Sarod's scarlet pupils narrowed. Dark green energy overflowed from its body as vines slowly extended outward.
If you give it an inch, it'll take a mile?
Did this monkey really think it was afraid?
"So badass!"
Logan's eyes shone with excitement. Despite all his complaints about this bird before, a serious Zapdos was undeniably cool!
That video wasn't lying!
"Wait a second… Isn't Zapdos owned by the shop owner, Alex? What's it doing here?"
McKenna stared in amazement at the electric-type legend surrounded by flickering sparks.
"Yeah, the owner lets this bird roam freely. If you visit the store often, you'd know Zapdos disappears from the yard every few days."
Ethan replied with a knowing smirk. The regulars at Pokémon House were all familiar with this Zapdos.
Although Alex had captured it, he never restricted its freedom. As a result, Zapdos frequently flew off on its own.
But today, their luck was unbelievable—running into Zapdos right here, just when they needed it most.
Good thing I was smart enough to bring some electric-type energy cubes!
Let the Legends Fight!
"We should let Zapdos handle this. Everyone, move back!"
Noticing the increasing tension between the two legendary Pokémon, Ethan licked his lips and signaled for the group to retreat.
Better to watch the fight from a safe distance than get caught in the crossfire.

Zapdos let out another powerful screech, and the once-bright sky instantly darkened as ominous storm clouds rolled in. Streaks of golden lightning crackled across the sky.

Heavy rain began to pour down in an instant.

McKenna, witnessing a Pokémon change the weather for the first time, looked up in awe. It was unbelievably strong!
Just one cry and the sky changed!
"Rain Dance isn't the rarest move, but the range…"
Charlotte gazed up at the endless storm clouds, stunned. She had seen Rain Dance plenty of times—her Lapras could even use it.
But the sheer scale of this Rain Dance…
It was ridiculous!
"Sa!!"
With a low growl, Sarod raised massive vines from the ground, merging them into three gigantic tendrils.
As Sarod lunged forward, the massive vines cut through the pouring rain, swinging violently toward Zapdos.
Power Whip!
"Chirp!!"
Zapdos' golden sparks suddenly flared up, and a massive surge of electricity burst forth.
Thunderbolt!
The Thunderbolt and Power Whip clashed in mid-air, golden and green energy colliding fiercely. The resulting shockwaves sent powerful gusts of wind outward.
However, despite the clash, Power Whip pushed through the electric attack, continuing its path toward Zapdos!
But before it could land, Zapdos unleashed another surge of electricity.
Zapdos used Discharge!
An overwhelming burst of electricity not only shattered the incoming Power Whip, but also rained down on Sarod below.
The ground exploded under the relentless electric attack, sending shockwaves through the battlefield.
Sarod stomped the ground with incredible force, shaking the earth violently. A massive boulder was lifted into the air and used as a shield.
BOOM!
The electricity obliterated the rock instantly.
"Super strong!"
Charlotte's bright eyes were locked on the legendary battle, her face flushed with excitement.
"Today's trip was worth it! So worth it!"
Jason shouted, unable to contain his enthusiasm. He was actually witnessing a battle between two legendary Pokémon!
"Baah…."
Apprentice Bear, still nestled in Lily's arms, wrinkled its nose, looking worriedly between Zapdos and Sarod.
Unleashing the Ultimate Thunderstorm
"Chirp~!!"
Under the dark, stormy sky, Zapdos flapped its wings powerfully. A golden glow surrounded it, making it appear like a radiant sphere of lightning.
Suddenly, a massive bolt of lightning struck down from the rain clouds, crashing directly onto Zapdos.
Szzzzzt!
The roaring thunder and electricity surged across Zapdos' body, crackling furiously. The sight was both stunning and terrifying!
And then—
"Chirp~!!"
A giganticpillar of lightning blasted from Zapdos, shooting straight at Sarod below.
Thunder!!
"Sa!!"
Sarod let out an enraged roar, green energy surging from the earth beneath him. Countless small vines rapidly grew and merged into one gigantic whip.
Power Whip!
The Thunder and Power Whip clashed violently in mid-air, golden electricity crackling against dark green energy.
The sky flashed as the two powerful forces collided, locked in an explosive struggle!
