In his other hand, he unsheathed Cong Yunya (Tenseiga), its beautiful blade gleaming with a cold, eerie light.

"Sister Stron, clean her up and change her clothes while you're at it," Wilhelm said, tossing Hancock—now healed but still unconscious due to emotional strain—over to Stron.
"Alright, no problem!~" Stron replied cheerfully, taking Hancock and carrying her to the second floor of the ark without hesitation.
Watching Hancock awaken her Conqueror's Haki, Stron wasn't jealous—she was simply happy for Wilhelm.
A girl with the potential for Conqueror's Haki... If she grows stronger, she will surely become one of the key figures under her younger brother's command.
"Wilhelm, even if you wanted to awaken her potential, you went too far..." Smoothie said helplessly. "Aren't you afraid she'll hate you for the rest of her life?"

Pato was a unique creature, created from a Mythical Zoan ability that let him transform into a tanuki.
Not only could he understand animal speech, but—unlike the cold and intimidating Kuro the Feathered Serpent—his friendly personality made him easy to bond with.
Sitting on the side of the training field, Wilhelm took a towel from Snamon and wiped off the blood from Hancock.
Then, looking across at Dr. Hawkins, he asked, "Ain, is the ring I asked for ready?"
"It's been done for a while now, but I've been busy with other research, so I never got around to giving it to you," Hawkins said with a shrug.
He pulled out a wooden box and tossed it to Wilhelm. "This is a ring made from an extremely compressed shape-memory alloy.
It uses a newly developed technology.
It can change form at will—shifting into an alloy wristband for armor, weapons, or just accessories like rings."
"Oh? A new technology?"
Wilhelm raised an eyebrow as he caught the surprisingly heavy box. "So you've made progress on the shape-memory armor I mentioned?"
"Hohohohoho~, actually, it's all thanks to you, Master Wilhelm," Hawkins said with a grin. "Following you was definitely the right decision…"
He clenched his fists excitedly. "I have to admit, the Munch-Munch Fruit's ability is incredible.
With its help, we've been able to solve insanely complex scientific problems in no time. The research efficiency has skyrocketed, and we've saved so much time..."
"Just give me a little more, and I'll have that shape-memory armor finished!"
"Now that's something to look forward to!" Wilhelm said with a satisfied smile.
The three Smoothie sisters, Shiryu and the others couldn't help but widen their eyes when they heard this.
They knew just how unbelievably strong Hawkins' alloy was.
If the shape-memory armor could really be completed...

Inside were ten beautifully crafted silver-white rings, elegant yet not overly flashy.
In the blink of an eye, they disappeared from the box and fitted themselves perfectly onto all ten of Wilhelm's fingers.
"Wilhelm, are you planning to transfer Devil Fruit powers to these rings?" Smoothie asked curiously, eyeing them.
Wilhelm nodded. "Compared to transferring abilities to Tenseiga, this is much more convenient."
"After all, I don't always carry Tenseiga with me..."
"Plus, there are countless Devil Fruit abilities in the world, all kinds of strange and unpredictable powers. There's always a chance that some special ability could destroy Tenseiga or even make it disappear entirely."
Wilhelm had long thought about creating a weapon infused with ten unique abilities—
Something similar to the "Ten Rings" from the Marvel universe in his previous life.

Now, however, he didn't need to copy it exactly.

The shape, type, and size of the doors weren't restricted.
They could even be created in the air, in flames, or even on people's bodies!
No matter how solid an object was, or even if it wasn't a physical thing, a door could still be formed.
The true strength of this ability lay in spatial movement.
By opening a door in the atmosphere, a special green space could be created—
A different dimension that even non-Devil Fruit users could enter and use for travel.
This space could also serve as a perfect escape route.
And once the door was closed, everything would return to its original state, leaving no trace behind.
This was an extremely powerful ability.
For example, if used wisely—Wilhelm could open a door to this alternate space and exile his enemies forever.
Even someone as ridiculously powerful as that snack-obsessed Empress wouldn't be able to resist if caught off guard.
And who knew?
Maybe, in the future, the Door-Door Fruit could even be combined with the Yellow Spring Fruit's power—
Allowing him to open a direct passage to the underworld itself.
Then there was the Hard-Hard Fruit.
As the name suggested, it allowed the user to harden anything they touched, making it incredibly tough.
Even something as soft as soil or ordinary weeds—
With this ability, they could become harder than steel.
It was essentially like having a permanent, indestructible layer of Armament Haki.
That's why, when Wilhelm designed his "Ten Rings," he didn't hesitate to choose these two abilities.
He had no interest in forcing in weaker powers just to fill the slots.
If he had to wait to find more worthy abilities—so be it.
