In Medicine King Valley, there were always plenty of medicinal herbs, many of which were very precious. Finding them outside of Medicine King Valley would not be a simple task, but in the Valley, they could be seen everywhere, just like common weeds. For Dreams, this was practically a paradise on earth.
It was unknown why such a place had become so barren nowadays. If there were anyone capable of governing it, this would surely not be the case.
Now, to see it in such a state could only be described as wasteful. During peacetime, it wouldn't matter much since it could still produce some standard medicines, which would have been sufficient.
