Gapar remembered he was an elderly man in grey robes, looking very kind, with deep eyes as if hiding some great secret, enticing people to get lost in them.

The robe, the big beard, the somewhat worn Magic Wand; all these elements on Gandalf fit the image of a reclusive Magician quite well.

It gives off the impression of a hermit-like figure, like the kind who would appear just in time to save the protagonist from trouble, or when the protagonist is at a loss, he would come over to give guidance.

He's going to be my mentor? That feels pretty good.

But how is he going to teach me?
