Chapter 2 - Chapter 2:~Lake Of Dreams

"Hi, my name is Silviya."

She stood there like a vision straight out of a dream, her long white hair flowing like silk, catching the light with every tiny move she made. It looked so soft that it made you want to reach out and touch it, just to see if it was even real. Her skin was warm and golden, glowing softly as if the sun itself had kissed every inch of it. Her beauty didn't feel normal, it felt like something out of a story, too perfect to exist in the real world. Her eyes were the color of molten gold, and they held an otherworldly glow inside them, sharp and intense, pulling you in like you were caught in a web without even trying.

Two small black horns curled gently from the sides of her head, subtle but very striking, making it very clear she was not just a normal human. Her figure was impossible to ignore too—graceful, powerful, confident, and moving in a way that was both casual and hypnotizing. Her wide hips and slim waist made her body look like a perfect painting that somehow learned how to move.

She wore a white dress that clung to her like a second skin, showing off her smooth curves. The fabric was cut away in daring patterns, revealing just enough to make your heart race. Gold chains were draped over her shoulders and across her slim waist, shimmering brightly with every step she took. The dress had no back, showing off her flawless golden skin, and the gold chains made her look like some kind of queen from a forgotten world. A queen you couldn't help but stare at.

"My name is Kaien, Uchiha Kaien," he introduced himself, his voice a little uncertain but strong.

"So, where are we, and who are you?" he asked, his head full of questions.

"This is the LAKE OF DREAMS, and I am the spirit of Dreams," she said with a warm, bright smile. "I am the embodiment of the consciousness of this lake."

Kaien blinked, still trying to wrap his head around everything happening. "What is this LAKE OF DREAMS?" he asked again, needing more answers.

"This is the place that holds the prototype and information of everything imaginable," Silviya replied in a voice full of pride and wonder, "or at least everything the being that created this place dreamed of. It is a gift, a part of the deal you made."

Although Kaien was still struggling to understand everything she was saying, he was too shocked from his parents' death, the strange dark place he was before, and now suddenly standing here, that he couldn't even get upset. His heart was too heavy. But when he heard the word "gift," his attention was pulled toward his hands.

He noticed he was unconsciously holding two books.

One was the same gloomy, dark book from earlier, the one from which the strange, gibberish symbols had entered his body and mind. The second book was thick and colorful. On its cover, there were four people drawn, standing proudly. Behind them was the Hokage Rock, but Kaien noticed something weird—there were four faces carved into the rock instead of the usual three.

In the middle stood a blonde-haired boy, his face thin and tired-looking like he hadn't eaten properly in weeks. He had whisker-like marks on his cheeks and was wearing worn-out orange clothes that looked like they barely fit him anymore. Even so, he was smiling brightly, full of life. On his head was the Konoha forehead protector, just like the other three beside him.

One was a tall man with white hair, his face hidden behind a mask. On one side of the blonde boy was a pink-haired girl, and on the other side was a serious-looking boy with black hair, wearing clothes marked with the Uchiha Clan symbol.

Written on the cover in big bold letters was the name "Naruto," and there was a bright sticker attached to it saying, "A precious gift for your happy future."

"You can read that later. You have all the time in the world here," Silviya said gently. She then smiled wider and clapped her hands, full of excitement. "Now, I have been lonely here for a long time, and I am very excited to introduce some things to you because I know you still have many questions."

Without giving Kaien a chance to speak, Silviya kept chatting happily, "First of all, you are now the apostle of the Fool, the first one ever at that! Hence now you have the alias or title: Fool, the Dreamer, Dream Builder. What these titles do, you will find out later because even I don't know! You are the first apostle of the Fool ever created."

"Now," she said, her golden eyes sparkling brightly, "being his apostle has granted you physical strength equal to 8-B tier, meaning you are strong enough to destroy a whole city block even without using any chakra."

"I know you are confused about what 8-B tier means," she giggled while bouncing on her toes, "but don't worry, I am still making the strength chart! I am still making it. I will explain everything slowly. Me being bound to you came so suddenly, it was a very pleasant surprise. I'm so excited to teach you everything!"

Kaien just stood there, staring at her, completely speechless. This woman was talking so fast and so much, he wasn't even getting a chance to ask anything.

"And now listen," Silviya said, holding up a finger like a teacher. "Here, in this lake, is everything imaginable that exists. You can go around fishing in it three times every day! But what you get depends on your luck, and because the lake has everything, there is a very, very small chance you'll get something useful."

"But, but, but," she said, getting closer and whispering like she was telling a huge secret, "your awesome Silviya can manipulate the probability of you getting what you need—not what you want, but what you need."

"Now, look there," Silviya said, pointing behind him excitedly.

Kaien turned around and saw a huge, towering tree in the distance. Around it were many other beautiful trees, but this one was different. It was shining like gold, and it was bearing ten glowing golden fruits.

"Those are Dream Fruits," Silviya said with a proud grin. "I need those fruits to manipulate the probability for you to get what you need! These fruits will appear whenever you change a major plot point."

She paused and looked serious for a moment. "But how many fruits appear isn't fixed. It's not like a normal system where you do something and always get a guaranteed reward. This place doesn't work like that."

"And now," she continued in her usual bright tone, "the changes in your body after becoming an apostle, except for the increased strength, are that you are now immune to reality warping! Whether it's done by humans, gods, cosmic entities, or outer gods. Unless they are stronger than the Fool himself, they can't harm you anymore."

Kaien finally couldn't hold back anymore. He raised his hand and said, "Wait a second, wait a second! You are just going on and on! You've said a lot of things I don't understand."

He took a breath and said seriously, "First of all, what is plot? What is a system? Can this Lake of Dreams even replicate the weapons made by the Sage of Six Paths? And most importantly," his voice shook slightly, "can it bring my parents back?"

Silviya smiled kindly at him.

"Of course, it can replicate Six Paths weapons!" she said proudly. "It even has the Sage of Six Paths himself inside it. Not to mention, things much stronger than him! And yes, if you use something related to a person you love or know while fishing, you can get things related to them or even their powers—without needing Dream Fruits."

"And yes, Kaien," Silviya said warmly, stepping closer to him. "You can bring back your parents. You just need the right things from this lake. But before anything, you should really read that comic book you got, 'Naruto.'"

"A lot of your questions will get cleared after reading it," she said softly. "And don't worry about time. Since this place is part of your consciousness, no time passes outside. You can stay here as long as you want."

Kaien nodded slowly, feeling a deep wave of emotion wash over him.

He looked at the colorful book in his hands—the one with the blonde boy smiling against the odds—and decided to trust her advice.

He sat down under the golden tree, opened the first page of the "Naruto" comic, and started reading the story that would change his future forever

After some time.

Rage. That was all there was inside Kaien's mind after he finished reading the comic book he was given. His heart was pounding hard, his fists were clenched tight, and his teeth were grinding together without him even realizing it. Rage. Pure, burning rage. Especially after understanding there was a huge chance his parents were not just killed in some accident or battle, but they were murdered, murdered by the very people of the village they trusted.

Murdered for their Sharingans.

Kaien felt sick just thinking about it. His nails dug into his palms, drawing small drops of blood, but he didn't even feel the pain. He just stared into the distance, seething.

However, after the first wave of fury passed, a bit of relief followed. He was relieved because he realized that now he had a chance, a real chance, to bring his parents back.

He remembered from the comic that Hatake Sakumo was already dead at this point, which meant that Grandma Chiyo of the Sand Village should have already invented that forbidden technique — the one that could exchange life for life.

Maybe he could find it, maybe he could use it.

And if that didn't work, there was another way.

The Rinnegan.

He could use the Rinnegan's Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique to resurrect his parents. But that would require time, strength, and a lot of preparation. He wasn't strong enough yet. He wasn't ready yet.

But Kaien didn't mind waiting. No, not at all. If he needed to wait years, decades even, he would. What mattered was bringing them back in a safe world, a better world, not back into the political mess and betrayal-filled pit that was Konoha.

Saving them just to throw them back into the same hell was not an option.

The future with aliens, Ōtsutsuki, and even the destruction of the world — all of that now seemed secondary to him.

First, he had to deal with the 'level' right in front of him — the Uchiha Clan Massacre.

He already made up his mind.

He wouldn't let Fugaku become the patriarch of the Uchiha Clan.

No. If he couldn't butcher him outright, he would at least make him impotent so that the fool couldn't father any more children.

As for Mikoto — his cousin — Kaien's feelings were complicated. He should have been filled with hatred for her too, but he remembered her face. How blank she looked. How empty her eyes were. She didn't fight back, didn't resist, didn't cry or scream.

And don't tell me this was because the author didn't think of it, my life is real, we all are real. So unless it was really an all knowing God, there was no way someone could just write us to existence.

There was one possibility . She could have been under some kind of illusion. Maybe Fugaku himself cast it on her.

To not show resistance.

Though she really may only be a devoted housewife who was willing to follow her husband, even in death.

She would live for now, just because she is my cousin.

"So, what do you think?" Silviya asked, pulling him out of his thoughts with her cheerful voice.

Kaien took a deep breath. His mind was still messy, but he forced himself to focus. "First of all, please explain to me the capabilities of the Lake of Dreams again," he said. "And this time... slowly, please."

Silviya nodded happily, almost bouncing in excitement. "Alright! Listen carefully then!" she chirped.

She started explaining again, and Kaien paid close attention.

After she was done, Kaien carefully thought through everything she said. He summarized it all in his mind:

Place name:Lake of Dreams

Where it is:

It exists inside Kaien's consciousness.

It also exists in the body of the Fool at the same time.

Kaien didn't understand how exactly this worked. He would need to figure that out later when he had more knowledge.

Now the perks:

1) Physical Entrance: Kaien could physically enter the Lake of Dreams. It wasn't just a mental place. His actual body could go there. Meaning — if he was ever in danger, he could use it as a perfect hiding spot. No one would be able to find him inside his own consciousness.

2) Storage: He could use the place to store items, weapons, treasures — anything he wanted. The space seemed unlimited.

3) Fishing Mechanism:

He had three fishing tries every day.

He could fish in the Lake of Dreams and pull out anything imaginable.

But what he got depended mostly on luck.

4) Dream Fruits:

There was a huge tree near the lake, and it bore golden fruits called Dream Fruits.

When Kaien caused a major change in the "plot" or "pre-written fate" of a world, these fruits would grow.

Using the energy from these fruits, Silviya could manipulate the probability of Kaien getting what he needed (not what he wanted).

The more major the change, the more fruits he might get — though it wasn't fixed or guaranteed like some system with missions.

5) Using Relics to Fish

If Kaien used something related to a person while fishing — like their hair, a piece of their clothing, or anything belonging to them — he could increase the chance of pulling out something related to that person.

For example, if he used Naruto's hair, he might fish up Naruto's chakra, bloodline, powers, or maybe even just Naruto's sandals. He could even fish Naruto's mom.

It was based on luck, but having a connection object increased the chances.

6) Originals:

Now Naruto's mother brings us to another point ,if Kaien fished up a character — like Naruto's mother Kushina — she would not be a fake or a clone.

She would be the original, not some copy.

However, these people would have free will.

Even so, no matter what happened, they could not harm Kaien or work against his interests. That was a rule bound to them.

Aside from that, they could act however they wanted. They were free.

Kaien couldn't help but feel amazed after understanding everything properly this time.

He finally realized how terrifying this place really was. It wasn't just a simple cheat or a magic weapon. It was something on a whole different level.

The Lake of Dreams was a treasure, a true miracle. If used properly, he could rebuild the world.

No, he could even build an entire universe if he wanted to.

But Kaien's heart remained steady. He had one goal in mind first.

He would save his parents. And after that, he would change everything.

He was no longer just Uchiha Kaien.

He was now: Fool, The Dreamer, The Dream Builder.

And this was just the beginning.
