew the day was going to be a long one. Living alone in her apartment far away from her parents made things worse. Well, her mother called and wished her a happy birthday but her Dad ? Never . She had been indoors since dawn and just decided to go down the alley and get her chicken. She was already on her way back engulfed in her thoughts when someone blocked her. She looked up only to find a young guy looking straight at her. He can't be more than 16 right ? Probably 17.
She sighed " can her day get any worse " for goodness sake she was just minding her business .
Still looking up at him she didn't say a word she just wanted to disappear and appear in her room. What does he want ?
"I've been talking to you for a while now, re u listening to music " Vic checked her ears and saw no pods or earpiece. Wait.... Re u deaf ?. He still didn't get any replies, he was already running out of time, his uncle will soon be back.
" Hey I don't want any troubles, get lost ". Kira was already loosing her patience and she really didn't have strength to say any more words .
"Hey that's rude"
"No you're rude , aren't you supposed to be in school or something or do you just go around blocking people's path ?"
"Are you not supposed to at least ask me who I am or what I want. I mean that's what any typical girl would do right ?
"Well, hate to disappoint you but I don't want to know who you are, or what you want, my day is already bad as it is so don't make it any worse. Kira pushed him out of the way, she can't waste time here speaking to a minor while she had other things to do.
She was just about to walk past him when a bright head light shone on her face blinding her for a second.
"Shit" was all Vic said before turning to run away.
