Pei Yansi gave a noncommittal grunt and wasn't sure whether he believed it or not. He dried his hair and changed his clothes before lying down next to Shen Heyu.
His body was still slightly damp and cool, causing Shen Heyu to subconsciously scoot to the side.
She wanted to put some distance between them.
Pei Yansi noticed this and held her even tighter, grabbing her hand and moving it down towards his body.
Shen Heyu was startled.
It was his body heat that frightened her—it was so hot, it seemed it could scorch her.
"Help..." Pei Yansi's voice was hoarse.
Shen Heyu shook her head in refusal, "You said you wouldn't force me to do this."
