When the ice bird flew toward him at an incredible speed, Ren swung his sword, sending a massive water slash toward it.
Ice was weak against water, so the massive ice bird shattered into countless pieces right after they collided.
"Your Majesty, forgive me. I have failed the mission you entrusted to me." Major Melvin closed his eyes and accepted his fate when the water slash approached him because he knew he could not survive.
Boom!
Right after the water slash hit him, all his ribs broke, and he coughed up blood.
Even though his body was still in one piece, all his internal organs were destroyed, so he was done for.
