The clash between Kaido and Whitebeard was a spectacle that left everyone in awe.
Their blows landed with unrelenting force, neither of them dodging. The Murakumogiri and Hassaikai collided violently, each refusing to give ground, as though evading would mean admitting defeat.
Despite his age, Whitebeard stood his ground against Kaido, demonstrating why he was known as the world's strongest man. Both his strength and Haki were unparalleled, and although his defenses weren't as monstrous as Kaido's, his resilience was nothing to scoff at. Even after taking several direct hits from the Hassaikai, he only spat out a mouthful of blood.
What shocked Jack the most, however, was seeing Kaido's chest caved in from Whitebeard's punches. It wasn't a minor injury. His attention was drawn to Whitebeard's fists, pondering the source of such destructive power.
"That vibration… Is this the power of the Tremor-Tremor Fruit?" Jack murmured to himself. "Does it generate internal shockwaves, or does it amplify his Haki?"
Jack's musings were interrupted by the ongoing battle.
"Kaido!"
"Newgate!"
Boom!
Crash!
The two titans struck each other simultaneously, fists smashing into faces, sending both of them flying.
"Urgh…" Kaido stood back up, spitting out another mouthful of blood. Wiping his mouth, he roared with laughter.
"Worororororo! Not bad, Newgate! Not bad at all!"
Jack, meanwhile, was still fixated on Whitebeard, observing every move.
"That old man… He's something else," Jack muttered before his gaze shifted to Whitebeard's disheveled appearance. His headscarf had come loose during the fight, revealing hair styled like a fish's tail. It matched his mustache, creating an oddly comedic look that clashed with his otherwise imposing demeanor.
Jack couldn't help but scoff as he turned to the Whitebeard Pirates' three captains watching the fight.
"Oi, is your Pops secretly into… non-mainstream styles?" Jack sneered. "Does he dance, too? You lot must be part of some weird family of eccentrics!"
"Shut it, you bastard! You talk too much!" Jozu bellowed, clenching his fists.
"Bring it on!"
"Tch." Jack gave the three a disdainful glance. "So, you're all Whitebeard's sons, huh? Look at your father, fighting like hell despite his age. And you lot? Aside from this diamond guy here, the rest of you are like a bunch of mice."
"An old man is fighting tooth and nail, and you don't feel ashamed? Look at him—trading blows with Kaido-sama and breaking through his defenses. And you? Three of you against me, and I haven't even lost a hair!" Jack's voice dripped with scorn. "Did you even eat breakfast?"
Vista and Thatch exchanged irritated glances.
"This bastard really knows how to piss people off," Thatch growled.
"I say we teach him a lesson," Vista agreed.
Jack chuckled darkly. "Oh, you think you can hurt me? Don't flatter yourselves. Even if you manage to wound me, killing me is a whole different story! And don't think I'm going all out either. Let's see what kind of 'lesson' you've got!"
As he finished speaking, Jack transformed into his colossal mammoth form, towering over the battlefield. His sheer size dwarfed even Jozu, the largest among the three captains.
"What the…?!"
"This can't be real! Is this guy even a mammoth?!"
"Even for an Ancient Zoan, this size is insane!"
Before they could process what was happening, Jack charged, his massive trunk swinging violently.
"Argh!" Jozu activated his Diamond-Diamond Fruit, transforming into his diamond form to block Jack's attack. But with a single swing of his trunk, Jack sent Jozu hurtling through the air like a cannonball.
Vista and Thatch didn't waste time, nodding at each other before splitting up to attack from both sides. Jack ignored Thatch entirely, focusing his enormous head and tusks on Vista.
"Elephant Shockwave!"
Boom!
Thatch's swords struck Jack's body but rebounded with a force that nearly knocked them from his hands. He stumbled back, using the momentum to regain his footing. Vista, on the other hand, had no chance to dodge Jack's massive tusks. He infused his swords with Armament Haki and slashed downward.
Clang!
Luckily, Jack's tusks weren't as indestructible as his body. Vista managed to shatter several pieces of the tusk, but the impact left his arms trembling from the strain. Before he could recover, Thatch's urgent voice cut through the air.
"Vista, watch out!"
A massive trunk hurtled toward Vista. With no time to use his Haki, he could only brace himself.
Crash!
Just as the trunk was about to strike, Jozu, now in diamond form, leaped back into the fray, deflecting the attack and causing the trunk to smash into the ground instead. Though saved, Vista broke into a cold sweat as the trunk coiled around Jozu, lifting him into the air.
"Diamond, huh? Let's see just how hard you are!" Jack growled, tightening his grip.
Jozu grimaced in pain, the immense pressure testing even his legendary defense.
"Jozu!" Vista and Thatch cried out.
Gathering their strength, the two commanders launched simultaneous attacks aimed at Jack's trunk. Vista's strikes created a storm of rose petals, while Thatch unleashed a powerful slash.
Whoosh!
Boom!
Both attacks missed as Jack swiftly reverted to his human form, dodging with a Soru.
"Not bad. You're using advanced Armament Haki, huh? But too bad for you—I'm not stupid," Jack taunted.
His gaze fell on Jozu, who was clutching his chest and breathing heavily, blood trickling from his lips.
"Three against one, and you still almost got killed," Jack sneered. "Do you even know how to fight?"
