"I knew it was a bad idea to come back here!" My mother cried, wiping her tears with her handkerchief.
"This is the reason why I didn't want to tell you what happened" I groaned, looking at my mother softly.
"What happened to her exactly?" She asked, holding her hands close to her chest.
"I.. I was driving and noticed a car tailing her car. I decided to follow them. I watched the other car ... I just had to save her, mother. She was dying" I cleaned the stray tears that fell down my eyes.
"Thank you so much for saving her" She pulled me into a hug, pecking my head.
"Are you here for the lady?" A lady in white lab coat asked. My mother and I quickly stood up, nodding our heads.
"Is she okay?" My mother asked.
"Did you hit her? Thank God you brought her here on time" The doctor smiled. "I'm Doctor Mildred."
