Chapter 2 - Prolog pt.2

She didn't budge, didn't flinch, didn't even so much as close her eyes, She just stared at him with a blank expression before grabbing his arm,

Agony erupted as her spindly fingers ripped into the metal and his arm, as she did that she smiled at him with a sadistic glint in her eye, and then she spoke.

"I'm gonna have fun breaking you," She decided before snapping his arm like a twig, The pain was beyond anything he had ever experienced before in his life, hevaugly reaclled doing this exact thin to his first slaves, whitch had died the follow day from the untreated wound.

"Impossible," He screamed out as blood leaked out of his ruined arm "No Woman could be strong enough to do this," His words came out with a sob as the pain began making him cry "It's some sort of illusion magic,"

"Me? A Woman?" She asked with a laugh "Sorry to disappoint but I'm all man, at least where it counts," She Punched him and he felt a pain he had only ever felt once when a drunk Oger had kneed him at a bar in Tort. He lost all the air in his lungs and felt several ribs crack as he was sent flying across the ground, skidding and causing more pain to his existing injuries.

Before he could even try to stand up She placed her foot firmly onto his chest and continued grinning at him with a look in her eye that seemed equally amused as it was filled with hate.

"You…can't…" She laughed at him as he tried to speak before repositioning her foot and using it to instead slam his face into the dirt.

"Can't be a man?" She asked "I could tell you the long sad story," She pressed his face so hard he felt a new source of pain as a tooth cracked against another one "But why should I give a shit if you understand it or not?" The King removed his foot from his opponent's face and straddled him around the chest. Without another word, the King began wailing on the Adventurer, with each strike of his fist a chunk of armor broke off, metal creaked, and bones cracked.

In response to this, the crowd was screaming out to the King, the cries however, were not for the King to stop, they were demanding he do more. In response to their demands, the King Got to hit feet, dragging the Adventure to the door he had exited out of, and proceeded to hold him like a battering ram before slamming him against the door, once, twice, thrice!

On the third time he turned and flung his opponent across the field, he tumbled across the ground and stopped with his face in the dirt.

The Jingle of the chains around the King's arms where the only sound remaining in the colosseum as he walked up to his opponent and looked up at the royal spectator's box. The owner, a woman named Chara Elizabeth, stepped to the edge so all in attendance could see her, a Beautiful young woman with long scarlet red hair and piercing blue eyes, unbeknownst to the challenger she was, ironically, the very princess trying to dissolve the slave trade, and had been put in charger of the slave colosseum so she would learn her lesson on it's importance.

She wore a deep maroon-colored Jacket buttoned only in the middle, Over her heart was a silver and gold medallion in the shape of a wing showing she had something akin to military authority, She wore a pair of deep black pants with a pair oh shining black heels.

She looked down at the man who had just been beaten to a pulp, she had given him a contract to sign for participating in the Colosseum and still smiled at how he had signed it without reading so much as a word.

He had signed and given his express consent that no legal action could be taken against the Colosseum should he be killed in a fight. It was impressive how many where foolish enough to sign, seeing how it was completely optional she assumed most thought they had to sign it so they could be allowed to kill the King, although a few other's had agreed for more dubious reason, it still amused her to this moment as she watched the man try to make his broken body move.

If she let him live he would just become a problem and try to take revenge against the King, Her, or even the Colosseum in general. She already had enough problems dealing with her older siblings and their attempts to do just that due to the massive humiliation they had all felt at the Kings hand, and she wasn't about to let another person, however small they might be, pose the same problem.

She held up her arms and crossed them together, making an X with them. The Silence was destroyed in an instant, the crowd was thrown into chaos as they screamed in delight at what was about to happen, the King had just been granted permission to do as he pleased with his opponent with the promise of no punishment should they die.

With their cheers came another sound, the King was bellowing with laughter, had he not been cursed it might have been a heavy sound but his feminine voice had a special spine-tingling effect on the crowd, and they ate it up.

"This will increase the revenue for the next few days," Chara decided as she sat down in the chair that was supposed to be reserved for her father the king of the country.

The country had dozens of Colosseums littered about its major cities, and the King would visit them once or twice a year for a grand event. As this one was in the capital there had once been a time where he would visit every few days.

Then he had fallen for her trap, a trap set up by herself and the very monster that was currently beating the life out of the pathetic man who had barged into her office without an appointment, demanding she give him a beautiful woman to fight.

"Sorry I couldn't quite meet your demands," she chuckled darkly as the screams reached their peak and the King let out a laugh filled with malice, she smiled sweetly, she did so love it when her dear King was enjoying himself.
