The nurse looked at the young man with some difficulty. She knew who he was—a local hoodlum.
Because he often liked to cause trouble, he also often ended up in the hospital. This person had no other good qualities—their greatest pleasure was causing problems, bullying people.
Of course, he only ever provoked those who seemed weaker than him. Many in the hospital unanimously believed that this young man was somewhat mentally ill. Many who had shared a room with him had been harassed by him.
