All day long Claire felt that he was lonely, as Fein was not home for two days and nights. He felt like no one was around at night. Whereas Fein usually always hugged him when he slept.
At lunchtime, Claire didn't feel like eating but he tried to brush off the bad feeling. He knew Fein must be busy right now so he didn't want to think bad things about his boyfriend.
He thought that there were already too many people who thought badly about his boyfriend, so he didn't want to make things worse. He deliberately did not call Fein because he wanted to continue supporting him rather than bothering him.
"Claire, is everything okay?" Bryan asked his friend because he felt that Claire had been quieter than before.
"Are you sure about that? You look different today," he said again with concern.
But he assured him that everything was fine. There was nothing to worry about.
