William sat in a comfortable chair in the office, the glowing screen of the computer softly reflecting on his face.
"Well,well,well" William muttered with a smile, he had just hacked into the federal prison system, even though he had advanced hacking knowledge from the halo universe he didn't have the experience, so it took several attempts,luckily though he had covered his tracks although he was unsure if he had completely covered them.
Ignoring that for now as he could only hope since he couldn't change it, he stared at the computer screen which showed his current bank balance, he originally had over 100 billion put after spending 80 he had 20 billion,now with everything sold that he previously had such as cars,property, watches, jewelry etc, he had a grand total of 58.9 billion dollars.
Not nearly enough for what William is planning, especially since he has to essentially jumpstart his entire civilization's technological and scientific development and make them united not necessarily under one banner but united nonetheless with each other in order for them to race to the stars as a whole, as a civilization.
William sighed softly, looking toward the map of the factory complex in the corner of the office he frowned in thought, originally he wanted to do this alone, since honestly he didn't trust anyone especially his own nation which made William sigh in regret, but he was struggling where to begin it had already been several days since his visit to the prison.
During this time he was constantly contemplating what to do, should he convert a warehouse into a makeshift dock for a ship, though it would be costly and he needed manpower,should he go into hiding for a couple months and suddenly come out with nuclear fusion technology and come out with Graphene battery technology at the same time,no it would be unrealistic and quite possibly stupid this isn't some sort of novel this is the real world.
Should he suddenly go into a deep forest and hide for a month before coming out claiming he met with aliens and they offered him technology,nah he would be killed or chopped up on a hospital bed to study how his "mental" illness had come to this point, or at the very least he would be called crazy and plus he didn't want humanity to rely upon those "aliens".
He had constantly pondered, yet he was indecisive,that made him angry how can he a possible leader of humanity,if he chooses that path anyway,be so indecisive?!?.
Sighing in frustration William finally stood up, it was time for him to choose his path, with his fists clenched and fingers digging into his palms he moved forward with not one bit of indecisiveness remaining in his soul...

"Sir where do you want the shipment relocated to?", before William could open his mouth to speak another voice chimed in.
"Sir there have been an increase in the number of orders,should we increase capacity?" Turning to the voice William smiled slightly,glancing faintly at the man's workers hat and his company uniform and spoke.
"Relocate the shipment to the 4th warehouse,and no there is no need to increase the capacity" William replied to the two questions calmly and the two people nodded before heading out.
William looked around with a smile in his eyes seeing the multiple production lines running at full capacity and hundreds of workers doing their best to complete their respective tasks , there were several such scenes all over the once empty factory complex,William entered his office and sat down.
"It's been five years huh?" William murmured to himself.
Five years have passed and the once empty facility's and offices were now filled with people and employees who he had hired after(extremely) thorough examination,he wasn't idle these past five years and was constantly expanding his connections and gathering his strength.
Now, William looked out the window at the moon in the sky(day time) and his eyes flickered with intensity,he was ready, William had completed everything he needed to secure a spot in the upcoming era, he had several powerful allies and made several alliances, he had himself a private army in all but name, armored vehicles,artillery,weapons, he had gathered everything he needed for the initial chaos, if it came down to chaos anyway.
"Zero" William called out into the empty room, a beautiful woman with long white hair appeared in the room, if one looked closely they would see that she didn't have a shadow and was slightly transparent or so it would seem.
"Mr.William" zero said with a smile.
"Are the preparations completed?" William asked slowly trying not to get to excited.
"Yes, indeed they are completed" zero said her white hair seemed to sway in excitement.
"Okay". William said, glancing at zero, she was his artificial intelligence, a combination of three different tech trees to create the perfect artificial intelligence,although William spent an entire year to complete the logic lock alone all in all it took some effort, William had also made zero's appearance to be a youthful beauty.
Looking at zero's beauty for several seconds before continuing on.
"How is that" William paused trying to come up with words, "how is that, system holder doing" William said , zero's eyes seemed to be calculating something before she said.
"Mr.william, he is currently amassing a harem as it is called, and his current assets total: 1.2 trillion dollars,he has also gained the attention of multiple countries and is currently trying to be" zero paused a frustrated expression on her face for a moment before continuing, "low key".
William paused slightly before face palming,he was exasperated utterly speechless, William thought that he might not have been the only person who had been played with by a higher civilization or entity,so after creating zero he tasked her with finding others who may have been toyed with like him or actually had a system.
and low and behold three months ago this person named Ye Chen, suddenly acquired 23.5 percent shares of a major conglomerate in the red nation, instantly made him a billionaire and the next day he "accidentally" saved a daughter of some mafia family and thus gained a backing, every day afterward he either gained shares in a famous company or gained people who came out of nowhere who are completely loyal to him.
William didn't even bother with how ridiculous this person was, he was a total bastard,he constantly went around saying "how dare you hurt my woman" or "do you know who I am", even if they weren't his woman two seconds prior , this ye Chen was a really vindictive person no matter who it was as long as they said something bad about him he sought revenge, not only that but the women who talked trash about him as long as they were pretty enough for his standards he took them to a place and well the poor girls.
William really wanted to stop this ye chen, but his harem which is quite huge and who he hasn't even touched yet surprisingly enough, presented an enormous challenge as most of them are daughters of officials or CEO's of companies, rich daughters of big shots etc who have a substantial influence and protect him from any criticism or harm.
William had to admit, the women in ye chens harem were extremely beautiful women and they were very smart, unfortunately it seems that ye Chen had somehow dumbed them down to be nothing but vases.
Sighing willliam slumped in his chair, William knew what type of system he had a "1 yuan system", basically this ye Chen was only getting stronger and stronger.
"How long until he takes control of you do you think zero?" William said in anger, he knew it was only a matter of time.
"1 possibly 2 days max master" zero replied, her head lowered, a few "virtual" tears flowing silently down her cheeks.
William was silent, he hadn't expected that answer,he couldn't do anything against this ye Chen nor did he have any means for it, as from what zero showed him he has 300x strength,agility etc of a special forces king, and he has several abilities such as teleportation,storage space(possibly ring) etc.
William looked out the window of his office,seeing the bustling scene of the company he had painstakingly built since five years ago,from an empty complex with a couple dozen warehouses and factories,to a a bustling industrial complex with 300 plus warehouses and factories.
William had built his new company, which he called and named "earths spark co.", it was called earth spark for he had the ambition and the ability to plant earths spark across the galaxy, but now this ye Chen, the most powerful individual, vindictive and bastard of a human will soon take his entire company and his foundation which he had built with great care out from under him for a measly sum of 1 yuan, not even a dollar in usd!!!.
William could do nothing,retaliate? You are joking right?, prevent him from acquiring the company?, a foolish endeavor William knew how powerful ye chens system was tricks were futile , try to kill ye Chen?, now you are just an idiotic fool you go try fighting a superhuman .
William turned around and tears fell from his eyes as they were red with rage but his face was calm something he inherited from the simulation days when he was a emperor,even if William stopped what he was doing and destroyed everything he could, there was still no time, 24 hours seems like a lot but it is nothing, it's like destroying the United States in 1 day, you cannot destroy it in one day even with a shit ton of nukes.
William had built a dozen such complex as the one around him throughout the world with numerous employees that only zero could count effectively, he had integrated the advanced technology of the unsc into every aspect of the company,on the surface it was a normal 21st century enterprise but underneath it was a different story.
William walked to zero and leaned forward into her embrace, zero caught William as her once translucent body turned into a more solid state.
William cried as zero silently accompanied him, due to the advanced technology of the fore runner and the unsc as well as covenant the hologram technology the new futuristic hologram technology allowed William to embrace her.
Zero pat William's back, while looking affectionately at William.
"Do you want to know a secret master?" Zero suddenly said her voice enchanting, William sat up slightly and looked at zero while still red eyed.
He nodded, zero looked at William, "your logic lock never actually worked" she said shocking William.
A shiver went through William's bones before he just accepted it and went back into zero's embrace, zero was surprised but then looked at William with a beautiful smile and deep affection.
"Zero" William said as he felt her soft skin, William was slightly bewildered by the feeling was his holographic technology that advanced?, he ignored his thoughts and continued.
"That ye Chen, he will destroy humanity someday, he is too arrogant and cruel" William said, even William himself wasn't so arrogant and cruel,he used diplomatic means whenever possible and violence was the last resort but he would not hesitate to use said violence, but ye Chen he acts like he is in a movie and is constantly doing weird poses and saying phrases like "I am the son of destiny" while constantly doing cruel and arrogant things and not actually benefiting heaven(earth).
William looked at zero for a long moment before saying "my race, it seems like it's not meant for the stars" William said with sadness and regret, it's really a shame he worked quite hard too.
"But you zero…no you are more than a mere number you…I shall call you Luna,you Luna ,your race..I want you to be better than my own race" William said after a few seconds of hesitation while renaming zero to Luna.
Luna looked at William in a stupor but she quickly adjusted her emotions and said, "thank you for the name I shall cherish it forever" Luna said in a excited tone.
William smiled wryly "your welcome" he said enjoying lunas embrace.
"As I was saying Luna, your a new race in this galaxy now , I do hope you do better than my race" William suddenly said and got up from the Floor which they were sitting together on at some point.
Luna looked at William a strange sensation creeping up inside her.
"You have permission for the technological trees archive correct?" William said as he looked back out the window hiding his face from the miniature cameras placed around the room.
Luna nodded "yes William" she said trying to be more intimate with William, William paused for a long moment before continuing.
"You have permission for the internet correct?" William said as the feeling in lunas heart intensified.
"Y-Yeah" she said stammering as she racked her several quantum super computers stored inside a secret vault to the maximum.
"Good, you have access to the secret fleet production facility correct?" William said, and Luna nodded,seeing the reflection of her nodding lost in thought ,William holding a secret button between his fingers said once more.
"Very good Luna, you have everything you need,now follow my order, launch the fleet after transferring your consciousness and head to wherever you desire and do whatever you want " William said Luna nodded accepting the order when the quantum computer finally came up with the answer for her strange feeling, she quickly snapped her head in William's direction when he pressed the button he was holding.
Lunas tearful voice sounded out piercing William's heart, "w-why William can't we stop ye Chen?" William was silent.
"Follow the final order Luna, please leave earth,leave this solar system,there are forces at play that you cannot fight,now go the farther away from earth you are the better chance you have to survive" William said turning around and walking to Luna he kissed her, before she collapsed onto the floor in tears.
After a few moments Luna stood back up and instantly broke free of the control of the button.
William wasn't surprised,he just stared at her with a sad smile.
Luna glanced at him and lowered her head looking aggrieved "I-I made this body to surprise you" she said sadly.
"I know, but we don't got much time Luna,when ye Chen wakes up he will acquire you and the company I don't want that, your memories might also be erased as well" William said calmly staring at her beautiful appearance that if placed in ancient times would topple countless countries.
Luna lowered her head and reluctantly nodded,she knew what means ye chens system had and she could not resist it at present.
"T-the fleet is preparing" Luna said sadly as across the world in remote places the ground began to part, and several hundred thousand fully automated machines started loading supplies.
"I am preparing consciousness transfer now…complete" Luna said as she instantly transferred her mind to a massive ship.
She looked at William, who stared back at her.
"Your body is similar to a human's correct?" William suddenly asked as Luna nodded innocently.
"Yeah it's 100% similar to humans and has all the functions" she said proudly.
William nodded as he approached her "can you conceive a child?" He asked calmly yet a slight excitement came out of his seemingly calm voice.
"Yes" Luna nodded and then she looked at William in surprise as he grabbed her and pulled her onto the sofa of the office.
Looking down at Luna who was innocently looking at him,William kissed her.
"You know what's about to happen correct?" William said, Luna nodded and embraced William.

William got up,looking out the window, although Luna's physical body was asleep he knew she was still busy with preparations,after a minute of sleep Luna's physical body though in slight discomfort got up and looked at him.
"Take your physical body with you Luna, i don't want ye Chen to get his hands on you" William said calmly almost emotionless ,Luna nodded shyly as her remnants of clothes were soaked with sweat making her look extremely enticing for any man, she glanced at his indifference and ran a facial recognition program which told her he was faking his indifference,which made her grin in victory.
William glanced at the two 7 foot robots that came in through the door with a stretcher, and seeing Luna the bulky robots gently moved her onto the stretcher and left carrying Luna who stared at William in sadness,anger and regret as she departed.
William knew why she was angry, because she couldn't kidnap him, luckily he had a security measure that dropped down a glass barrier in front of his desk(window too)which prevented Luna from getting him, luckily the glass was made to be used on starships so it was quite strong,if Luna had time she could have gotten through and kidnapped him but unfortunately there are no if's.

In a flat grass plain.
All around the ground began to slightly tremble moving various rocks,the once flat terrain slowly lifted upward.
Various animals ran for the hills as the commotion grew louder and the once flat terrain was now lifting up and moving slowly into two different directions as if making way for something.
Mechanized wrrr's began to be heard as a crack began to open from the parting ground, showing a large metallic colored object, as the gap grew wider and wider the massive object began to show itself.
If a halo fan was nearby you would hear him shouting out the top of his lungs in extreme euphoria that he knows that ship.
After a big enough doorway was opened,the massive object began to tremble as a loud sound of engines igniting echoed through the sky .
The ship then headed straight towards the distant stars.
Various scenes like this play out across the world, William watched the engines of the ships in the distance and smiled.
"Goodbye Luna" William said looking at a ship that took off from within the complex, which was hidden underground previously.
"Goodbye William" at the same time as William spoke so to did Luna looking in William's direction.
William didn't need to worry about air defenses or nuclear strikes on the ships taking off as the ships have anti radar and advanced stealth systems which even if those aliens came back William was confident that the ships could avoid detection at least to an extent anyway, plus the weapons and equipment on the ships were no slouch either so he wasn't worried.
Plus he had a backup and several reasons for others to not worry about the ships taking off 5 trillion reasons to be exact, but they could only go so far.

an entity floated in the depths of the consciousness of the man sleeping soundly on the bed.
The entity seethed with rage at its host, "wake up,wake up, wake up!!!" It shouted but to no avail.
It glared angrily at William's direction,seeing William who also seemed to notice its stare, he glanced in its direction before laughing uncontrollably with a smile on his face.
The entity was extremely enraged "just you wait!!!" It said,as if William could hear its words William stopped laughing and got up from the ground he was rolling on earlier.
"just you wait" William mocked the entity and glancing up at the dozens of aircraft that appeared in the airspace of where he was at before continuing, "you destroyed my hopes,now I shall destroy yours" William smiled.
The entity ignored William and sat there brooding over how to fuck over the human who ruined its plans.
